Die Farbe ist sehr schön geworden. Die Produkte machen einen guten Eindruck und riechen angenehm. Die Beschreibung war beim letzten Schritt etwas verwirrend aber grundsätzlich hat alles prima geklappt.

I absolutely love my color. The one time I didnt, they fixed and didn't charge me. My only complaint is how my hair feels. Not as soft as it use to be. 😥

Although it was VERY tough to wash the color out of my hair, the color was beautiful! I received so many compliments! Called customer service to ask about the difficulty in washing it out and they were super helpful!!

My experience with ESalon has been great. I do the temporary color, and it always comes out looking very natural no matter the formula I've done. Unfortunately, it doesn't cover gray well, but again, I use the temporary color. That may be different with permanent.

Unfortunately I ordered too dark a colour ,
Which i need to redo -
I was a bit confused directions ,as it said to apply to roots only and not through the rest of my hair ,as this is my first time using the product, if i applied it to roots only my hair would be two entirly different colours 🤔

It was easy to use and should be more reliable than box color. Love that they gave me a brush so I could get my hairline better. Only downside was they (thoughtfully) sent me a color for my ends that didn’t have brown in it. That scared me that I would screw it up so I waited to color my hair until after I got it cut so I only used the main color. It’s not on them at all but just me not wanting to risk screwing it up.

Que du positif.. Pas le temps pour moi d'aller 2 heures chez le coiffeur.. Après avoir testées les colorations des grandes surfaces (catastrophe), et après avoir lu les avis, j'ai testé eSalon.. Tout d'abord, j'ouvre le colis.. Et première jolies surprise.. Il ressemble à un cadeau. Mon prénom est inscrit sur le flacon, ça ne fait pas de moi une coiffeuse, mais c'est plutôt sympa. Tout est très bien présenté. Le mode d'emploi est parfaitement détaillé. Et certaines étapes sont pour moi inconnues mais me conforte dans le fait que le résultat n'en sera que plus professionnel.. La couleur s'applique parfaitement. J'ai acheté le kit avec le pinceau, le bol et le minuteur et c'est vrai que je préfère cette méthode à celle du flacon. Après avoir suivi scrupuleusement toutes les étapes, vient le moment du rinçage.. Et grande surprise, la couleur ne dégorge pas et l'eau devient rapidement claire. Le shampoing est un véritable soin, ainsi que l'après shampoing.. Je ne pensait pas en avoir pas suffisament (mes cheveux sont très epais), mais il y en a largement assez. Les cheveux sont instantanément doux. L'odeur du shampoing et de l'après shampoing sont vraiment très agréables... L'odeur de la coloration est relativement forte, mais pas plus que toutes celles que j'ai essayé. La couleur est parfaite.. BRAVO

This color faded before my first color... so have had to use the tiny ringers to keep it up... not crazy about that... looking to switch to something else... but otherwise, it’s a great looking color..a bit too red-purple for my taste.

I found it easy to color my hair with salon color kit. I love how my hair feels, not dry or damaged. I do wish the color was a little lighter but other than that I love my hair and the product .

The color set that is specific to my needs have worked out wonderfully. The initial order setup was a shade too dark. After working with the team, my color setup for the 2nd time around worked out wonderfully.

Me encantó! De verdad que el producto cumple lo que promete. Mis experiencias con otras marcas fueron muy desilucionantes! It was very easy to use and I liked the products very much, however color was too dark for me. I think it may have been error on my end however, I am going to look into a highlight kit to adjust.

Je suis toujours ravie de la texture de vos colorations qui contrairement à d'autres laissent mes cheveux doux et soyeux...
Cependant ce qui me gêne c'est ce ton acajou qui invariablement ressort au détriment du cuivré...
Pouvez vous rectifier ce problème ?
D'autre part si cela est possible j'aimerais que la livraison soit reportée jusqu'au début avril ?
Je rentre à l'hôpital subir une lourde intervention qui necessitera ensuite une rééducation en centre... Il me sera impossible de me faire une couleur (d'autant pour passer mon temps en piscine)

I followed the instructions ended up with a little too much of a copper color in my crown than I was looking for. Overall not a bad experience. I had quit coloring my hair at home but saw this and thought I would try it one more time I'm not sure I will do it again? My hair has too much tendency to look reddish, I think I need to stick with my colorist.

