I’ve recently had my hair cut shorter and the hairdresser thought that my colour was lovely.
Then when I went to the Supermarket the woman on the till told me that she loved the colour of my hair.
I was so pleased.

My Mom had red hair and not one of her 3 kids got the same "strawberry blonde." So I took the plunge on my short, grey hair. I love the color, but my biggest critics, 2 daughters, said it needed to be darker because the current color washed out my face. I didn't think so, but I'm open to playing around. So this time, I asked Jennifer to darken it a bit. We'll see in about 45 minutes. Can't wait! Thanks, Jennifer for working with me.

Brilliant product. Felt like a treat colouring my hair. The shade is exactly what I wanted, just the right tones of auburn and red. Definitely the best colour I have achieved at home. I am converted!

Hallo liebes eSalon Team, ich habe mich heute endlich getraut meinen Ansatz nach zu färben. Da ich einmal ziemlich Pech hatte , obwohl ich da die Farbe auch aus einem Friseurbedarfladen geholt habe und mich hab beraten lassen, ist es ziemlich schief gelaufen. Daher hatte ich jetzt auch Bedenken und hab das Färben immer wieder raus geschoben, aber jetzt konnte ich nicht mehr warten und habe es heut in Angriff genommen.... Und was soll ich sagen...ich bin total Happy, mit eurer Beschreibung ging es super und es ist genauso geworden wie ich es wollte!!!!!

Jahrelang habe ich meine Haare selbst gefärbt und langsam übernimmt das Grau die Oberhand. Um eine perfekte Grauabdeckung zu erreichen, recherchierte ich im Internet und fand esalon. Toll fand ich sofort, dass man von Anfang an 'an die Hand' genommen wird! Ich suchte mir meine jetzige Haarfarbe aus und ich muss sagen, das Ergebnis war eine sehr natürliche und vorallem deckende Farbe, so wie ich es wollte. Sie ließ sich sehr gut im Haar verteilen, ohne streng zu riechen oder zu tropfen. Nach mittlerweile 4 Wochen bin ich noch immer sehr zufrieden und kann daher mit gutem Gewissen das Team von esalon weiterempfehlen und werde demnächst wieder bestellen!

Je suis totalement contente de ma couleur, je me retrouve complètement en accord avec la teinte qui a été définie avec ma photo, je me retrouve comme à la sortie de chez le coiffeur une fois que j’ai fait moi même la pose de ma couleur, je m’en sors très bien je pensais que cela aurait été extrêmement difficile mais finalement j’y arrive, je me sers beaucoup des techniques apportées dans les vidéos , j’ai pris les soins supplémentaires pour pouvoir bénéficier de toutes les qualités et le résultat est là je ne retournerai chez un coiffeur que pour refaire ma coupe, et franchement je fais des économies depuis que j’ai choisi d’essayer e salon !!! J’en suis super contente !!!

Mes cheveux sont très doux comme revitalisés.

J'adore le concept, la livraison chez soi et pas besoin de prendre rdv chez le coiffeur.

This set just blew me away with wonderful results! No chemical smells and enough color solution with some left over! I normally have to buy 2 boxes from the store to color my thick hair. I don't think I will ever go back to that now. Super fast shipping too!

The color I have used for over 10 hrs was discontinued - panic! I was able to work with my colourist to get a very very close match which was amazing. Now just 1 more tweak and it will be perfect

Ich war angenehm überrascht wie sorgfältig die einzelnen Teile verpackt waren. Es hat beim benutzen nichts gebrannt. Das Haar fühlte sich weich und geschmeidig an.
Bin zufrieden, der Preis für die 1. Bestellung war gut. Den nächsten Preis finde ich etwas hoch, zumal mein Haar sehr kurz ist.

This review is long overdue. I've been a customer of eSalon for 2 years and never had one bad experience with either the products or delivery. I've had effortless email discussions with a colorist and made color adjustments to my blend - beautiful results every time. I have also used the weekly retreat conditioner and pro toner - great! Before finding eSalon, I used off-the-shelf products, expensive in-person salons, and one other online service: trust me, eSalon beats them all! Highly recommend eSalon products and the customer service is world class.

They got it right the very first time! I went to a salon and had a terrible experience in color matching. Thought I'd try this as I researched and esalon came back with very good reviews. I was shocked that eSalon got a perfect color match the very first time I did a consult. Love the color and service. Very flattering to my natural skin tone and perfect gray coverage. From the moment I opened the box I was impressed. Everything was labeled making it easy for me to navigate the process of coloring my own hair. The coloring itself has no odor while processing which is huge for me. I’ve tried others and they stink but not this one.
I can’t say enough about the color. It’s absolutely perfect and my ends are not burned out or darker like usual. I am so impressed with the color and ease of use I can’t wait to tell everyone about eSalon.

