I love this product. I have not had a bad color, and if I feel the need to change it up a little bit, the colorists have made every change I have requested. It leaves my hair very shiny and soft.

You made my captivity so much better - a lot less grey, anyway! Perfect hair colour, great instructions. I have never coloured my own hair before, but these are desperate times. It worked perfectly. If only I could learn how to cut my hair! Thanks for saving the day.

Perfect again! Asked to slightly lighten color, clear advice and instructions given. Plenty of product, clear individual instructions print out, texts prior to this to also assist, all the ‘extras’ you need in the box. Blown away by how good my colour is. Have absolute faith that whatever I want to achieve color wise in the future I will get the correct advise. So happy !

Habe heute das erste Mal meinen Ansatz gefärbt.
War mit der präzisen Anweisung gut zu schaffen (hatte zuerst Bedenken, dass ich zu ungeschickt sei)
Das Farbergebnis hat meine Erwartung übertroffen. Wenn die Farbe jetzt noch 3/4 Wochen das Grau am Ansatz deckt, bin ich restlos begeistert.
Werde nach dieser Zeit nochmals kurz berichten.

Je suis très contente d’avoir acheté ma couleur et sans regret encore mieux qu’au salon. J’en suis à mon deuxième shampoing et rien à dire pas de cheveux blanc en vue la tenue et exceptionnelle. Dans le kit il y’a tous ce qu’il faut j’étais même étonnée d’avoir tous ça dedans et en plus du prix qui est bien moins cher qu’au salon et la tenue plus longue aussi.
Franchement je reste chez esalon , je n’irai au coiffeur que pour couper les cheveux.
En plus on peut modifier le ton de la couleur ce que j’ai fait , j’ai demandé un ton plus clair de ma première commande.
Si non rien a dire 👍🏻

During this time when we can’t go out and visit our salon this came in handy. Instructions were simple, I loved the detail of the sticker to place the instructions on the wall while I’m doing my hair. Everything came out perfect. I did like the color and it was very easy. It was my first time doing home color so I did too much so some of my highlights are now darker. My family said it looks great.

At first the color looked very dark upon application, but after finishing the process it was absolutely gorgeous! The color didn't irritate my scalp and the shampoo and conditioner smelled incredible. I am so pleased with the outcome. Thank you!

My natural color is a mousey, drab, ash medium/dark blonde. I have the pale, freckled complexion and green eyes of a redhead, and now finally have the red hair I should have been born with. This eSalon color is beautiful, very natural and understated. The product is gentle, and leaves my hair in excellent, healthy, shiny condition.
I've happily raked in lots of compliments, and love my new look. I feel like I finally look the way I should -- the outer me matches the inner me. It's a nice feeling.

this is by far the best color I have used. People can't believe I color my own hair. The key is separating the hair and brushing only on the roots that need coloring and not on already colored hair unless for a refresh every 6 months

I got my hair color weeks ago, which was fast on delivery... and last night I decided to do my hair! O M G.... I am in love with it, I’ve tried a lot of store brand products, and they all never can cover all my gray (esp in one certain place) and this product covered it! I loved the result. The instructions were easy to follow and it was amazing that the color turned out so natural looking! I have colored my hair a couple of times before so I was experienced. Coloring your hair at home is not as easy as at the salon with the shampoo bowl but very doable if you prepare and follow the step by step instructions!

I love the ease of using your product with the detailed instructions. And the color lasted 4 1/2 weeks with very little grey showing. And when I asked for a color adjustment it was done and looks great. I love it. Especially in this crazy time- what a great service. Thank you

I love working with someone to find the best color, getting all the support and help for tips. The color is easy to apply, always have plenty in the bottles, and color lasts until the roots show. I've always dyed my own hair. This brings professionalism to home kits.

I don’t normally do reviews on products but this was a godsend . Due to being isolated from work I had to cancel my hair colour and cut appointment.
This was so easy to understand and wonderful to apply. Not runny and was lovely and creamy. My greys have nearly gone, now look blonde but I’m so happy with the colour and my hair is so soft and shiny now I will recommend this product and the match was amazing. No regrowth anymore x

This is a legit customer review so believe me when I say that i was blown away. The cost is CRAZY low for what you get. The boutique like packaging, the clear instructions, unique extras like stain preventer, and a sticker to hang your instructions, and the fact that through the specific process you could tell you were going to have professional level results. The colour was perfect and the customization of the root vs ends colour gives my hair layers of high and low lights. I’m floored by the quality that e-salon puts out. It’s nice to be surprised rather than let down by a new product these days. I will be back!!