The color came out a bit darker than I usually dye it, but I absolutely love it and my hair is super shiny! I requested no red tones and my colorist nailed it. I wish I had found this website a lot sooner.

(Just not pleased with the color even after last request to have it changed. Not trying to be difficult... but I want an ASH BLONDE - not a yellow blonde. It's a shame, because I do like the product... but I hate the color.)
To be honest and 'fair'... I am upping my rating for eSalon... I do like their product much better than Madison Reid, which I had tried before... So I want to clarify...
While I have not been happy with the 'color', (too golden, not enough ash) the quality of the product is exceptional. I love that my hair is still soft after coloring.. the product itself is not harsh AT ALL on my (normally dry) hair and its smells nice. My colorist has contacted me about adjusting the color again and I will also say that they are GREAT about responding very quickly and providing good solid customer service. I really appreciate that. I've decided to give it another go, and hopefully the third run will be the charm! Because I really do like the product itself, if I can get it in the right color.

Über das Farbergebnis bin ich zufrieden. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich jedoch eine Nuance heller bevorzugen, da ich bei jeder Färbung das Problem habe, dass die Untere Haarpartie viel dunkler wird als die obere. Leider habe ich entweder auf die Barrierecreme oder auf das Haarfarbeentfernertuch allergisch reagiert. Ich weiß nicht, ob das schon öfters vorgekommen ist, bei anderen Kunden aber evtl. Ist es eine wertvolle Information.
Im großen und ganzen bin ich über das Farbergebnis jedoch zufrieden.

The kit arrived on time, was easy to set up and use and had a nice color match. My only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is that I have hard to cover grey and this didn't do the trick. Some of those pesky roots still show through. Will try again because I like the simplicity of mail delivery and custom color.

I loved the color and the way it comes, I was really impressed by the presentation of the product, perfect in every detail .
I have no talent for DIY then I found really complicated to die the back part of my hair.
The only thing I would complain is the smell, it’s a bit stronger then the one I am used to.
I’m hoping that the color last long because it’s lovely.

Being a natural strawberry blonde who lived with black hair for 15 years... pitch black... I started the long tiring scary journey of trying to get the black out. I had no expectations or specific color in mind when I started I just knew I wanted warmth. I used hair color remover once and ended up with patchy brassy orange blonde and bleach blonde mix. I was expecting this and was just happy the black was gone.
I used a semi-permanent strawberry blonde just to try to even out the brassy and patchiness. It worked ok but my roots went overly dark and as did the bottom of my hair. But it still looked ok so I left it for a while.
I ordered eSalon hoping for the best. And I am absolutely ecstatic with the results.... the color is a nice version of my natural color a little darker which I like and a ton of dimension AND no brassiness and no red... the colour they created neutralized the orange/red that was overtaking my hair.
The whole package - the little things like a roots vs ends bottle and the conditioner ... its a high level salon experience in the comfort of your own home and for a fraction of the cost.
Thank you eSalon.. the colour is absolutely stunning!

The first time I used this color it seemed to last a lot longer than it does now. I’m getting disappointed in that the color starts to fade just after the first week.

I liked my new colour and the coverage it gave me. The only reason this review is not a five star is because I thought it may be lighter, but I asked my colour stylist if they could slightly change my next order and they were so helpful and knowledgeable.

The color doesn’t last. By the second wash it is coming out. It never happens on the initial formula but subsequent bottles are for roots and ends and therefore it washes right out.

I have dyed my hair with over the counter products for years and it always takes a few weeks and a deep conditioning treatment for my hair to recover after use but this left my hair soft.

