I have never colored my hair before and due to the virus needed to find a solution I could do at home to cover my roots. Esalon was perfect! Their questionnaire was detailed and the colorists were both responsive and experienced. They told me that the color I thought I would need didn't match the photo of my hair color. They were right! The color they formulated was perfect and blended seamlessly, as well as my hair salon would have done! The kit came quickly and was easy to apply. I may not return to my hair salon after the virus passes!

I have never colored my own hair but I can not say that any longer. My eSalon experience took place and I’m very happy to say I loved it! Ok, so I broke the rules and didn’t color roots only as my instructions recommended. I LOVE how my hair came out. I was so tired of all the colors in my head from previous colors and highlights. This blended my hair and gave me a rich mahogany that I feel complements my skin. Thanks Esalon! ❤️

With "shelter at home" rules in effect, I could not see my stylist for my monthly touch ups. My darker roots and gray were weighing me down on top of the rest of COVID19! I sent a photo, and received my match according to my "virtual stylist, Paul." He did a TREMENDOUS job of matching! I can not imagine that is easy to do, just from a photo and the bit of input I gave. Thank you so much. I would absolutely recommend. Honestly, what is the worst that could happen, as long as you test a small patch first? LOVE!

After hearing all of the commercials, I broke down and tried this product reluctantly since my salon is closed due to the quarantine. I am truly in shock at the results! My hair looks better than when I pay over $200 to have my highlights. There a multiple shades of blonde which not only look very natural but also looks extremely healthy! I could not be more pleased! I was really nervous having always used a salon. I no longer will be at the mercy of my salon, this is such a great service! Amazing products, clear instructions. Loved that I could add the cape and full size shampoo and conditioner. Autoship is an amazing feature. I was getting my roots done every 2 weeks and now I can do it at home for a fraction of the cost and have the support of colourists to make sure my colour is perfect. Coverage was 100% of grey, no issues at all. Love, Love, LOVE!

I don't know how they did it, but from my answering a few questions, they came up with a formulation that is the exact match for my hair color. It covered the grays completely too! I could not be more pleased!!

Thankfully, my colorist recognized that I had made the wrong choice to cover my gray outgrowth. The match is perfect, the color is so nice and I got great gray coverage! I am looking forward to my next treatment now that I think I have the hang of it. This quarantine has nothing on my hair looking its best thanks to Madison Reed!

I love e salons hair coloring, for the first time all my grays really did get coverage. The color itself is great, although I am going to change it a bit this time. That is one of the great things, you can tweak your color everytime you order. The price is awesome for the personalized service you receive! This is salon quality color at home.

This is the first time in my life I colored my hair on my own. I started to grey very young. I was very nervous but it actually turned out pretty great. My colorist at eSalon did a great job of matching my current base color and my highlights survived my amateur-ish application. You have really helped me survive one depressing aspect of self—quarantine times. I could have left the color on longer for more complete coverage, but overall I am pleased (I am very silver on top of my head).

Hello!
I received my package in the mail and completed my root touch up yesterday. I'm very pleased with the color and will definitely be doing this again. My daughter in law applied the color and things got a bit messy, but overall a lot cheaper than going to the salon. Will have more experience next time lol

I was shooting for a more smoky blonde but was so thrilled at how this color turned out, that this is my new go-to!

This was my first time coloring my hair at home. I was petrified but since I didn't really want the "skunk" look that I was getting from sheltering in place, I figured "Why not??" I was really pleased with the color and it covered my grays (actually they are stark white) perfectly. I used a comb to pull the color through to my ends and it helped me get complete coverage in the places I couldn't see. I have already ordered another kit! THANK YOU!!!

It was so nice to be able to talk to a color specialist. I sent pictures to try to match my hair color. The fists batch didn’t color my grays and I left it on for 45 minutes. The second bath they adjusted and it worked! It comes in a very nice box with very easy instructions. The presentation is beautiful!Thank you.

The color match was perfect! I was very skeptical since the picture I sent wasn't very good ... so I called the salon for extra help on the application. I was nervous about coloring my own hair because I have always had a professional do it, but when it became impossible to go to my stylist due to the coronavirus, I decided to give it a try. The kit arrived, and I just finished the process which was surprisingly straight-forward and easy. I read the instructions, watched some videos on the eSalon website, and then started. The instructions are so clear that it is nigh on impossible to screw this up. The kit contains absolutely everything you need to color your own hair, including items I had never thought of before. I followed the instructions, finishing the process by washing and conditioning my hair with the products in the kit. When I blew my hair dry, I was stunned. My hair looks shiny, the curls are bouncy, and I feel ridiculously pleased that I did it myself. I am now a huge fan!

I’ll start off by saying this worked way better than I had expected. The color came out almost exactly as esalon had predicted and it doesn’t have the horrible chemical smell most hair dyes have. It covered all my grey no problems. I have already referred it to my mom and plan on buying in the future.

It may have taken longer to do but it's the best color I've ever put on my hair. I mean period, I've done both over the last thirty years and this turned out the best I've seen. I am very happy with the color and while it did take a little longer and attention to do myself at home, it's better than any salon I've ever been to. Thank you so much! I will not use anything else ever again and have recommended to all my friends- who love the color too and I promised to do theirs if they order esalon... LOL! I'm not a hairstylist by any stretch but using this sure let me feel like it =)

This is what I was expecting the first time I colored, because the color mid-length looked so bright while it was processing. This is such a pretty color, I really like my hair this color. Thanks to Mindy my colorist she did some tweaking to my custom color and the second time was much better✔. I like that I can reach out to my personal colorist with questions, suggestions and advice on my custom color💯.

Instructions were easy. My roots are covered and the color is great. I naturally have dark hair, and I have dyed it red for years. Red hair can be tricky, and esalon made it easy!

I have been coloring my own hair for years and wanted to try eSalon after seeing others great results. I used the demi permanent and it left my hair very soft. It was just the right amount of red with Dark brown ( Natural Burgandy) The kit makes the process so nice to have all included.

I have NEVER coloured my hair myself before so this was a real game changer for me, especially during lockdown.
The instructions were easy to use, clear and simple with brilliant online guides too. I ordered the cape and tools too as have very long hair and despite a slight, and I mean slight, darker shade that I am used to -which in all honesty was probably due to the picture I sent them - I think I am converted. Definitley tweaking and using again for sure.

Das hochwertig verpackte Paket kam zügig an, Ausgepackt mit großer Vorfreude... Die Farbe für den Ansatz ist einfach super geworden, die zweite Gratisfarbe für die Längen habe ich noch nicht ausprobiert. Bis ca. zur Mitte meiner Haarlänge ein tolles Farbergebnis, die Spitzen sind leider super dunkel geworden, das liegt aber an meiner Haarstruktur, beim Frisör erziele ich kein besseres Ergebnis. Das Shampoo und die Pflege, die dem Farbset beiliegen, sind top, das Haar ist geschmeidig, glänzt und nicht angegriffen.
Freue mich schon auf die zweite Lieferung, da werde ich dann auf alle Fälle die Farbe für die Längen mitbenutzen.
