My kit came with E-Z to follow instructions. Everything I needed was in the kit ,, very professional. My only regret is that I should have went a shade lighter. GREAT JOB E - SALON !!!

I have done my own hair for ages and when I saw this product and researched and thought I would give it a try! I liked the questionnaire that was provided and it gave me the perfect color. I could not have been more happy. The customer service has been great. I have now used it 3 times and my hair has never had so many compliments.

They changed the color sent to me instead of what I ordered and I am tickled pink. What a great job and I am in the sun a lot. It has not faded at all I definitely recommend this product

I love the color it doesn’t dry my hair the color itself us awesome, getting the whole kit is helpful, you don’t wanna have to run out for something you forgot, plus the shampoo and conditioner make my feel nice not dry. Fully recomend.

I couldn’t believe this came so beautifully packaged! There’s everything you could possibly need in this box, including Shampoo and conditioner. The directions are easy and clear. The color is beautiful! Rich with lots of definition! I won’t buy store color again. AND all for $10!!! I’m impressed!!!!!! No I don’t work for them.

Best color ever. This product is fairly priced and easy to use. The results are natural looking color and healthy hair. I like the auto ship... and I'm NOT an auto ship gal! However, this company is easy to work with, reliable, and the shipments are adjustable. So glad I found the Esalon!

Great hair color. What I miss? Someone else washing my hair.
What I don't miss? The smell and stinging on my scalp when I got my hair colored in a salon.
I really like the personal one on one care and advise I get from esalon. They are there for me to answer questions and adjust color. Thanks ever so much.

Fab colour for me, very flattering. The dye doesn't have the usual peroxide smell and goes on great there's plenty in the bottle. Love the extras of stain remover

I was getting my hair colored every 6 weeks at the salon and it was getting pricey. Saw this ad in pintrest read reviews and decided to give it a try. Wow it was soo easy granted it takes time but the results are the same if not better than going to the salon. I also purchased the tint rinse for an extra shine and can do it 2 times a week instead of only having the shine for a couple of days after going to the salon. I recommend this process for anyone who gets all over color. Happy customer 😊

I love the way my hair feels and smells after I color it. There isn’t a chemical smell after you wash your hair. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. I wasn’t 100% satisfied with my original color. I let Sarah, my colorist, know and she adjusted it. We are still working on making it perfect but I couldn’t be happier with this process. eSalon has had great customer service and I will definitely continue with this.

Jennifer from the customer service helped me with this colour change, she was patient and helped a lot to find out what is the best dye to reach my hairgoals. Also the colorist made a fine job, my hair is dark and ashy, even with visible blueish tint. I love it!

I so love this color. It took me a while to finally utilize my 1st shipment due to being way too busy. I am now totally hooked on your product. With the shampoo and shine product its a total win and it lasts so much longer than store bought products.

I was nervous to try a new brand. I had to wait until I didn't have any pending engagements in case the color was off. The color was a perfect match. Will be happy to receive my color delivered to my door as I have been having a harder and harder time finding the color I needed in the store. I was going "store hopping" to find my color and who has time for that. Many thanks to my sister for turning me on the eSalon!

I've had my hair salon colored several times in the past. Nothing would cover my silver haired halo & keep it covered for longer than 3 weeks. When I came across eSalon, I was impressed with all I had read. I placed my order right away. There was a slight issue, but once I spoke with Customer Service everything was adjusted and fabulous! I'm going to continue to order until I stop coloring my hair.

I just wanted a lighter shade of red, the first color I picked was a bit darker. I figured it might take me two or three times to get the color I want. That’s ok. This product feels so soft and really looks pretty. There just about no smell to it, that’s a big plus for me. Looking forward to my next shipment.

I've used the demi color twice now and I really like the look and feel of my hair. That I can get it done in my bathroom in a fraction of the time and of course, for a fraction of the cost is a bonus. The customer service was excellent - when I put in my first color pick I got an email in reply asking if I was sure and could I send a photograph to help the team get me the best possible color. They were right - my choice would have been a mistake. Theirs was perfect. Thanks to all. Patrice

After adjusting my first try, my hair color was adjusted for me. I tried it & it was perfect. I'm loving how my hair looks. With this color, I'm not getting the washed out root problem. I only need to color the new growth. Thank you!

I was very sceptical and worried about using something off the internet but was impressed when it arrived especially has it has your name on the bottle. Plus the extras you get with it are all good quality and even the gloves are usable. The colour was not quiet right but the condition and shine from my hair is brilliant and will be ordering again and again. Thank you. Plus the instructions are brilliant.
