La coloration est top, agréablement surprise du rendu professionnel il suffit de bien suivre les instructions qui sont bien expliqués. Le service est vraiment qualitatif, tout un tas de petits détails dans la boîte : un stickers pour pouvoir accrocher les instructions, deux paires de gants etc... toute ces petites attentions font vraiment la différence.
Par ailleurs le suivi de l'abonnement semble bénéficier du même niveau de qualité, prise en compte des demandes de modification sur la planification du prochain envoi rapides, idem pour l'ajustement de la couleur.

Hallo, habe zum 2. Mail meine Haare mit Ihrer Farbe gefärbt. Das Ergebnis fällt zwar immer dunkler aus als meine originale Haarfarbe (die Farbe wurde bereits einmal von Ihnen angepasst) aber die Anwendung und das Ergebnis in Sachen Glanz und Geschmeidigkeit sind einfach suuuuper.
Bei der Anwendung kein Jucken der Kopfhaut, keinerlei Rötungen oder ein unangenehmes Kopfhautgefühl!
Was aber auch mega ist, ist die wahnsinnige Haltbarkeit der Farbe.
Ich muss deutlich weniger oft nachfärben als mit guten Qualitätsmarken aus dem Drogeriemarkt.
Ich werde auf alle Fälle dabei bleiben und freue mich, eSalon für mich entdeckt zu haben - DANKESCHÖN :)

Service:
Colorist Alexandria reached out shortly after I placed my order and made a thoughtful recommendation based on my photos, current hair color, and amount of gray. I was ordering a demi-permanent color and wanted to avoid red or overly ashy tones while keeping a natural dark brown look. Although the system suggested a dark brown, Alexandria advised going with a lighter medium brown since the color tends to develop darker on natural hair than the online samples. Her advice was spot-on.
My order arrived quickly and was well packaged, though I would have preferred more recyclable materials and fewer small plastic bags.
Color Set:
The results look very natural, with my grays blending seamlessly. My hair feels shiny and healthy, and there was no skin staining at all during the process. Even with stain-prevention cream, that hasn’t always been the case for me, so I was especially pleased with how clean the application was.

Ich war jahrelang beim Friseur zum färben und habe Unmengen an Zeit und Geld investiert. Wäre ich mal früher auf diese Seite gestoßen! Bequem von zu Hause anwendbar und das Ergebnis ist sogar noch besser als beim Friseur! Die Farbe (obwohl Tönung) hält sehr lange, meine Haare glänzen und haben sich noch nie so gesund angefühlt (sie laden sich sogar wieder elektrisch auf 🤭).Auch der Geruch ist überhaupt nicht so chemisch wie man es gewohnt ist. Die Betreuung der Coloristen ist super 🙌🏻

I am extremely pleased. The issue: The vision for my haircolor was somewhat complicated. I prefer natural looks. Yet, at age 63, I "was" 100% gray. I wanted to dye my hair dark brown, yet retain 3-5 gray streaks across my front hairline and slight salt and pepper temples, enough for a distinguished look, yet not appear obviously dyed.. similar to my natural look when I was in my late 40's. The consultant reached out to me on how to achieve this look. I followed her instructions, and patiently took my time. The result was SPECTACULAR and I saved several hundred dollars in the process. My hair looks natural-not dyed. Only my hairdresser and I know my secret (LOL). Confidence renewed. Plus, my hair is soft and manageable, not dried-out. I used to get my hair color in a box from the store and it NEVER turned out right. When I decided to try esalon I was nervous if it would turn out the same as all the other brands I tried. First let me say I love the way it’s personalized. The directions were easy to follow. My hair color came out PERFECT!!! My color was vibrant, shiny and soft.

Einfach Perfect gedacht für jede besondere Haar. Mein Haar ist sehr dick, Natur Schwarz erste graue Härchen sind da,nimmt sehr schwer Farbe auf. Diese Farbe ist mega erfüllt alle meine Wünsche Teoretisch und Praktisch!

I have been a customer since the pandemic. And I don’t plan to change anytime soon. Just a couple messages back and forth with my colorist, a picture every now and then, and they nail it every time! I feel comfortable allowing esalon to take care of my hair color… which, after several tears and frustrations with actual salons, is a really, REALLY big deal to me.

