Overall i feel like ordering from e salon was the best choice I’ve made in awhile! My hair color didn’t end up exactly as I thought it would but the color is still pretty. My hair is softer and more manageable than before and the easy to understand instructions really helped me nail this at home hair coloring. And when I told my Estylist that the color wasn’t quite what I expected they offered to help me fix it for free. I’m in love with this company and look forward to more hair coloring adventures to come!

First time colouring my own hair during lockdown. I ordered from Esalon with some trepidation but I need not have worried. The first time I used the products the colour was slightly too dark but this was soon corrected by ESalon and subsequent deliveries have been perfect. So easy to use and long- lasting

Friend told me about salon during quarantine. It’s easier than I could have imagined. I’ve been a salon person for many years and when I couldn’t get out I thought I’d give this a try. My hair feels great looks great and I learn as I go by watching the videos and following instructions. Very happy

I love the customization of the color. I've always gotten may hair done in a salon for hundreds of dollars every 6 weeks. Was fearing this idea, but the customer service allowed me to make changes each month until I got my shade just right. :)

This was so easy to use. The colour was beautiful and lasted a while (4ish weeks). My hair felt and looked healthy. I am very pleased and intend to be a customer as long as I colour my hair.

After giving feedback to the colorist, and tweeking twice, I have to say the color is perfect! I have very thick hair, and often use more color than average, but this kit never runs short. My friends can't believe I do it myself. I am really impressed with this set, and the communication with the colorist has been really helpful.

Perfect color! I have always had issues with my hair color until now. My base is red, and almost all hair colors leave a reddish color that turns to brassy within days. That’s the reason I used to go to a professional stylist to color my hair (not even all were able to get the right formula). Since the pandemic hit, I started using e-Salon and on the third try they corrected my color to complete and absolute perfection. I couldn’t be happier!!

Good product. Very easy to use, good instruction for application. I like the color when applied and dried. It is almost exactly the color I like. I don't know if anyone else could get the color as well as they have.

My color is perfect. My colorist was very helpful in achieving my goal of covering and blending the grey. My hairstylist is also very impressed. The product is very good , love the scent !! My bathroom was a mess haha, that one is on me !

Very pleased with how the color turned out. Darker than I usually do it and it looks great! Happy with the customer service. I called to have my auto ship changed and was refunded immediately and a new ship date set.

I was nervous, I’ve always had my hair colored at the salon, it took several years for the stylist to get the color just right, medium blond, no gold, natural looking. I sent a picture to my eSalon stylist as well as filling out the information she asked for. The color I received was a perfect match, and unlike the drug store root touch up it covers my grey hair, the greatest part is it lasts just like my salon color. I would recommend it to anyone of my friends or sisters!

First time trying home colour. It was easy to use and really liked the colour blend which is a combo of dark blonde and copper. Covered the greys in my hairline, looks really good and didn't dry my hair out like the last time I had a colour in a salon. I'm converted!

The specially mixed color from the answers I gave in the online profile is one of the best results I've gotten, and even more so as the mix included a tone I don't usually go for, but the colorist picked it and it came out wonderfully well.

After one adjustment, eSalon nailed my color. I simply love it! Even more importantly, we all are concerned about the health of our hair. I have no idea what type of magic eSalon puts in the formula. This is the third time I have colored my hair and each time, it comes out soft, shiny, and in even better condition than it was before!
Finally, before eSalon, I was hesitant about coloring my own hair because I wasn’t confident that I could do it. But the detailed step-by-step instructions made it super easy with no room for error.

Habe die Farbe jetzt schon ein paar Mal benutzt und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Handhabung ist einfach und sehr gut beschrieben. Ich benutze die Farbe Blauschwarz und das Endergebnis ist super. Graue Haare werden perfekt abgedeckt.

I admit I usually purchase the "root cover-up" that costs under $10, so I was hesitant to spend over twice as much. It was worth every penny! This color matches my color perfectly, as if it was done in the salon, it is amazing. I am never going back to that other brand of color.

The color came out beautiful and my hair is softer than ever! My hair was very uneven before and the roots and ends technique chosen makes me hair so even and vibrant! The instructions were super simple and the price is super affordable and worth it! Probably will never mix my own colors again!

