First time user. Ordered a coppery brown color and was extremely nervous since I haven't dyed my own hair in years! Color turned out amazing - although darker than expected - but no a big deal at all! I actually had this color at some point and really like it! I can't believe it! Better than a salon. Sorry Morgan (my hair stylist). May have to just come in for just a cut now!

Not being able to go to the salon right now had me feeling stressed about my grays. I found esalon and went through the setup, uploaded pics, and my kit arrived quickly. My hubby got to brush on my color and it was a perfect match to my salon color. Thank you for a great product!

I usually get my hair professionally colored every 3 weeks. With this scary time where we cannot go out, salons are closed, etc. I didn’t know what to do. I ordered my first custom color from eSalon. Now, know that I was NERVOUS, because I have a deep burgundy purple hair color...... I just colored my own hair for the first time and WOW!!! Super easy and I love the color! Thank you so much!!!! This color was on point! An exact match to my last salon color...process was easy and my roots colored well. Non salon dyes don't last long on my hair so I will be curious to see if lasts as long a salon dye.

Die Farbe ist toll. Die Farbe hat sich kaum herausgewachsen. Alle grauen Haare abgedeckt. Selbst nach Wochen. Ich freue mich bereits auf meine nächste Farbe mit dem Strähnchenkit. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

100% try this! My salon colour stung my scalp but I persevered bcos the colour was good - tried Esalon honestly the colour is perfect and no stinging not even a tingle!! So glad I found Esalon 100% recommend! ❤️

eSalon was recommended by a good friend who has been using for a couple of years. I am skeptical of any at home color as I have been so burned in the past by OTC colors etc. My first box was 3 weeks ago and I did my due diligence and read the directions thoroughly, watched the online videos and set my "station" up prior to beginning. Even though I've colored at home before, I wanted to give this the full effort to know I did it right. The application was easy enough. I used the bottle application over the brush. My 4 star review is ONLY because of the last steps. Filling my color bottle with water and applying to "lather" my hair was a hot mess. It just went every where and I was so nervous about getting it in my eyes. I made it through though :) The overall color is just beautiful. My grey's are covered and the color blended perfectly with my existing color - no streaks or color blocks at all. The shampoo and conditioner samples they included are so good! I am going to order full bottles next time. I have recommended it to my friends and family already.

I have been using this product for nearly two years, I love it! When I first started this experience with this company, I had uncolored hair. I wanted my hair to look natural, and loved my natural color, kind of a golden auburn with sun-bleached highlights. So, I sent in a picture of myself in a wedding I had just been in, my hair was worn down and sun was hitting it perfectly! I wanted that color all of the time! eSalon matched it perfectly!

Best color I have ever used on my hair. For the last ten years I have had my hair professionally colored by Gene Juarez, I decided to try this because I'm stuck in quarantine lock down and I am so glad I did. I watched all the videos, used the brush for application, and second bottle for ends, my hair came out perfectly. This color also left my hair super soft and conditioned with great texture. I'm so happy no more 3 hours at Gene Juarez each month.

So Covid-19 has turned everyone into a homebody but I didn't want to continue having gray hair in my root regrowth. I took a chance and WOW! NEVER going to the salon for root touch ups again! Trying Highlights next!

I loved the color, and the overall experience. The box was cute, I loved that there was a cream to put on to protect my skin around my face, and that it can with everything you'd need just like if you were getting your hair done at the salon. I loved this whole process. I would do this again in a heartbeat.

Tried home hair dying kits and always regretted it, so been going to a Wella Colour Specialist for a few years now. Honestly I was blown away by my new colour, best hair colour I’ve had, even my 16 year old son commented on how nice it looks. Would highly recommend trying the custom colour set. This was my first time coloring my hair -ever! I won't say it was easy, especially getting to the back of my head, but the results were great. The color is what I expected, very close to my former (salon) shade. I'm very pleased.

When I started ordering eSalon, the copper vibrant color I've had for years was almost gone after moving from professional salon coloring to drugstore coloring (the reason why I did that is a long story). After my 3rd eSalon set coloring and 2 color corrections, I am back at my vibrant copper and I am feeling a fierce redhead again!

I was very hesitant to try eSalon since I have gone through every drug store color and every other color from the other online delivery site and have been disappointed trying to find my happy face after dying. eSalon color has come through very nicely for me. Little bit darker on first day dye but its the color I am after and know when I need an adjustment they will listen...Great job!