Ich hatte bisher immer Farbe aus der Drogerie. Diese kann aber nicht mit dieser mithalten. Die Farbintensität ist sehr viel besser. Auch nach nun 4 Wochen ist die Farbe noch top. Auch meine Haare fühlen sich gut an. Offenbar ist diese Farbe nicht so aggressiv. Kann es nur empfehlen.

Absolut zufrieden mit meiner individuellen Haarfarbe, mit dem Handling beim Färben, dem Bestellvorgang und der Kommunikation! Mega!! Endlich komme ich meiner Wunschhaarfarbe näher!! Wollte schon immer ein braun-kupfer-gold Ton haben. Weder die drei jeweils teuer bezahlten Friseure, noch die gefühlten 50 verschiedenen Haarfärbungen aus der Drogerie kamen auch nur annähernd ran. Ständig war es zu dunkel! Sowohl das Braun, als auch der Rotton. Deshalb war ich hier jetzt völlig frei von Erwartungen und hab mich einfach überraschen lassen. Und was soll ich sagen?! Mega! 🤩 Erstens: die Farbmischung für den Ansatz war eine etwas dunklere als für meine Längen. War ich erst skeptisch, aber durch das Aufschäumen mit der Flasche für die Längen nach der gesamten Einwirkzeit, ist dadurch ein wunderschöner Farbton OHNE Übergang entstanden! 😍👍 Für das nächste Mal habe ich mir jetzt eine Nuance heller gewünscht. Aber nicht weil ich unzufrieden mit der jetzigen bin, nein! Ich möchte ja nach und nach langsam dezent etwas aufhellen und mich an den Kupfer-Gold Ton ran tasten. 👍😊 Das Auftragen war mega easy, es hat sich total angenehm angefühlt und hat auch angenehm gerochen. Ich hatte ohne Ammoniak gewählt. Klasse finde ich auch, dass anständige Handschuhe (2 Paar!!), dabei sind, sowie Shampoo und Spülung für danach. Und der Stain Protector ist so gut, dass ich den Remover überhaupt nicht gebraucht habe! Ich hatte das erste Mal seit Jahren keine gefärbten Ohren! Wirklich klasse!
Dass sich hier teilweise über das Abo Modell beschwert wird, kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Da sitzt der Fehler klar vor dem jeweiligen PC oder Smartphone! Es wird ganz klar kommuniziert und wenn man es nicht möchte, stellt man es eben aus!! Verstehe nicht, wo da ein Problem sein soll?! 🤷🏻♀️ Also daher kann man die schlechten Bewertungen deshalb getrost ignorieren! Produkte sind wirklich top, Lieferung war mega schnell. DANKESCHÖN!! 🫶👍

I read about E~Salon in several sources after my usual salon closed.
Soon afterwards I was diagnosed with a very serious illness and it became difficult to find the energy for 3~4 hour salon appointments or to afford salon prices as well.
My reading had glowing reviews for not only the E~ Salon system but the customization and performance of the products themselves. With very reasonable prices and a "user friendly, no strings" policy you could not lose; you are in control with the personal touch of a customized support team just a call/email away.
This is THE BEST IDEA to come along in a long time! So simple, discreet and personalized right down to my own name on the box and custom mixed color inside. I felt right from the start there was no way I could fail. My hair looks and feels amazing ~ as if I spent 10 X the amount at a salon. I don't think I will ever go back!
You truly cannot go wrong with E~Salon !

I love my esalon color. At first I sent a couple of pics and explained my challenges and they were so accommodating. I have long, thick dark brown hair and keeping greys at bay was becoming onerous and expensive and no I’m not ready to embrace my grey!! Esalon sends a generous amount of color so I can do a root touch up, spread the color towards my ends and even tint my eyebrows. I’m a rebel like that. Leave eyelashes to the professionals.

Took the leap and tried coloring my hair at home and I am SO glad I did! The process was easy and my hair is the exact color I was hoping for. I get so many compliments and it has saved me so much money! I was an every 6 week salon customer for years. Esalon just changed my entire life ❤️🥹