Was completely satisfied except for my roots where my grey was showing. Color turned out great but grey cover up was a quite a bit lighter. Was a copper color & rest of hair was drk brown/mahogany/violet. Was looking for more violet than the mahogany because my hair turns more reddish no matter what color I try. Like the dark color, almost a plumb/ violet with the darkness of the dark brown as well.

Die Farbe ist echt gut, leider passt sie nicht ganz zu meinem Typ. Man kann sich auch beraten lassen, allerdings ist es halt nicht so persönlich wie beim Friseur.

i have stuck with this for several years, why, because they work with you until you are perfectly thrilled with the color. I have used all types of over the counter color plans, and found none to equal this product.
They may cost a bit more than regular drugstore color products but boy are they worth it.

I have been dying my hair blonde for years. I wanted to get away from the blonde and try to go with a more natural color that would blend more with my graying hair. I tried a retail brand's silver color and, given the color of my hair, it came out an unusual darker blonde which I kind of liked. I wanted to continue to get my color from esalon because I have been a satisfied customer for for a few years. I sent pictures and explained what I had done to myself and asked it they could come up with something similar. The first try was still too blonde for me. I reached out to esalon with this information and received a personal phone call from a colorist during which we discussed my color and I thought I was asking the impossible! But, after the conversation, I received a new adjusted color and I could not be happier. I get so many compliments on my hair mostly about how natural my color looks. I highly recommend the services and products of esalon!

De base châtain avec des mèches blondes foncées j’ai opté pour une couleur blond foncé pour éviter l’effet racine. La couleur est très jolie, les cheveux soyeux mais très très foncé. Je voulais plus clair et cela ne rend pas comme la photo, c’est vraiment trop sombre et je ne me retrouve pas. Dommage car j’adore le concept. Peut être auriez vous un conseil pour un rendu plus clair...

Color turned out nice, I feel there is still red popping through? Could it be dulled down. Maybe that is just my natural hair, and I can't do much about it. But, my husband said he really liked it, and that he didn't want me to change anything about the formula.
Otherwise, the process went well. I found parting my hair and adding color was a bit challenging.

I like the product but am disappointed to not have found the right color match yet. My hair is a little tricky. When I have a more brown color, the rest of my hair looks red and vice versa. But over all it blends in okay and is better than store bought attempts

Good color, however, the shampoo and conditioner provided wasn't enough to cover my extremely long thick hair. The dying process left my hair rough dry and coarse feeling. I feel if I had more follow up conditioner would have prevented that.

I was very pleased with my color. My stylist hit my color right on. I wasn’t able to print the instructions so I had to keep looking back at my iPad. Luckily a friend of mine helped me out. After coloring I noticed my hair was very nice and soft. Unfortunately the stain remover didn’t immediately remove the color from my face. I really liked getting two bottles of color and developer. It was well worth the money. Also getting everything I needed to color my hair. However I cannot afford to do it again until April. I would like to receive a discount on my next shipment if possible because I understand that I would only receive one bottle of color and developer. Again kudos to my hair color expert on giving me a beautiful color.

Worked okay, but hard to apply

Color could be a bit more red. Not darker or lighter, just more red and bright gold. I found it almost impossible to apply to JUST ROOTS, as my hair is fairly short and very fine and no matter what, the ends just suck in the color. I am very happy with quality and coverage of my grays.

I was amazed at how natural the color came out. At first I was nervous seeing how dark the color started to develop. I had a bad experience with box dye making my hair almost black, or a lighter brown with hot roots. The color came out a beautiful chocolate brown. It didn't cover some of my greys at the temple, but that's user error. Next time I'll leave it on longer. Other than that I'm happy. Thank you!

Après avoir fait la 2ème couleur,mes racines restent plus claires que les longueurs..
Je pense sincèrement que seules les couleurs chatains ou bruns peuvent couvrir les racines à 100%.

I really like this a lot because my hair still soft after coloring... with me, the store bought makes my hair dry and dull... However, i cancelled my subscription after 2 orders because my scalp is just too sensitive... i ended up having to deal with dandruff on both store bought and this one... If not, i would have stayed with eSalon.