After spending too much money on getting my hair colored for years, this was a God send. I’m able to do this fairly quickly in my home and the results are awesome. My hair felt better than the last time I went to a salon and had it colored.

I was skeptical buying this but the color came out exactly the way I wanted it. Gorgeous copper. I couldn't be any happier with it and it comes to the same as buying a box dye. I've box dyed my hair for over 12 years and I will never go back after trying out this product.

Das Farbergebnis war so wie ich es mir gewünscht habe. Nur bei der Grauabdeckung war ich zu vorsichtig, die muss verbessert werden. Aber das geht ja zum Glück sehr einfach. Die Handhabung war total einfach, besonders gut haben mir das Aufschäumen und das Schampoo gefallen. Meine Haare sehen glänzend aus und fühlen sich gesund an. Ich freu mich schon auf mein nächstes Paket.

I used a lot of products and my scalp would break out in a horrible red rash. This product has great color, it’s actually a blend of colors, just love it. Doesn’t break out my scalp and color never disappoints.... I highly recommend!

Estoy muy contenta con mi compra. Ha cumplido con mis expectativas. El color es ideal (en mi caso, llevo la melena degradada) y solo quería cubrir unas cuantas canas de la zona de la sien. No se aprecia diferencia con mi tono natural y tiene muy buena cobertura. Gracias

I’ve been coloring my hair for many, many years at home. I’ve gone traditional, used highlight kits, formulas to cover gray, mousses, foams, you name it-I’ve tried it. I have very long, medium brown, dull hair with about 15% gray. This kit was $10 to try so I figured why not! The best decision I’ve ever made. I was worried about the 2 bottles, especially since they are 2 different colors with 2 different processing times. Follow the directions. Section your hair. Use the brush for roots and squeeze on small sections for lengths to ends. My color is perfect. The creamy formula made WAY more than it looked in the bottle. Covered my long hair with lots left over. The shiny color is gorgeous. No more gray! Thank you eSalon!!!!

I love their products. They give you a personal hair color care stylist. Mine is Jennifer and she is great. She responds quickly to my emails and sends what I need to get the color I want. Love their products and service. Well worth the change in not using store bought color.

Die Haarfarbe ist meiner Vorstellung entsprechend, sehr schön. Ich bin überzeugt und werde die Farbe jetzt regelmäßig bestellen. Die Anwendung war simple und die Haare fühlen sich nach der Färbung weich an und riechen nicht unangenehm, wie so oft sonst nach anderen Produkten.

I am so delighted. It just happened I saw this product on the Today show. I thought I would try it, because tired of high prices and having to make appointments far in advance. I have very short hair so easy; the product thick consistency so stayed in place while processing. I bought the application kit which was also good quality except the timer would only read seconds.

I could not believe how nice this hair color is. I have been going to a salon for years spending a fortune and this color is nicer than what I get in the salon. The shine and condition is perfect.
My colorist was very prompt in responding to my emails and answering questions also.
My only comment is - I had some trouble sectioning my hair and getting to all the roots. I would have liked a more detailed tutorial on how to do this but I guess it takes practice. Thank you so much eSalon.

I started dying my own hair due to the fact that I had to go to a salon every 2 1/2 weeks to cover my grays, every time 200 bucks.. Color, blow dry, tip, forget about it!! I came across an add for ESalon so I thought why not.. I am so glad I went for it!! I love their products!!! I have told every woman in my family to try it, even if it’s just once. ESalon makes it so easy for you that anyone can do it. I’ve been getting my hair done since my teens, I’m in my 40s and I love the outcome of doing it myself. Oh and you know how I had to color my hair every 2 1/2 - 3 weeks, now I do my hair once a month and only have to go in for a haircut. I will continue to use this product going forward, I really do love it!! You have to try it!!! Even once!! Oh one last thing, my hair is getting healthy again 💁🏻♀️💁🏻♀️ It’s a win win if you ask me ☺️☺️

The most important aspect of hair color products is do they perform as promised. In eSalon’s case, the answer is a resounding yes! The actual color is as promised as are the additional products included in the packaging. In addition, the instructions are clear and concise. I have used many different brands in the past, but have now found the one I will return to again and again.

I will never ever go back to box brands from the store. I took a picture of my before color and told them what i wanted and they did an amazing job! Matched it to a T. A great big thank you to the lady that mixed mine. Also super easy to do! Would recommend to anyone!!

What an incredible service -- product is great and easy to use. I absolutely love the flexibility in ordering as well. I don't know what I would do without eSalon!
