Red hair is definitely a challenge but with gray hair it's another story. The colorist are all easy to talk to and try to always help tweek my color. Very helpful. We are very close to what I want but I know I can count on them to continue working with me.

The color is natural and was very easy to apply! Never having my hair colored at the salon again! I went with the natural copper and it looks like the same color I had as a child. I love it!

I have used eSalon for 3 color sessions now. This last one I had requested a light, strawberry blonde as my ends lightened over the summer months and I wanted to take the roots up a bit. Perfect match! The color couldn't have come out better. I also asked for highlights in this session and I was very nervous about the application, but they worked out tremendously. No 'streaks' or obvious user errors (I have long hair and did it myself for the first time).
I am very pleased with the custom color and highlights. Thank you!

I ordered this colour kit during lockdown. My daughter applied it for me, was easy to use and my hair looked like I had it done in the salon, absolutely delighted with the kit! I will be purchasing in the future .

Couleur reçue en 1 semaine, testée ce soir. Le kit est vraiment complet, les quantités parfaites, la couleur vraiment superbe, comme je l'espérais. Pas de mauvaise surprise a l'utilisation. I was so afraid the color I chose would be blotchy because I have had highlights forever and now due to Covid they were halfway down my head. Just before esalon I was using a root touch up too. Needless to say I had some serious variation of color going. I did my hair today and I got a very nice quality looking even color that doesn’t look phoney. I’m very pleased and I’ll be doing this every six weeks on roots. Thank you esalon!

Super affordable way to fix the mess I created. Never ever coloring my hair with anything else. Hair feels so much better after the filler and all over color. Looks amazing too.

I have been changing my hair color very gradually with esalon and have been so impressed not only with the product, but with the amount of support I have received from the stylists. I recently re-ordered my color after I had went quarantine crazy and dyed my hair all sorts of crazy colors. Working with my colorist, Mindy, I was able to start my journey back to my original color. I recommend esalon to everyone I know and I can’t say enough about the customer service.

My first root touch up color process turned out to be too light for my root color resulting in brassy tones. eSalon responded quickly to my issue and changed my color mix based on a photo of me. They sent me the new mix without charge showing they have excellent customer service! The new color is a perfect match and I’m very happy with the results. The products esalon produces are of wonderful quality. My hair is looking so natural now and it’s soft and shiny. Thank you eSalon!!

Esalon has saved me a lot of money! The salon was too expensive for root touch up every three weeks! I only had to adjust the color once. Esalon matched my color perfectly on the second try! I have 90% silver hair and I stopped going to the salon b/c it is very expensive and bleach stopped working on my hair. I was a bit skeptical when I got my order, but afterwards, the results I got exceeded my expectations. My silver hair is lighter than some of my hair but it looks like highlights. I can't get over how beautiful this turned out! Thank you so much! I highly recommend!!!

Much better then a box joby from my local supermarket. A lot stronger and defo sorts the greys. Ok can’t capture baby hairs but covers the grey the set is perfect. Love my colour.
Stopped getting saloon coloured hair save at least £30 every 5 weeks. Major win.

Decided to try this at home esalon with some speculation.....I am no longer skeptical!!!!!! The color was a change from my damaged blonde over processed hair....I went with a copper red and it couldn't be more perfect!!!!! The team at esalon reached out to me and instructed me on how to color my hair properly.....it was every bit as good as a salon without the expense!!!!!!!! It's when and where I want to do it!!!!!!!! So very impressed and very happy with my esalon experience!!!!!!!!

I paid way too much for a salon visit only to be left unhappy with the color. I found esalon and after browsing the site several weeks looking at the different colors hoping to find one that I would be happy with and not pay a salon price. I finally made the purchase last week and have already colored my hair. I am in love with the color and couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Being a little skeptical in this new way of coloring hair, I needed to give it a try during this Covid-19 pandemic. I am so happy that I did! The color that was sent to me was spot on! I believe the pictures I used in different lights also helped a great deal. I was glad Freddie D, colorist, emailed me with the custom color he suggested, as I was to use this on my roots only. It matched the rest of my long hair. The product also did not itch my scalp as others have done. I have been a customer since March 2020 and will continue. Again...wonderful.

My favorite color ever. I am still struggling with the grays at my temple but I did a better job by leaving the color on longer in these areas. I'm hoping to perfect it this time around. I know all of the tips that I've been sent and all of the instructions by heart - I'm no newbie to coloring my hair :) I just need to figure out the timing for the stubborn grays. Again - I LOVE the color.

I don't color my hair all that often just when I want a little change. I loved the convenience of esalon! Taking a little quiz about your hair and then getting the perfect outcome is exactly what I want. No guessing or anything. I LOVED the shampoo and conditioner that came with it, smelt amazing! I even got huge compliments from my stylist when I went to get my hair cut, he said he loved the color and it looked very natural on me.

This is my third purchase of custom colour set and I can honestly say that the colour is fabulous, it doesn’t fade as quickly as the salon colour which is 3 times the price of this one. It still covers evenly Without any evidence of over-colouring, it looks very natural and blends greys away beautifully. Highly recommend to anyone who is comfortable colouring their own hair and is thinking about making the switch.

Since switching to esalon I am receiving loads of compliments over the colour and condition of my hair. Great product, easy to use , barely more than a normal hair wash. My hair is wonderfully silky and shiny. It doesn't look like almost pure white hair that has been dyed any more!

Great colour and as mentioned when ordering. When I initially put it on I thought oh dear it’s a bit dark but when I washed it off it was perfect and not so dark after all. Great instructions easy to follow, have ordered for another 8 weeks, completely covered my greys too. Would highly recommend.