I have been using eSalon for over a decade (and am in my senior years)! I continually get compliments about my hair color and even my hair stylist can't believe how well it covers my gray and the highlights throughout. 11/21/2025-Update For all Unbelievers today my hair was terrible so I went looking in my stuff for my hair colors and found one of my old eSalon kits I guess I never used it, so I got it out to use it today I wasn't even sure if it would work because it was Very Thick both bottles had turned thick to compare to a can of paint when opened you have to stir it up before you use it well that's what I did to my hair color bottles I got a kitchen knife out and stirred it up before mixing it together then I mixed together and found it got even thicker now so I squeezed out the first color on my hair but it was so thick so I used a hair coloring brush I had and painted it into my head of hair using my fingertips to get to the scalp well I waited my time before showing it out and it still turned out beautifully so my story is tomes are hard for us right now so if you can use it Don't throw it away, I didn't call eSalon for fear they would tell me it was to old but I was desperate my hair was terrible and today it is the perfect color updated pictures are attached, So Thank You eSalon, great job on my color.
When I first got my set I was a little skeptical wasn't sure how this was going to look on my hair but actually I ended up loving it then, we made some changes and I wasn't so happy with those changes but eSalon fixed it and made me very happy I only slowed down because of the cost I'm going to fix my budget sovwhen I get my hair colors it cuts into my budget so I have to be careful when I order but I love the product it does make my hair look so much better than normal colors I buy at the stores, I've had lots of compliments and I've been told my hair looks beautiful. Thank you eSalon for all you've done to help me on my colors.

Nachdem mir die erste Farbe etwas zu dunkel war, hab ich den Wunsch geäußert mehr Goldanteil einzufügen......und jetzt ist die Farbe perfekt. Danke an das ganze eSalon Team.

I had been using a darker shade of brown, but the last time I ordered my colorist had me send a picture. She said I should definitely go lighter. I took her advice and love it. I even added some highlights. eSalon products are easy to use and for a little more $, you get a lot of bang for your buck that you don't get with boxed OTC brands.

I've never colored my hair before, so I had my husband do it for me. It came out amazing. If that doesn't tell you how easy this was, I don't know what will.
The color is absolutely spot on. My colorist chatted with me and decided to change the color I'd chosen based on the picture and description of what I wanted. I like to have a "natural" Irish redhead look, which is a tricky color in my opinion. I watched the instruction videos that were short, sweet, and to the point. Then we winged it. It's perfect. All I can see are the dollar signs I won't have to spend getting it done anymore! So freaking worth it!

Ich habe zum ersten Mal bei eSalon bestellt und bin hochzufrieden. Meine Coloristin hat mich vorab telefonisch gut beraten – vor allem wegen der Grauabdeckung und meinen vorher blondierten Haaren. Gewünscht habe ich ein kühles, dunkles Braun ohne Rot- oder Goldton. Genau das ist es geworden: kein Grünstich, keine Überraschungen, einfach der perfekte Ton. Die Farbe kommt gut an, auch bei meinem Partner. Ich bestelle auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ich bin soooo begeistert 🤩. Als erste hatte ich mir ein gold blond ausgesucht, da war ich schon mehr als zufrieden. Habe mich aber dann für eine neue Farbe entschieden, ein dunkelblond/kupfer/asch Ton und was soll ich sagen... Ich liebe es , bin mega zufrieden. Habe viele Komplimente bekommen... Ich fühle mich so wohl mit der Farbe !!! Ich danke euch für die Arbeit

Heute habe ich endlich meine Haare gefärbt und bin sehr zufrieden die Anwendung ist einfach und super gut beschrieben es ist alles dabei was man braucht. Ich' habe ein schönes Kupfer bekommen alle Grauen Haare hat es perfekt abgedeckt. Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Farbe... Werde in Zukunft weiterhin bei euch einkaufen...

I've coloured my hair myself for about 10 years now and this was my first time trying esalon and I'm in love! Such a gorgeous box, I love all the small things like the sticker to stick up the instructions, which are clear and really helpful. The colour is fab, and the application method was easy. Will definetely buy from here again, thank you!!

I had used esalon in the past and always loved it. I had to be off work for several months and I tried box color to save money. My hair became so dry and damaged,
I came back to esalon and I am so happy I did. Even though I had used box color, my colorist picked the perfect color for me. I love it!!

J'ai enfin retrouvé le blond vénitien de mon enfance ! Après je ne sais combien d'échec chez le coiffeur je me suis laissée tenter, un peu septique mais pleine d'espoir et le résultat est bluffant. Et puis j'adore ce concept de livraison a date fixe, plus besoin d'y penser je suis conquise ! Merci

I've been a customer of salon since 2013, so that's a lot of years. I was a natural red-head when young and I've kept in the red family with Esalon, but with time have made adjustments to keep my hair natural looking and appropriate for my age.
