I was worried about the color looking flat, but my hair has dimension and shine. What’s truly unbelievable is that the color match is spot on! And actually what it does for my complexion and skin tone is an unexpected bonus. Which I take is a confirmation that the color is natural looking. The color matched me perfectly! It gave me color and vibrancy, and complimented my skin tone. I went from Drab to Fab! I loved the formula, no smell, no dripping, no hot roots. My hair came out better after the process than before. No hair loss, no harsh chemicals, the shine and depth of color is amazing. I have had no color fade! The communication from a REAL stylist was spot on. They answered me promptly, and were very helpful. That personal touch made me very confident about this process. I will NEVER use a box color from the local department store ever again! I am worth the cost! THANK YOU E-Salon!

Le set est très mignon et présenté de manière très soignée.
Les produits sont agréables à utiliser, application facile.
Ravie par ma couleur et par son évolution avec les lavages.
Et le top dans tout ça c'est l'équipe réactive. On m'a tout de suite renvoyé un set après avoir signalé un problème de livraison causé par le livreur.

May I thank you all 100%! I LOVED my color and the packaging was so sweet because it was personalized just for me. The instructions were very easy to follow and there was plenty of color even though my hair is just below my shoulders. No nasty odor and my hair was Rediculously soft and shiny! I cannot WAIT to color my hair again, because I know exactly what to expect...perfection at an affordable price!!!

In my 69 years I've never colored my hair, until a few months ago. I wasn't thrilled with the result, so thought I would try eSalon. I am so happy! I always thought black hair dyed, was too stark without a small variation in color. I used my first eSalon color last night, it's amazing. I am super picky. Before coloring my hair, I didn't have too much gray, but as I got older my super straight hair turned frizzy, especially the gray. The eSalon color is perfect, and my hair is super shiny and straight. I am a fan. Thanks so much.

I ordered my kit mos ago and was too nervous to try it. My dilemma was the timing of my sons wedding. I did not want to pay for an extra coloring at my salon but could never have made it all the way til the end of July. I remembered my kit and decided to try it. OMG!!! It’s flipping beautiful! I totally LOVE the color - it’s so perfect I’m literally going to order another and just start doing my own coloring!!! My husband can help me with the back of my head. I am truly in awe. To whoever picked this match for me? Thank you!!! Seriously. I’m telling you my color looks better than when I leave my salon and it is NOT a cheap one. I’ll pay for my hair to look good!

I ordered a color in may to cover my roots. It was a bit off so I emailed the colorist and she adjusted the color in June and I am so pleased with the outcome. It's exactly what I wanted. No complaints nothing but compliments.

Was easy, the Color looks so natural of Dark Brown. Color Shines, doesn't wash out fast or Bleed off by Sweating. I Love the Touch up Color Refresher to use twice a Week to keep Brassiness Away & Color Rich it Works Well ,too! I Do think it's Pretty similar to what I was using g by Clairol, little more Natural looking plus having the Color Refresher to use "between Shampoo & my Conditioner. " I Do tho k the Future prices are little High forme at $34.00.. I'd pay 25.00 w' tax etc every 2 months for Your Color Kit, but I DONT Need the Color done every 6 Weeks tho. I only Color e wry 2 to 2 1/2 months. Please change how Often it's sent. I'm Disabled & Hope You have a Lower Price for my Fixed income. I understand if You Can't, but may not be able to continue auto Shipments for very long if You Can't.. I m going to tell my 42 yr old Daughter about this product. I think k She would Like this Also...Thanks for the Great Natural looking Color !

I have red/copper hair which is very difficult. My stylist nailed it this time. My hair does not cover well. I have different shades of red, copper and toss in a little blond. I have received many compliments on how natural my hair looks. Thank you so much for helping me throughout the years I am with you. And I'm not going anywhere!

The products are very well packaged, with great easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions and as for the little sticker in the box, brilliant idea. When you set up before colouring your hair it feels like you're having a day at the salon everything your need in one nice box. I've been struggling with my grey roots for the last 3 years or so and used store-bought dye which worked but I felt I was still fighting my roots within a couple of weeks. I decided to give E Salon ago. They have nailed my hair colour and I couldn't be happier. My first order was a good colour but I wanted just a hint of red so I sent my instructions to the colourist and she or he got it spot on. Whoever you are thank you so much. I hope whoever is reading this that you have the same good experience as I did, I won't be buying hair colour or products from anywhere else. Go ahead and give ESalon a whirl.

I am so grateful to have this service, especially as someone who had virgin hair at the age of 37 and has no idea what they are doing and didn't know my options for dying my hair. I have colored twice with these products and am very pleased with the color match. When I pull up a section of hair from my crown area, you cannot see any line where my previous color was done. My hairdresser was impressed!

I cant rave enough about not only the products but the customer service & my personal Colorest. They're all EXCELLENT. I use to get my hair colored at a salon but due to changes with my finances I was forced to give up that luxury so I figured I would try this company. I'm so glad I did. I will never go back to paying a salon when this product has over exceeded my expectations.

