I chose a colour and uploaded my photo, eSalon colourist came back advising the shade would be too dark for me and sent me their recommendation which I absolutely agree with. Very pleased with result.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Had a call to say looking at the imagine I sent they suggested I go a little lighter as I had lots of bleach still in my hair and could discolour. Took their advice and my hair is lovely. I love the colour and would highly recommend the esalon to anyone wanting to colour their hair. Fab coverage on greys too!

I really have never had good fortune with "store bought" hair coloring. I really love how my hair dresser colors my hair but with Covid-19 and not being able to go to her. I became desperate. I saw an add anout you on my phone while playing a game. I decided to try your product. The color is amazing, my hair feels soft like I just came out of the salon and I am thrilled at how easy it was to do. I will keep you for future energencies or when my hair dresser retires as no one has done as great a job on me until I tried your product. The color was exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much

I have always gone to the salon for a partial weave. I have been blonde for my whole life- more enhanced now that ever ... I made the switch to all over color from -e-salon and I am converted. Can’t wait to do it again. The instructions were super helpful. I did it all by myself and am happy with the results- even a month later.

I've had salon color for 30 years or more, but don't want to go into a salon right now due to the pandemic. eSalon was recommended by a friend, and I love my new color! When this difficult time is over, I'll continue to do my own color with eSalon products.

My colour arrived at around 9am and I couldn’t wait to try and fix my disaster from last week. It is brilliant!! You obviously did consider the comments I made when I tried to explain that colour generally comes out a couple of shades darker on me and this is exactly what I want. Thankyou x

The color was perfect. I originally ordered this to just do a touch up. However; because of being quarantined so long, my total hair color had washed out. I called to ask how to run through rest of hair. I received explicit verbal directions followed immediately by an email with new written directions. Highly Satisfied.

My color before eSalon was mostly gray with a bit of brown sprinkled in. I have a tremendous amount of copper undertones in my hair and the color I received pulled that out but made it look natural for my skin tone and age. Thank you- I have found a new color that suits me.

I selected a color which was very similar to my last salon color. It came out perfect. Next time, I’m going to try the highlight kit. It was very easy to do myself. Very pleased!

I have to admit, when I first dried my hair and realized how dark it was, I wasn't sure if I was going to like it, but it looks really good and healthy as well!! Now that I have seen my hair color in different lightings, as well as in the sun, the highlights and tones accent the color perfectly! I may adjust the color, as I will be re-ordering as needed, rather than on a schedule, but I am definitely happy with the overall result of my E* Salon experience! Hats off to my stylist, "colorist", Danielle! My hair hasn't been this dark in a long time because stubborn grey break-through won't allow for it. The coverage from my personalized color that E*salon prepared for me is amazing and I am 100% satisfied!! I would recommend this product to any and everyone, especially those that have trouble with grey coverage. Thanks for making my life easier E*salon!!!

This exceeded all of my expectations! I had never done my own color before and was pretty nervous, but the guide was very well done and easy to follow. The color was fantastic and had EXCELLENT gray coverage. My grays aren’t even gray anymore- at 37, I have a streak that is bright white. This covered it with no problem. The color is rich and just what I wanted. I did send in pictures to the colorist as recommended, and I’m glad I did. Thanks eSalon! I’m a very happy customer!

I was really nervous about coloring my own hair. I have never ever done it before. I must admit that the instructions were really clear and easy to follow. Best of all, the result was excellent. Got to say I was slightly hesitant at using a home colour but during lock down what can you do.

After a disaster with a supermarket bought kit, I decided to try eSalon. I entered all my details and ordered a colour and highlighting kit.

I have never coloured my hair at home. Always had professional high lites but with my usual salon closed due to Covid-19 I decided to give e-salon a try. I'm really happy with colour. I only did grey root touch up but I'm very happy with the colour and condition of my hair. I will have to see how this grows out before I decided to try again but I've a sneaky feeling I may ditch the salon and use this product instead!

I have been going to salon for years. I think it’s over 20 years since I dyed it myself at home. I am naturally around 80% grey and it was well over due with lockdown!
I couldn’t believe how quickly my kit arrived, looking all professional and personalised. I couldn’t wait to get started.
Instructions were simple to follow and results amazing. It’s exactly what I wanted.

I was so nervous to color my own hair, but the color was perfect! I have thick, wavy hair but I had plenty to cover. My hair was shiny and had good dimensions to the shade. I recommend getting the tools — it makes it so much easier.

