it is the best I have ever used. my hair is in much better condition since looking it. the colour is so even no built of colour (the ends being lighter doesnt happen)

The product came promptly. Instructions were super easy and with their first order they even give you some free stuff which I thought was cool. Once my hair was completed the color was beautiful it was something that I have been trying to achieve with box dyes for forever and couldn't. There was no breakage and I have very curly coarse hair. My hair felt shiny and soft. I am now waiting for my second order which I am very excited about because these fantastic colorists mixed up a lovely little potion for my hair to achieve something just a smidgen lighter so I am very excited! I'm definitely sticking with eSalon.

My hair has red undertones. The Custom Color set mixed up by eSalon covers up my grey really well and covers up the red undertones in my hair!!!! No more fighting with hair color products!!!! Thank you so very very much!!!!

My previous color purchase turned out to be not quite right. It was my natural color but I found it to be a little flat, I changed my profile and now I have the perfect color. It is the same color but, I added a warmer tone. I can't be more pleased.
Thank you for a quality product that is not only easy to use, more economical, and above all, just what I wanted.

The colorists are awesome when you need to tweak it. Quality better than salon!! My hair is so soft, shiny, and happy with all the products Esalon has to offer.

I have had light golden blonde and most recently strawberry blonde that came out beautiful. The color is Spot on what I wanted. I have curly hair and it came out soft and shiny. I’m very pleased with salon and will continue to use their color.

I started using this product two colorings ago. Love how natural my hair looks. The first time I think it was a tad to light. I sent a message to my colorist and she redid the formula. Love the end product. Again very natural looking and perfect. Not to light and not to dark!!! I have had so many compliments on the color. Wish I had made the switch sooner. And the main reason I had switch was that my grey would not stay covered. I don’t have the issue any more. I look so much younger too.

Wanted to go slightly lighter and warmer this time yet still cover all the grey . Left message on my order, stylist made note, mixed different ratios and l wasn't disappointed. Have had many compliments on how my hair looks shiny, rich and healthy ...... the new shade suits my colouring.

I have to admit I was skeptical with the colour, however that soon disappeared when I dried my hair and received some amazing comments on the colour.
It covers my grey great, probably the best they have ever been covered. Would defo recommend x

Durch die richtige Konsistenz, lässt sich die Farbmischung sehr gut verarbeiten.
Sie ist angenehm im Geruch und pflegend für die Haare.

I am on a limited budget so paying over a hundred dollars to have my hair colored was not an option. eSalons product is exceptional! A step by step illustration that you attach (a sticker is included) on a mirror makes the application so much easier. Best yet is the color and the fact that my hair feels so soft and healthy. I highly recommend eSalon and their color kit!

Very happy with my custom color. I had a mixed bag of hair problems. Lots of gray around the frame of my face and dark brown roots in the back, semi-orange brown hair mid length because I had previously tried to highlight my hair on my own which turned out bad and then blonde blonde ends from previous professional highlights. I was worried about trying to go all brown and ending up with different results. The eSalon expert formulated two dyes for me. A darker one for my roots and lighter brown for my ends and my hair came out perfect. Beautiful rich brown even color all over and looks very natural. It has also lasted and stayed that color for 4 weeks so far. My gray roots are just now starting to grow out, so will definitely be ordering again to touch up root in next week or 2. Thank you eSalon!

IMO esalon not only has good color product and color matching, their customer svc is fantastic. I had a small issue w my color & Carmen was right on top of it. She was in constant contact with me via email to ensure I was satisfied...and I was very pleased w the service.
Additionally, I really like the packaging of the items as well as how they notify you before your shipment to see if you need to make any adjustments to your color. I can't say enough how professional and customer friendly they have been since my first order. I've experienced poor CS during COVID with attitudes of "oh well" let's blame COVID - so NOT the experience with esalon. I highly recommend them.
The color is amazing as well.

I'm incredibly happy with the assistance I received from my color specialist. My original color gave hints of red that I didn't love with my skin tone and my request to the eSalon colorist was for deep golden brown tones to correct my original selected color. I also wanted full gray coverage which I was unable to achieve. The new color kit received delivered my exact specifications and I couldn't be happier. Wonderful customer care and easy communication.

I've been pleasantly surprised at how well the color sent to me matches my stylist's professional color. I still need help applying it. It's hard to do the back of your head but my husband helps. They send more than enough gloves and accessories and I can't wait for my highlight kit coming in the next delivery. Very worth the price.

I absolutely love my hair color from eSalon! The directions were very easy to follow. The conditioner was amazing. The customer support was top notch. They answered every question I posed within an excellent turn around time. I have never used a hair color product that made my hair feel so soft and look so healthy! I would highly recommend eSalon services and products to any and everyone who does their hair color at home!!

You guys sent me a corrected formula (I was shocked it was for free!!!) and I am absolutely thrilled with it!! I did it last night and it looks amazing! My hair is also so shiny! I was blown away with your customer service when I called and said I didn’t like the previous colour. It was corrected and shipped out right away. I also got many compliments today. I am impressed that I could speak to a representative directly to explain how I wanted an adjustment. I requested a slightly lighter shade and found it was a great color.

The package arrived beautifully and the instructions were clear and neat. I love interacting with my colourist, Aileen, to pick out the best colour for me. She is very educated and informative. Really helped me with the entire process. Customer service is AMAZING. Solange, in particular, works fast and is a wonderful, caring person. She made this entire experience so easy and I will only be purchasing my hair dye from this company because of these lovely people :) Thank you so much Solange and Aileen.

The package had everything I needed to cover the gray. I had to follow the instructions and have patience. After I waited for 15mins and then wash my hair. All I said was why didn't I do this long time ago. Thank you!

I love the hair color that was tailored for me! The best hair color i have ever tried outside the salon! I also noticed that it covers my hairline grays!! And the color last longer and my hair looks healthier!!

All my family and friends are astonished when they see my hair. ESalon truly hit the mark with my color. It is exactly what my hair looked like many moons ago. Also it completely covered my grey and the mousy brown my hair had become. Great product and easy to use.

The quality of the color is amazing. When I got my hair dyed at the salon my scalp burned and would be irritated. So far I have not experienced that with esalon dye.

For the second time I gave the custom colour set to my new hairdresser so that as well as cutting my hair she could colour it too and I didn't have to colour the bathroom! My hairdresser thought it was a quality product too.

I have been using eSalon for 5 years now and have been very happy! I received the new formula during my last order and WOW! The smell is much nicer, it doesn’t stain, and it washes out like a dream! The old formula had almost a waxy finish and it would take 3 shampoos to get it all out. It is also much easier to apply. Kudos to eSalon for continuing to improve the product!

Its always difficult to select colors on a computer screen, nonetheless, I went with my gut and chose the darkest brown they had... and its DARK! Overall, the process and instructions were easy to follow and my hair looks and feels fabulous. Next time, I will try for a lighter version and see how it goes. Overall, I am very satisfied with the value and quality of this service.

I just tried the new hair color formula and I loved it! The color didn’t run down my forehead and washed out so much easier. I also noticed I had a lot less hair loss.

I love that this service is available and they make it as easy as possible to do on your own. My color was a touch brassier than I tend to like, but it did the job of covering grey. After a few purple shampoo washes it was fine. I have purchased 3 times during the closures and am so happy to have the service when needed. That being said, I far prefer going in and having a pro do it :-)