Bin voll überzeugt von dem Produkt und auch ein toller Kundenservice: haben mich angerufen, um nochmal den Farbton zu besprechen.
Die Farbe hat meine grauen Haare perfekt abgedeckt und der Farbton ist identisch mit meiner Naturfarbe. Werde dabei bleiben.

I just used my color kit and wanted to say thank you--perfect color that matched my natural hair. Since my appointment was cancelled with my hair stylist due to recent social distancing...I went ahead and attempted to color my roots and other areas of my hair (few grey strands). I was able to manage not to touch my balyage color. This works great for another 6-8 weeks during this time. I did put my auto-ship on 'stop' as it may be easier to order when I need this. THANK YOU!!! Will definitely order again...

This color was a perfect match to my salon color. With the quarantine going on all salons were closed and while I missed my stylist I enjoyed the at home time with my oldest daughter. First time use - Dark Blonde for root touch up - I would definitely recommend this product. I used the brush/bowl application. I did not leave the product on long enough for complete grey coverage because it turned very black while processing and my past experiences with home hair coloring prompted me to rinse it out at 30 minutes. As it turned out, I should have left it on because the grey coverage was only about 60% but the color and texture of my hair was excellent. With this, I assume my next application will be perfect after I leave it on for at least 40 minutes. My hair has a nice salon feel to it which is a first for me using a home hair color product. It has been at least 15 years since I have done my hair at home but due to the COVID-19 virus I believe this may be my new norm for a while. So happy I didn't have to sacrifice quality. Thanks eSalon!

Alles dabei, was man braucht, Farbe eins a. Hab es mir von einer Freundin auftragen lassen, ging gut! Alleine ist bei meiner Haarlänge leider nicht möglich. Zwei Packungen bei hüftlangem Haar sind ausreichend. Ich bleib dabei !!!

I was very apprehensive as the last time I coloured my own hair it was a disaster. I'll spare you the details but needless to say I have had a colour technician do my hair especially with the onset of grey now a factor. My hair colour looks the same as the salon results and feels fantastic with shine and softness that I am happy to say was the end result. My grey on the very top (which is the only grey I have) could have used a little more time but that is more my own in-experience than the product itself. It was easy to use once I got over my first set of nervous tension and got down to it. There is ample amount of product supplied and tools (brush, gloves, shampoo, conditioner, Stain preventer and remover set by step instructions) included in your kit. I recommend that you also purchase the mask, the shine as well as the tint if you are a Blond 10V like myself as these will help treat your hair and maintain the colour eliminating the brassy look etc,. I will definitely recommend this to all my family and friends as the salon quality is apparent.

I love my custom set every other month! I don't have to worry about needing to go to the store and not find my color. It also makes my hair smell and feel amazing!! It's soft and shiny after my touch ups and the color lasts for a while so I don't end up washing it out weeks later. Plus, you get to talk to your color maker about any changes you want to make, I actually just decided to go a bit lighter on my color and I can't wait to see how it looks!!

My hair felt amazing when I tried eSalon but I was looking for more of a red tone (hair still looked to dark). I did get to speak to my hair specialist Yvette (very nice and understanding) and she will be adding some more red tone to my hair. I cant wait to try it out :) I also can’t wait to try my shampoo/conditioner and shine serum

Meine Haare sehen danach aus als würde ich vom Frisör kommen ,einfach ein tolles Farbergebnis. Die Haare sind nach dem Färben weder stumpf oder angegriffen. Die Auswahl ist Riesengroß und sehr individuell. Das ist das beste Produkt das ich seit langen hatte.

I was light blonde and wanted to go back to my natural color, a darker brown with an auburn undertone. I picked the color I thought would work and uploaded a couple of pictures. My stylist said that the color I chose wouldn't work with my coloring and suggested a different formula. What she chose is perfect! I love it and my fiance loves it! He says it may be his favorite color on me.

A natural dark brown turned light medium with balyage for 2 years. During quarantine, I simply took a few pics. They sent the color a few weeks later and it is soooooo perfect! Not too dark. Didnt cover up balyage.

