It's the BEST experience that I ever had. The color doesn't have a strong smell and also, it doesn't BURN on your scalp. After coloring, the texture feels AMAZING!!! SO SOFT, and SMOOTH. It's a better alternative than going to the beauty salon.

Good morning, I have received and used my new personal colour and all I can say is WOW, it is a gorgeous colour and I am delighted with it, my hair is the colour I absolutely wanted, it feels great, the box that was delivered was so nicely packed, everything I needed to do my hair, perfect. I was incredibly nervous to use this product as I have always gone into a salon to have my hair coloured. But, it turned out amazing ! I love it , perfect match colour and shine. I actually prefer it than any other colour I’ve used previously !! Thank you , looking forward to my next lot :)

I am not a person to write a review nor buy a lot of things online; especially something like this that you can’t see in person. However, this is the *best* hair color I’ve ever had. My hair is auburn and not the easiest to match. Even at the salon. This was dead on. I haven’t seen my hair this color since I was younger. I’ve gotten compliments on it. The color stays, it’s phenomenal. I should state, I don’t have a lot of grays; what I do have are stubborn grays which are very prominent against my natural color.
The kit comes with everything set out for you. It does mimic an at home salon experience. Ease of use is elementary. I’m actually looking forward to the next time!

I ended up using it as an all-over color rather than the roots because I had very light ends and dark roots. It got me back to my natural color, which is all I need right now. It was super easy to use with no mess. It hasn't washed out, actually went one shade lighter after washes, which I liked. The shampoo/conditioner makes your hair silky smooth. I might go one shade lighter next time.

Have tried my hair colour today and is it absolutely lovely, almost the same colour as my natural hair, This company is fantastic and provides a superb salon to home service. Everything you need is provided with your kit, they have thought of everything! Love the fact you can ask them to adjust your colour if needed. The service has been excellent, will definitely continue using them and highly recommend to everyone.

My roots were getting pretty bad with the quarantine so I tried e-salon. It was so easy and I love it. The color match was perfect. We quickly ordered my daughter some and hers turned out great as well. Love that they have a professional looking at all the orders etc. to make sure you get what you need.

I was skeptical about having to use two bottles and was a little worried because I was covering up blonde balayage with a darker, warmer colour. But after reading the instructions and watching some of the videos, I worked up the courage to do it. I shouldn’t have worried. The colour is rich and very professional looking. Clean-up was easy and I actually had no staining (unlike when I go to the salon). My colour is a work in progress to get it back to a rich brown, but I’m super happy with this first colour!

Ich war erst sehr skeptisch, ob der passende Farbton gefunden wird. Ich lasse es sonst immer beim Friseur machen und selbst da hat es gedauert, die richtige Farbe für mich zu finden. Die Farbe die eSalon für mich gemischt hat, gefällt mir sogar noch etwas besser. Sogar mein Mann der immer sehr kritisch ist, gefällt es sehr gut. Vielen Dank an meine COLORISTIN: Kathrina. This is the first time that I have coloured my hair by myself and I was so nervous but needed to cover my grey whilst in Covid 19 lockdown. I couldn’t have been more pleased. The colour is spot on and looks great. So easy to apply (though I need to try and make less mess next time!!) and has given my hair a lovely sheen.

Wow! I really was skeptical about how well this was going to work on my hair. I have thick and dry long hair and it absorbs EVERYTHING. It really provided a great all over color and the colorist hit it out of the park with the mix. Totally worth it!!

I was skeptical and a bit worried about ordering a color online and then applying it to my hair not knowing what the results could be...I might hate the color. I was trying to get rid of my gray and usually go to a salon, however with COVID-19 closures I wouldn’t be able to get to my stylist until June!!!! Um no I can’t wait that long.
I followed the easy evaluation steps for which I was presented with color options based on my base. I selected my preferred color and when I received it in the mail couldn’t wait to apply and see my results. Needless to say my reservations about using this product have been happily quashed. This is a great option to store bought and professional salons. The color is perfect. I had root color and end color and it blended naturally to match my desired hair color result. I highly recommend eSalon and will be a returning customer.
**One thing to note**. If your hair is longer I recommend having help to apply in order to ensure all over coverage especially in the back.

En vérité j'ai été déçue par le délais de livraison, Parce que j'attendais avec impatience de faire ma colo. Mais je comprends parfaitement la situation et je suis contente d'avoir reçu le colis malgré les difficultés liées au covid. Like many folks out there...this is the first time I have colored my hair at home. It was definitely a messy process for me which I'm sure will get better as I get more used to it; however, the end result far exceeded my expectations. The color looks great and my grays are gone!...at least for now!

My order arrived on time. Loved the sticker that’s included so you can put the directions on your mirror to refer to as you are applying the color. The directions were clear. It covered my gray and matched my color better than any store-bought product I’ve used. Give it a try!

I have a head full of white/gray hair that I have been having colored to my pre-gray medium/dark brown at the salon for decades. When COVID-19 and the call to #StayHome came along, I gave eSalon a try to deal with my major gray root growth at that point. I stepped through the website form, uploaded a few photos, placed my order, and waited by the mailbox. TODAY my order arrived! I immediately tore into the package and gave the system a go. Well, I'm delighted! Now, it's possible that a big part of my delight is the fact that my roots are no longer white, which is a very BIG DEAL right about now, but I can also say that I found the process pretty easy to manage, even as a first timer. While my new hair color is slightly too dark, I'm still very satisfied. It's not dramatically off base, and I'm sure I'll be able to work with the colorists to modify my order for next time. And I will definitely be ordering again. I advise anyone doing this for the first time to head to YouTube and search "eSalon" to find the many videos that are out there. I found that I had an easier time applying my color myself because I had invested an hour or two in advance, getting tips about just how one actually does that.
Anyway, I'm going to place an order today for my next box, so it'll be here at my finger tips, when the time comes to cover those gray roots again (in three weeks). Thanks, eSalon. I give your process and your product a big thumbs up.