I hesitated for a long time before ordering color from eSalon. I had let my hair go natural to gray/silver. Being fair-skinned the silver around my face washed me out. It was easy, but I wasn’t happy. I have colored with eSalon twice now. I am extremely happy with the color sent after answering your questionnaire. It’s perfect and natural looking. Very impressed. I have hard to cover grays and this did the trick without going to dark. Tried other online coloring kits and could never get gray coverage without going to black (which is too harsh) plus had to leave color on for an hour and still the gray was not covered! This color gave me a great result first time trying it and in half the time.

This was my first time trying esalon. I was contacted by esalon and told that THEY found a color that would be much better than what I had requested. Thank goodness for that!

With the help of the eSalon support , I was provided with the perfect color. This was my first time coloring my own hair and I had many questions regarding permanent vs. demi permanent. Because I did not want commitment to a permanent color (not knowing how it would turn out) I chose demi permanent and it was EXACTLY what I wanted for covering my gray. The support team is wonderful. Initially they sent me permanent (to best cover my gray) vs the demi permanent (which is what I requested); however, they corrected the the order at no charge.

My husband was my colorist in our first attempt at home hair coloring. He was a champ and a perfectionist. I was tired of paying salon prices. I figured esolan could be the next best option. “ AND IT WAS!!!”. I am a true redhead, unfortunately with age I have had to enhance the red. Y’all know what I mean. I am in week 3 1/2 and the color is still awesome and roots are not in need of any color!! The color that I picked after the questionnaire was just what I thought it would be. Very happy! I am extending the next color to 6 weeks instead of 5, I maybe able to extend it to 8 weeks. I will keep you posted. My husband and I are very excited to color again.

Ich war anfangs sehr skeptisch, wurde aber positiv überrascht. Das Auftragen war sehr einfach, kein Tropfen und kein zu unangenehmer Geruch der Farbe. Auch die Menge war wider Erwarten ausreichend.
Nur hätte ich gerne mehr blau in meinen blau schwarz, aber das lässt sich sicher bei der nächsten Bestellung ändern.

I can’t find the words to express how pleased I am with the color! It matched my hair perfectly!Also, whenever I had my hair done at the hairdresser, there was always some tingling, burning sensation, Not with the eSalon mixture. The personal instructions were easy to follow. The Classic shampoo and conditioner left my hair soft and shiny. I purchased the cape which is excellent quality as well as the classic shampoo and conditioner. Also the accessories, bowl, clips for dividing the hair into sections. Watching my gray roots become unmanageable during Covid and fearing to go out anywhere, I told a friend that I was looking a bit shaggy and gray. She recommended e-salon and I have to say, this is the best advice I've ever had. Box dyes were not doing the job, but these colors were perfect and covered the gray to perfection. Communication is stellar, and I can go lighter / darker any time. Delivery is right on time, not to mention how much money I've saved doing this myself.

I love my new color. The colorist did a fantastic job formulating the color based on current overgrown highlights, and desire to go dark with those highlights into low lights. Great color for my complexion, really highlights my hazel/green eyes. Beautiful!

My husband (who knows nothing about coloring hair) but who is a very patient man, has been coloring my hair the past 3-4 months with eSalon. I am using a light blond mix and finding the color is quite closely matched and I am very happy with it. He finds it easier to apply the product from a bowl rather than the squeeze bottle, putting the brush in the bowl to re-apply more color. The shampoo and conditioner they provide makes your hair feel so healthy and the purple rinse that was included with the first month, I use it every shampooing as it takes any brassiness out and I still have some left, but I wash my hair every 3-5 days. One suggestion: rinse the color out in the sink and not the shower. Since I had to take a shower the last time we colored my hair, I thought I would just be very careful not to get the product in my eyes as I was rinsing (with my head held back but under the showerhead ) but as careful as I tried to be, it's impossible not to have some run into your eyes. I rinsed them with water and saline solution, but maybe due to my allergies, my eyes itched terribly for days! I really like the eSalon color and will continue to use it.

I'm so impressed with how my custom color turned out!! I've never colored my own hair in my life, but I've done my mom's roots for a while so I knew I could do it. This blended in perfectly with my root color and covered all of my grays. It looks just as good (if not better) than when I go to the salon! I'm never going back. Thank you!! :)

Esalon is truly amazing. I love how simple they make everything for you. I’ve never colored my own hair, after watching a video I nailed it the first time.
The color was perfection. I also like the communication between my colorist and myself!