Bin zufrieden , meine gewählte Haarfarbe wirkt natürlich und gesund. Ein Stern Abzug, nicht alle weißen / graue Haare werden abgedeckt.
Alles ist gut und verständlich erklärt , Anwendung sehr einfach. Spare viel Geld im Vergleich zum Friseurebesuch. Es lohnt sich auch wenn am Anfang das Abonnement abschreckt , ist wirklich seriös.

My hair turns brassy red from sun, chlorine, whatever. The custom mix of color I received is perfect for me, drabs out most of the red without being too dark or flat looking. Very thoughtful packaging, including a serving set of gloves and a sticker to keep the directions off the counter!

I love the service and products, I’d stopped using home dye from the supermarket because my hair was being fried and frazzled, then I tried going to salons for a bit and honestly it wasn’t an environment I felt comfortable in, it was so expensive and my hair type wasn’t really understood (curly!), so I looked into home dye with professional colour and found a YouTuber with similar hair to me who swore by eSalon. I’ve never looked back since, I’ve changed the colour subtly a few times, I love the result so much. I am almost fully grey at 28, so I have to dye my hair every 3-4 weeks. So this really is the only option for me and I’m so happy to recommend it to anyone thinking of trying it. I recommend ordering the fully colour tools kit and learning how to use the brush. Professional application at home.

As a 1st time user I was skeptical but hopeful. Well the results shocked and amazed me! I could not believe how spot on the color was plus the incredible shine, and It covered my gray completely. No more spending $200-$300 at the hairdresser when eSalon does it better.

Erst hatte ich Zweifel, ob die Farbe genau meiner entsprechen würde. Doch ich habe sie auf den Punkt richtig getroffen bzw. das Colorationsteam. Somit bin ich mit dem Ergebnis zufrieden. Ich finde die Farbenuance schöner als von meinem Friseur.

I was looking at this brand for so so long and finally took the chance and ordered it. From choosing the colour they recommend for me to washing out the colour, everything was perfect. The instructions were so clear, even came with a little sticker so you can stick the instructions on the mirror whilst doing your hair! There was plenty of product to cover my entire hair. My hair looked amazing, so soft, greys gone & colour amazing. I looked like I’d just walked out of a top rated hair salon! Definitely my new go to! Recommended to my mum and she loves it just as much for me, I’m a dark brown & my mum is a light/beige blonde and both of our hair looked amazing!

I have been using e- salon color for a while now. Before I was using Madison reed. After the pandemic, they got stingy with the accessories they would normally send & sloppy with the packaging, so I decided to try e- salon. I am very happy I did! I love that they are so concerned & helpful when mixing your personal hair color. I had been using one with a different tone to it but wasn't really happy with it. They asked many questions & had me send them pics so they could see what I was trying to describe. Well I asked for a different color tone & they got it exactly right! I love my new color! And it is so easy to use. My hair is pretty short so it only takes 10 minutes to put on. The kit they send is so neatly packed & they personalize it with my name on it. Those personal touches mean alot to me. I would highly recommend anyone to try them! Their price is reasonable & worth every penny!

I was so happy with my first order. When it arrived and said black I waited 3 weeks before using because I usually do my hair dark brown and was afraid to go black. To my surprise it was just a perfect color and plenty color for my long hair with some left over.

I've coloured my hair twice now with my custom shade, and so far it's been wonderful. What a relief not to go to the salon anymore, I actually tried eSalon because I have a neck injury and cannot handle the sinks at the hair salon, it was like being tortured. So to be able to colour my hair at home, and remove the colour in the shower is just brilliant! I have a warm beige shade with a bit of gold and it's just the right brightness, it covers my grey (which is dominant at the front only). The instructions are so easy to follow, and I have the bowl and brush which make application so easy. The colour doesn't irritate my scalp in the slightest, something that has been an issue for me in the past. I love eSalon and I'm so happy I decided to try it.

Product is thick enough that it does not run into my eyes and is very easy to use. I especially like that two sets of gloves, stain guard and stain remover are all included in the package. The color consistently is the same and it looks very natural. Never leaves hair looking brassy or too dark.

I liked the experience from the beginning to the end, even I needed to adjust my roots, the results were more than expected and I will definitely reorder eSolon color products ,

I love this entire concept. Gone is the stressful guesswork of trying to choose a color that will work and not turn out to be a nightmare. Reds are difficult to begin with and my color turned out perfectly. My roots are very difficult to cover thanks to my grays but they are mostly covered. Gone are the days of box dyes and Sally’s then praying for a favorable result. Between these colorist magicians and my mom actually doing my hair it’s almost like going to the salon but a lot more economical. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks esalon!

I have been using eSalon Custom Color Set for 10 years. I get unsolicited compliments on my hair all the time. So many people say in regards to my hair "You just can't get that beautiful color in a box." I always just smile and say thank you. Inwardly, I'm saying "Oh yes you can :)"

Alors la je suis ravis couleur exactement comme je souhaitais, jamais satisfaite en salon ... la cet exactement comme je le voulais facile en terme de pose et quantités rendu super et niveau prix diviser par 2!!

Absolutely loving this colour kit. Great coverage for those stubborn greys. It has actually lasted longer in grey coverage than salon colouring. Love it also as it leave your hair so shiny and smells beautiful.. best purchase I made and worth every penny
