Great if you have hard water and hair turns brassy

I live in an area with very hard water. Our water softener helps some, but inevitably my hair still eventually turns brassy color which I hate. So tried this out. It's blue in color, but doesn't stain your skin at all. It DOES neutralize your hair color after using. Took the "edge" off any brassy tones and extended the life of my brunette hair color for sure. I didn't have to re-dye my hair as soon thanks to this product.

by my doing(not e salon), the first time around wasn't the exact result I hoped for... however it was handled Right Away, free of charge, and even with the Goodbye Orange hair neutralizer product..wich is AMAZING as well. Very pleased with the customer service and all of the products(the shampoo and conditioner is amazing as well!) Thank You!!

I love this shampoo! It made my brassy dark blonde highlights nice light & bright. Works great. So easy to use. Left it in for about 15 mins! So glad I got it. I highly recommend SPGONW

I used this one time to get the orange red tones out of my color. Read instructions, kept on for the 3 minutes with a timer. I now have dirty blue green streaks all thru my hair. Can't wait for my perfect color kit to arrive and cover this mess up. Can't figure what I could have done wrong as I followed the instructions and eSalon instructions are always so easy.

Used this several times but didn’t really care for the way my hair looked from it. Helped some with the orange but still had some yellows to brassy look

I gave it a chance but concluded that this shampoo does not do anything to better my hair. My hair felt rough while I'm working it through, there is no smoothness whatsoever and although straight, my whole hair gets tangled. It's even worse when I rinse it. I should be careful with using conditioner but I have to use a good amount and work it through to relax my hair. It's really not suitable for my hair. I'm afraid it's all gonna go to waste as I have opened a couple of bottles for travel and for the gym and I have to stop using it.

I was very excited that there was a shampoo offered to get rid of any orange tent. I did not feel like I had a lot, but thought I would try this product. It absolutely turned Some of my hair that had highlights green! I was horrified. I will never use this bottle again, nor will I order it or suggested to a friend.

My hair turned green! Took three washes- one with Dawn— and two rinses with Tint Rinse to mask only most of the green!

Turned my light brown hair bright green

I left the shampoo on my hair for about 2 minutes or less before rinsing. My hair was not just slightly green but really green. I shampooed my hair with a regular shampoo twice. Still green. It took a third shampoo with Head and Shoulders to remove the green, Then, of course, it took most of the color out of my hair. I can't find how to return the product on the web page.

I wouldn’t use this if you have any blonde highlights unless you mix a drop in with your regular shampoo. My hair now looks like I swam in chlorine for three months straight and has green highlights. Ick.