I’ve used box colours before but the detailed instructions that came with my kit as well as the custom colour really set this apart. I am delighted with the colour results and have recommended to friends who need to home colour during lockdown.

I've been using the product for 4 years and find it simple to use, with great results. If I had any issues, I just emailed my stylist and someone got back to me quickly (usually within hours, always within 1 day). For example, I couldn't get the residue out of my hair, and the stylist adjusted my instructions with an additional step. It is easy to adjust your color choice. My hair feels soft after a treatment and the color looks natural.

Love my color! I had let myself go silver gray! I looked ok but felt blah! Coloring was the best thing I did during this quarantine! I felt like I treated myself like a queen! Well I’ve never coloured hair at home before and was actually quite scared about doing it but my hair was so grey it really needed doing. IT was like a military operation and I followed everything step by step and the result was amazing. My hair was shiny the colour was lovely and most important no grey in sight. Can’t recommend enough especially for the price and bespoke colour to suit 5*

Being in self-isolation, I decided to try a new hair color from a new company...I needed a little excitement in my life.
I am thrilled with this product. My hair looks beautiful, the color has been stable for almost 2 months, and I will be using this forever.
My husband keeps telling me how pretty my hair is and he loves the natural looking highlights and shine. In the past he only commented on my hair when my roots started to show.
Of course, being in Covid-quarantine, nobody else has seen my hair, but someday, the world will know how cute I am now, thanks to ESALON.

This color is exactly what I wanted, took out the warmth in my dark hair, made it shiny and healthy and even. So much better than box dye and spending 100 dollars at the salon to make it the same color and cover the little grey hairs I have. It’s a bit messy so I have to think of a way to make it less of a mess ( my hand is stained ) but that’s a technical issue on my end, highly recommend & thank you to my stylist !

I haven’t coloured my own hair for over 20 years, but decided to give esalon a go when all the hairdressers closed during lockdown. The ordering was easy and the products arrived in lovely packaging. The instructions said to do my roots first, but I ignored that as I don’t have roots, so just put the colour on all over and left for 20 mins. It’s come out exactly the same colour as when my hairdresser does it, but at a fraction of the cost! I’ve heard so many horror stories of dark brown hair dye turning hair black, but am pleased to say my hair is a lovely, glossy and rich mahogany. I’m very pleased and will definitely use esalon again.

My colorist did a great job matching my hair color. It didn’t eliminate the red and brassy altogether but i didn’t expect it to without A toner. Overall i think it did a great job of blending my Hair and getting rid of those chunky roots. My actual hairstylist will be pleased she doesn’t have to color correct too much!

I simply could not believe it! My 13-year-old colored my hair and the shade you selected blended absolutely seamlessly with my current color, making my dark and gray roots invisible! Admittedly, I was a bit leery when I first ordered my eSalon kit, as I figured it probably wasn’t much different than drug store box dyes. I am so glad I was wrong! Elisa (the colorist assigned to me) did a great job in coming up with a formulation that suited my hair type and requests (I had requested to neutralize the brassiness from a prior color, which the formulation she mixed did perfectly)! I was also impressed with the personalized packaging and easy-to-follow instruction guide. I highly recommend!

I never used eSalon products before but knew that I didn't like box color! I usually go to a regular salon, but with Covid-19 was unable to, and I really liked the reviews about eSalon. I just needed my roots colored to cover the grey and protect my highlights. They designed a wonderful product that was just like the salon, and the conditioners were great for my hair!!

This is the best colour I have ever used and I've been colouring my hair longer than I care to remember. It compares to a good salon colour treatment - better in my opinion. They've got the colour spot on. Couldn't improve it!

I normally have my hair dyed professional and was a little concerned that I could achieve a professional finish at home, how wrong was I!!!
The dye supplied by eSalon covered my root 100% and matched my hair colour perfectly. The instructions and quality of products supplied was very high even down to the sticker which allows you to attached your instructions to the wall for easy access while applying your dye
Great result allowing me not to have to worry about my hair during lockdown!

Everything about this colour kit was excellent, the colour is intense and a great conditioner. The kit is very impressive and I can’t wait for my next order to come

I only used the Esalon because of the pandemic but I will continue to use it from now on because the color match was near perfect. It arrives automatically on time and my hair feels great afterwards!

I was a little apprehensive and only ordered due to lockdown and being desperate, well I am so glad I did it was easy to use, great instructions, colour worked brilliantly and was what I asked for and my hair feels in really good condition

It was so easy. A stylist even called me to make sure the color was correct. Received my color quickly and my hair looked great within a week. Thank you so much!
