With just an online description of what I wanted, my colorist developed the perfect color for me. In these days when I cannot visit my usual stylist, I am happily surprised to find I can keep my color looking perfectly fresh!

I need a bit lighter with more of a red tint. But do think it better then store bought. Willing to try it again and anxious to see how long it lasts. Just used for first time 2 days ago. Made hair silky. Hope it continues to do the job.

I love the color match! I sent a picture and it matches perfectly. My color is lasting 5-6 weeks which is new growth. The ends are not accumulating any buildup following the expert directions.

Love this haircolor! I was using a pro stylist before covid. I was hesitant to order, but this color quality is awesome. It really covers my grey and coverage lasts longer than what I was paying $100 a month for in the salon. So happy with my results. Directions are easy to follow and they send the right supplies to get the job done. Be sure to attach a photo of the hair color you want for best results. I didn't, and first order was a little bit off from what I wanted but I still got a great result. I sent my colorist a photo and it is spot on now.

This has been a really pleasant experience for a couple of reasons. First, my colorist has been wonderfully patient in working with my pictures and with me to get the color just right. Second, the color IS just right and the end result is great. I'm now able to do my own color at home, and I find it so convenient and reasonably priced.

Took a couple trys ,but I really love my color now. I even went to my hairdresser for my first cut since covid I was wondering what she was going to say about my color....She said it looked good !! I think the colorists at e-salon colorists really listened to me and develops a great color for me! Also customer support is awesome

Esalon has a great product in their hair color, it made my hair shinier, gave my hair more body, and basically looked healthier than before coloring. The color I picked came out a little darker and redder than I would have wanted, but my personal salon specialist is currently working on a new color that is more personalized to what I want. I loved the Alterna shampoo and conditioner packets that came in my kit, and plan on purchasing these products for life! The kit came with easy-to-follow instructions, and I loved that the root color and ends refresher came separately because it makes the color have a more magnificent finish. I will definitely continue to purchase Esalon's products, services, and, specialty advice because you really get salon-quality products, at home, for a decent price. I hope the next color is more toward the color I want, I even posted pictures for my personal colorist so that I can get a more customized look that will fit my current hair situation. I think everyone should try Esalon for themselves just to find out how much better hair care and color can work for you at home without all of the hair mistakes and drug store disasters. I promise you will not be disappointed, and if your color doesn't suit you, then you can talk with your stylist to get the color that will work for you.

As a male redhead, I had huge doubts about colouring my hair. Would it have an odd reaction and dye it an unusual colour? Not with eSalon! With the hair salon closed I decided to try eSalon. I followed the directions and did the roots-only. It took me 2.5 hours start to finish the first time and 2 hours the second. Both times I was pleased with the color. Before the third ship I called in and spoke to a specialist and we tweaked the color a bit. So glad to have the option of doing it myself.

I’m very impressed with ESalon. They done a marvelous job marketing, managing, processing and distributing a great product at a great price. Why go to a salon and pay 4 to 5 times the amount you pay for esalon, with the same color results, and save hours of time.

Since not being able to get my hair done professionally for months this color has been great. Might not go back to the salon for color after all. The flexibility in terms of my schedule and the lower cost make it a great option.

I absolutely live the formula my e stylist had selected for me. It is the perfect color and last. My hair is soft and friends and family do not notice I have colored my roots. Sooo glad I found this product and my eat Ymir’s is always available to answer my questions.

Colour was rich and vibrant- not quite right colour but this was easily remedied by a quick phone call and a very helpful receptionist and then colourist sorted my colour immediately! Lovely products and very pleased with the gorgeous results! Thank you!

I have received 3 orders so far and will receiving my 4th in a few days. The kit is perfectly put together with directions and the color that I like. I was amazed that the color that I received matched what I was looking for. Everything I need is right there in the kit. I like that it comes in the mail when I request it. Also, I find the web page user friendly and easy to make adjustments as needed.

The third time's the charm. It's been great having access to an expert colorist. I have been working with Andrea, making tiny tweaks, along my home hair coloring journey. I applied my new formulation last night and it's pretty much salon perfect -- no, correct that -- I think it turned out BETTER than my last salon color, which by the way I used to get done every 4-weeks. Now, I can color my own hair, on my own schedule, and at a fraction of the time and cost. Thank you, eSalon!

The hair colourist ( my partner) armed with the colour supposedly did a “pass” of the job on my hair( according to my hairdresser today). The colour has lasted ... I just need to find the right colour for me. Would highly recommend this product to anyone seeking to avoid the salon and the salon price tag. Hoping the next colour is for me.

After just three boxes, I got the hair color that I wanted. For some reason, every time I went to a beauty salon it was very difficult to get a good hair color for me. But with esalon, I just need to tell the colorist very little instructions. A little bit lighter, and more cooper, and that was it. I am in love with my color. Thank you

Es ist genau die haarfarbe die ich als Kind hatte und dabei glänzt das Haar noch so schön wenn es frisch gefärbt ist . Auch das pflegemittel ist toll es macht das Haar leicht und geschmeidig, alles in allem ein sehr gutes Produkt.

I LOVE the color. The formula seemed thicker and creamier than before, and I really liked the way it covered all my gray. I think I will stick with this color, although I still do toy with the idea of getting the highlight kit. I will think on it. Thank you to my colorist. You got it just right!

Finally!! I have been going to swanky upscale salons for years, paying over $250 for a cut and color. Each time I walk out not truly happy. I decided to try esalon.com. I submitted a picture answered a couple questions and received my custom color. I am thrilled and in love with my custom color!! Die erste Lieferung dauert leider recht lange. Aber ich wurde bei meinem Farbwunsch gut beraten, nicht gleich zu dunkel zu gehen, bei meinem Taint (Foto). Ja, es ist Chemie drin, bei meinem Friseur aber auch! Und die Farbe wirkt sehr lebendig!