I hesitated about doing my own color, but I finally gave in (too many gray roots - ha, ha). I didn’t want to stop there, so also ordered color for the rest of my hair (to cover highlights that will grow out too far). I have NEVER colored my own hair before and found the instructions to be easy to follow and the results are truly amazing!! I did have to get some help (from my son, who is quarantined with me) - don’t know how someone could do this alone! All I can say is that I love how it turned out (and my family does, too). I would highly recommend eSalon to my friends and family!!

I ordered to use as a touch up For my roots for in between appointments with my hair stylist. It was a perfect match to my color. Very satisfied and will continue to order. So much better than drugstore brands that Are Hit or. miss. And the best part is provided great coverage of gray hairs!

Great color and coverage. Thanks Yvette S! I would recommend this color for resistant grey. I did leave it on for 40 minutes because I know how resistant my greys are. The shampoo/conditioner smelled great. And the stain guard and remover wipe worked great too!

I’m 40 years old and have never dared to color my own hair, fearing an embarrassing disaster. When my employer switched to full telework status, to comply with social distancing, I finally had the perfect opportunity to try. I was very impressed at how easy this was and how much I liked the end result. It was quicker than a trip to the salon and so much less expensive!

Application de la coloration facile et j’imagine qu’avec de la pratique cela devient plus facile, l’odeur est largement supportable. Le résultat est surprenant, belle couleur, cheveux brillants. Je suis conquise.

Love the color and the fact that my hair specialist is able to change the colors for me as I want. I’m usually a drastic color changer and have fallen in love with the color I get.

I looked around at quite a few color kits. The reviews were great for this product. I am so glad I went with esalon. Application was easy and the step by step instructions were a must for me, a first timer. My hair is beautiful. I am constantly getting compliments. Esalon. You have won me over.

Mein Farbton wurde von der Coloristin exakt getroffen, die Grauhaarabdeckung am Ansatz ist optimal und die im Päckchen mitgesendete Pflege (Shampoo+Conditioner) machten das Haar weich und glänzend.
Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung während dieser schwierigen Zeit,
trotzdem freue ich mich, wenn mein Friseur wieder öffnet... .

I have no issues. This product is perfect in every way, shape and form. The color actually has a very slight shimmer of deep violet in the sun which really compliments my brown eyes and makes the color look more natural compared to a flat boxed/some hair dressers black. I feel as though esalon went above and beyond, from the personalized instructions, stain guards, two pairs of gloves, such professional packaging, name labeled, and so much support! My hair felt soft, shiny, and my grays are.... what’s a gray?! I wanted to thank my colorist Jennifer, and esalon for helping me feel beautiful during this difficult time. A life-time customer ❤️

I love my color. It soft natural and stays shiny after many washes. Everything including conditioner shampoo, gloves, stain remover. The price is reasonable and If I have a question, I can call my colorist to answer my questions.
Easy to do..color looks great...autodelivery..and my own colorist to ask questions.
Very satisfied...

I used this product before and loved it. Then went back to having my hair colored by a professional. Now with COVID-19 I am back and forgot how much I enjoyed the product!

I watched a video on youtube before I made my purchase, and the woman made it look super simple and she was happy with the results, so I decided to give it a try. I have short hair, so I figured it would be pretty easy for me to do. My hair was already colored with highlights. The grays were starting to show around the hairline and the color was fading. I really like how esalon's site does its best to match you with the best possible hair color. I have to say that the color I received was great - totally happy with it! I will be interested to see how soon it fades from washing, and if it lightens or turns brassy from the sun. I would have given 5 stars, but the hairline grays did not get covered by the color 100% (followed the instructions to the T ) I may try doing the highlighting myself, but it looks a little more difficult than I might want to attempt. I would suggest that esalon add a few plastic hair clips with the order. Overall, am pleased.

COVID 19 Hair Emergency....(sarcasm). My brunette color with bayalage ends was looking brassy and nasty. I was worried coloring would completely dull the highlights. Crystella, my colorist, did an awesome job. I'm so glad I included a picture so she could correct what I had originally asked for. The color is natural, very multi-dimensional, and you can still see glimpses of highlights on my ends. She did a great job. My hair and scalp (I use to be so sensitive) are both healthy and I will definitely do this again!!!! Thank you!

I wasn't sure what to expect, but I am beyond pleased with the results. The color is perfect and the coverage of my gray (which is really mostly white) was amazing, and the texture of my hair is great as well. I normally get my hair professionally colored but would occasionally try an at home boxed product. Now, because of the current need to 'internet shop' I decided to try eSalon, as did my daughter. We are both so incredibly pleased with the results! Highly recommend eSalon!

Although afraid to mess this up, with the assistance of my colorist from eSalon I was able to navigate the eSalon directions and do an amazing job for my very first application. I am on to my second time and am confident I will do this with perfection! Although I so prefer to have someone else wash the color out of my hair, I am ecstatic that no one know for sure that I color my own hair. Thank you all for being there for all of us.

I cant say enough good about this product. I was a newbie to coloring my own hair so I was a bit nervous. No need. The directions were clear and concise. The end product was salson quality. The grays were covered an the color was multi dimensional. Just lovely.
