This is the best hair coloring I have ever used. The depth and fading resistance is better also. Hair feels good and no damage from coloring. I recommend this to everyone that buys from their local stores. There is no comparison to this product. And you can get just the right color that you prefer. And additional products too!

We are still fine toning the color, so I gave a 4 star vs 5 due to the convenience of discussing color in person with a stylist. It's easy enough to apply; just like over the counter products. The color wears well. In fact, if it weren't for the grey roots I could probably color every 3 months rather than 5 weeks. And the cost is nice on the pocket book!

This is by far the best hair coloring product I have ever used. I received so many compliments about my hair color this time and so many people asked me what I had done different. It is a remarkable product packaged well with good directions and explanations. Worth every penny and then some.

I love this color! I am a total ROOKIE at doing my hair. I am in my 40’s and have only done my own hair twice before this product and this is so easy and it lasts longer than hair salon jobs! I am very pleased!

This is by far the best hair color product. I've always used over the counter permanent hair color, and while it would come out Ok, my hair never felt soft, the color faded quickly and never covered my gray's. I will continue to use this product.

Finally tried my custom color application after being a bit intimidated by the complexity of the instructions (at least compared to what I usually do with the drugstore color kits I'm used to getting). But overall it turned out to be less of a hassle than I thought, and I appreciated having a very thorough "kit" (multiple pairs of gloves and the color removing wipes especially). So far I'm loving the color, which is much truer to the now-discontinued color I used to use than any replacement I've found so far, and the shampoo/conditional samples smell amazing! I look forward to seeing how well this wears (and I have the "tint love" color boost to try and keep my red hair staying red longer).

I just finished coloring for the first time. The packaging of the supplies was very organized and personal. I was afraid that the color might be a bit darker than I'm used to, but it was right on! The color looks multi-dimensional blond, shiny and soft.

It was a great color and it covered my grays and lasted longer then the usual over the counter box hair dye that I'm always buying and the price was the same also. So wasn't spending more than what I usually spend.

I was skeptical at first. It actually took me about 3 weeks before I used the coloring. I am extremely happy with the results! So much better than the 200 dollars I spent the last time I got my hair done at a salon.

This is a truly life changing coloring system. I have done and used at home coloring systems from cheap to expensive as well as professionally done at my stylist's business. This is perfect for my coloring and my color lasts a long time and grows out without a defined line. I love it.

I just love my color. I have some gray in front and it is always hard to cover. This time it was covered beautifully and it has stayed covered. With my old color it seemed the gray would always come back in a very short time but this time the gray has stayed covered. Even when I had it colored in a salon it would cone back quickly but not now. My color has stayed for weeks. I’m so impressed!

I have only tried one set of color but I love it. My hair has gone from straw dry to beautiful and healthy. I use the Love Shampoo and conditioner. I also use Tinted Love Color Enhanceing Treatment. I get so many compliments on my hair. Thanks eSalon

I requested a slight tweaking of my color the last shipment and I think my Colorist did it? I wanted less golden and more brown and that is how it turned out this time. I like it much better. I was see as the weeks go by, but I am starting off better so I will be observant as time rolls on. Thank you for listening to my request.

My hair took the color really well but the copper tone I chose faded quickly. Not the fault of the product. The color felt great on my hair and it was easy to mix and apply and it didn't cover up the highlights that have been hanging out at the ends for so long (which I was happy with). The instructions were very clear and concise. I will continue to use eSalon.

Wonderful product! I would compare it to the Redken shades line. Good communication with your stylist. I highly recommend submitting a photo of your hair with your request. This will help them to better match your colors.

I love this kit and it really left my normally greasy hair feeling soft and silky my only gripe is the fumes! They are so strong but it won’t stop me using it again I just make sure both windows in my bathroom are open. The colour is lovely and natural and so much cheaper than the hairdressers

I never write reviews but, im so impressed with this color I had to! Honestly I didn't expect such a great product. I thought it would be slightly better than store bought but, I wasn't expecting this. The colorist made two colors for me. One for my roots and one for the rest of my hair. I applied the color as instructed and let it process. My first WOW moment was in the shower when I realized all the color actually rinsed out. That NEVER happens with my store bought reds. I have special towels I use for two weeks after coloring because that's how long the other dye continues to leak out of my hair. Next moment was the conditioner provided. Its a small packet but covered my hair completely and now that it's dry it feels so good! Usually after I do my hair the new growth is a different shade than the rest of it but, that's not the case here. It's all even!! I can't say enough good things about this product! I'll never buy a box of color from the store again

I’ve been using the demi color but I ordered the permanent color I was disappointed at first because my hair felt dry so I’m ordering the leave in conditioner but in the weeks I had colored my hair the color did fade or washed out (I should have been using the permanent all along) and was pleased with the way the color hasn’t washed out or faded I’m on my 2nd order and will continue to use ,I like the shine and with a little leave in conditioner the color is just as vibrant as ever (I didn’t expect that..love it.

A friend referred me to eSalon and with hesitation, I gave it a try. I was a chemo patient much of 2017, lost all my hair for months. When hair came back, I had a lot of white/gray in front and kept it natural until end of Feb 2019. I decided to color again and ordered eSalon. I went for a very light ash brown as I wanted it subtle and the color is great. I really like it, feel younger and better and it gave me such a lift. I felt a little bad at first as being natural was also nice but my hair feels very healthy and looks good. I keep it very short and think this is a great product. Thank you.

I at 70 y/o have never colored my hair before. It has always been done for me. I am still surprised at how easy it was. Why was I scared and kept putting it off? My gray is GONE! The color is just the most bit darker so I do not appear to be a towhead blonde anymore. I have COLOR!!!! And I love it!!! Dont be afraid. Just do it!!!

The color is perfect. I love my hair again. Easy to understand and follow directions . My hair felt like straw now it is so soft and shiny. I had a good amount of grays especially on one side of my head. This colored them beautifully. With store bought color the greys alwasy looked very brassy. This color covered them so well and no brassy color. I couldnt be happier. Thank you for such a wonderful color experience!

I read a lot of reviews from others saying that their hair was left feeling oily and damaged after dyeing, so I was fully expecting the same, but outside of being a little dry immediately after, my hair feels just as healthy as it did beforehand. Also, the color looks great! I've tried many other brands to dye my brunette hair light auburn, and found that often the color looked fake and extreme - this color is very natural without being subdued. I'll definitely be buying again!