Ich bin sehr zu Frieden mit dem Farbton, so sah er noch nie aus, wenn ich mir andere Produkte gekauft habe, die diesem Farbton ähneln und es blieben immer graue Haare übrig. Bei dieser Haarfarbe sind alle grauen Haare verschwunden. Mal sehen wie sich der Farbton durch das Waschen verändert. Ich habe es nicht bereut die Farbe bestellt zu haben. Danke an Katharina, denn sie hat mir das Endergebnis meines Haares ermöglicht.

I was a little skeptical about the customized hair color process at first. But for the $15 first time discount, i had to try it! I haven't dyed my hair in YEARS but this was super easy and turned out amazing! Exactly the color I was looking for! Will be continuing my subscription for sure.

Going back to coloring my hair and getting the exact match is crazy. Yep, got it right!
Just coloring my hair around the front to cover grey. Blended well and matched my hair color exactly. No more all over color for me! And saved a ton of money and time. Love it!

FYI I am such a spaz that I can't even section my hair properly. I was able to do my own color without a disaster and without it turning orange. I was pleased to be able to go a shade lighter than my natural dark blonde. I still have a few pesky grays, but I think I just didn't leave it on the grays for long enough.
Anyway, I'll be a customer for life!

Zunächst mal kam die Farbe in einer schön gestalteten Schachtel, alles mit meinem Namen versehen. Die Handhabung der Farben war einfach und kurz beschrieben. Das Ergebnis war genau so, wie ich es mir gewünscht habe. Graue Haare waren komplett abgedeckt. Farbe hat eine gute Haltbarkeit. Die Haare haben einen schönen Glanz.
Ich bin begeistert!

I’m honestly so impressed with this product and will be continuing to use from now on. I spent fortunes in a hairdresser recently to darken my brunette hair and it sadly just didn’t last. Ich bin mit der Anwendung gut klar gekommen. Das Farbergebnis ist genauso wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe und gefällt mir besser als bei allen anderen Colorationen, die ich bisher ausprobiert habe. Eine tolle Alternative, wenn man nicht in einen Salon gehen möchte und zu Hause selber färbt.

Ok ladies....These people have legit got this DOWN!!!! The quality of the product is top notch! It has stayed true for many weeks without fading. NOW, I have to tell you my desired color was complex! My stylist Sylvia whiped up a few colors and mixed up the perfect amount of each to give me stunning results that last! I am beyond thrilled with this company overall!

This was my first time using eSalon and I love my colour!! After answering a few simple questions about my hair, eSalon sent me my own personalised colouring kit. The kit arrived with everything needed to colour my hair, and easy-to-follow instructions. The process was quick and easy. There was no strong nasty chemical smell. My colour is exactly what I wanted, and my hair is super soft and manageable immediately after colouring. I would absolutely recommend eSalon to everyone.

I have been coloring my hair over 25 years and have used a number of different products. They were simply Ok and washed out after only 2 weeks. ESalon is a different ball game! The color lasts longer. Better than that, the color is MY color! It matches my natural coloring, thanks to my personal ESalon colorist . I have asked for it to be adjusted over time and it has only gotten better! Yes, it is more costly than drugstore brands, but still over $100 less than in a salon. When my hair needs to be done, I don’t want to wait 2 weeks for an appointment, my kit is in my bathroom ready to go. I’ve had numerous friends wanting me to share where I get my hair colored. They can’t believe I do it at home. Once a friend asked IF my hair was colored! That’s the best compliment of all.

Die Farbe sieht unglaublich natürlich aus, genau wie ich es mir gewünscht habe. Nach einer kleinen Anpassung beim ersten Mal habe ich meinen perfekten Farbton gefunden, und seitdem passt es immer perfekt. Auch die Anwendung ist einfach und angenehm – ich komme damit sehr gut zurecht, selbst ohne viel Erfahrung. Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Ergebnis mehr als zufrieden und kann das Produkt nur weiterempfehlen!

pour une première, le résultat est vraiment top, peut être un ajustement au long terme mais la couleur tient ses promesses, les cheveux blancs sont parfaitement couverts...et pratique de pouvoir avoir ce résultat sans passer par le coiffeur!

Wie immer deckt es perfekt meinen nachgewachsenen Ansarz aus weißen und grauen Haaren ab,bis jetzt die einzige Coloration die das kann auch im hellen Tageslicht.Und ich habe sehr viele ausprobiert, Premiummarken als auch normale aus der Drogerie.Nur 4 Punkte weil die Farbe nie ganz meine ist,wurde auch schon mehrfach auf meinen Wunsch angepasst, sonst wären es 5 Sterne!!Aber ein toller Glanz!!

First, let's talk about the box it comes in. It's cute and friendly with little messages over the products. The instructions are easy to follow and the color turned out great. My hair also didn't feel dry after coloring which is a huge change from the drugstore haircolor box I used to use. Also, the personal stylist is so helpful and informative. They answer all your questions and make sure you get what you want as far as color. This is a must have product for me.