I am thrilled with my color! I was worried about doing my own color. I have had professional highlights and low lights for years but shelter-at-home called for a change. The process was easy and my color is shiny, bouncy and has dimension. Not an all over color that looks boxy. Highly recommend!

2 flacons, un pour les racines plus foncé et l'autre plus clair pour les longueurs
afin de donner un effet plus naturel.

ESalon has accommodated all my requests for changes. I wrote in with some details about the color updates I wanted, provided some photos, and the team got me a perfect color. I have decided to go with a cool reddish brown and I think I'll keep this for some time.
I have some squiggly whites that cover up for about 3 weeks, but the color fades from these first. No worries though because the auto shop fixes me up just around the time I notice I need to re-dye.
Highly recommend and don't be afraid to ask for what you want or need, the team here has been informative and understood my requests, true synergy.

I love, love, love my custom color. I worked with the color consultant to achieve what I wanted and everything came out perfectly! I also love the packaging and the generous amount of product you receive in the shipment. Lots of shampoo and conditioner to use at least twice, maybe three times if your hair is short. So gentle on my hair and scalp. I am a convert -- will love having Esalon "do" my color!

I've been using E-salon now for the last 1 1/2 years now and I cannot tell you how wonderful it has been!
1st of all, they send me my update color at exactly the right time so I can apply the color before my grow out gets too bad. I have always struggled with keeping up with my root coverage because I get too busy with life and before I know it, my roots have grown out up to an inch of icky grey! With e-Salon my update color arrives right on time and having that little box sitting there prompts me to get on the ball and do my hair.
2nd; having a custom color ALWAYS insures my color is perfect.
3rd: I love that I have a personal consultant who I can contact any time and make adjustments.
4th and final point: THE PRICE IS ALWAYS JUST RIGHT!!!
I feel so fortunate that I took a chance on this company. If you want a consistent color done on a consistent basis, e-Salon is the company to use!

Ich habe das erste Mal hier meine Haarfarbe gekauft und muss sagen ich bin begeistert. Die Farbe sieht toll aus, mit dem beiliegenden Shampoo und Spülung sehen die Haare nach der Färbung super gepflegt aus. Ich habe die Färbung mit der Flasche aufgetragen, war doch anfangs schwierig. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich es mit dem Pinsel auftragen, denke dann kann man die Ansätze noch besser abdecken. Eine ausführliche Anleitung lag dabei und das nächste Versanddatum steht schon fest. Tolle Sache und wenn man nicht mehr will, kann man das Abo einfach stoppen, klasse.

I was a nervous wreck never coloring my hair before. The directions were clear and the phone support much appreciated. I am so happy with the results! Being a redhead (mostly gray now) I was worried how a new color would cover my gray and still blend in with previous color. Super impressed with the color I received - thank you so much! :0)

I usually don't leave reviews but I feel compelled to do so today!!! Since the "physical distancing" and not being able to get to the salon to wash my grey away, I resorted to the internet to solve my dilemma. I found Esalon and their online consultation process easy to understand and complete. I received my kit with instructions on how to use and I got the Best results ever!!! Thank you Esalon... I never write reviews but I was very impressed with my order. They included everything I needed and my color came out beautiful! It left my hair shiny and healthy looking. The color covered my grays beautifully, it was easy to do, and it’s so healthy and shiny, even after shampooing again and again! I am so happy I found Rosaline. I love my copper and auburn locks!

I have had 2 kits through now and cannot praise the service and products any higher. The kit comes with all the equipment you need plus detailed easy to follow instructions and arrive exactly when scheduled and when my colour (and roots) need them. To top it all the colour is EXACTLY what I was wanting and I have had so many positive comments about it and I love it! Thank you esalon.

As the cost of having my hair colored by my professional was rising, I made a choice to go back to touching up my own roots monthly. ESalon is so cost effective, the color is perfect and can be changed any time, and I can color at my convenience! Love it!

Fühlt sich professionell an, die Farbe ist genau so wie ich es mir vorgestellt hab, und glänzt. Und nach dem waschen der Haare, fühlt sich super an, ob ich beim Friseur war :)

I just did my own hair last night and it turned out amazing. The color is exactly what I expected and I had fantastic directions to stick on my mirror (how cool is that?) I just colored my own hair and saved $100. I'm sold on this. It took me a total time of 60 minutes from finish to start and I did it in my own home and own time.
