I used this for the first time this week and I love it. Easy to do by myself and all supplies needed came in the box. I have only done home color a few times and hate spending $100 for a visit to the salon. So happy I took a chance. Told my coworkers about it!

Beautiful color! The colorist hit my perfect color right on the spot. Autoship is smooth. I didn't use my first kit for some time after receiving it and I received a second kit before I had even used my first. I put my autoship on hold until now. It was easy to skip two shipments and now I am on schedule to receive a new kit every 8 weeks. eSalon gets an 100% rating from me. Very happy customer.

esalon....thank you for your product. You promised and delivered. I never had my hair colored in salon's for fear of ruining my hair for good...I colored my hair myself, store bought...and always @ the end my hair are brittle and dry. I bought your product just on a whim and to just try it....and I wish I took pictures of before and after I used esalon color. I love the end results....my hair is more pliable and less dry. I'll definitely order again and I told my co-workers and friends that uses hair color about esalon. Again thank you.

Hands Down Best Hair Color Product Ever!

I started to write a very detailed review, because I cannot say enough great things about this product, but there is a limit on this, so I will keep it short and sweet.
I have very, very long and unbelievably thick (Caucasian) hair that I have been dying from natural mixed Auburn to jet black for almost a year. The drugstore color only last through one shampoo and had never applied evenly, even after going through every drop of 3 boxes. I was super impressed with the packaging, the quality of the tools, as well as all of the tools they provide in the kit. But most importantly, their customer service is A+! I was immediately connected to my colorist who reassured me that two bottles would be enough to cover my hair, and she was right! I actually had about half a bottle of color leftover! What I am most impressed with is that I was able to comb the color through my looooong, thick hair with not a single tangle or snag! The formula was just the right texture of creamy/oil and the results are just breathtaking! I have had endless compliments on not only my color, but how much healthier my hair looks and feels! I don’t even have to use any anti-frizz or smoothing products! I just ran a flat iron through it the first day and have not had any frizz issues at all! I live in Oklahoma where humidity is just an endless battle. My hair is so soft and shiny and even feels lighter, I can’t stop touching it!
I have already referred several friends to esalon and will continue to do so! I’m actually looking forward to my next coloring in a few weeks and have already filled my cart up with more esalon products! I cannot wait to try the moisture shampoo and conditioner! Thank you so much! You have turned a chore into something fun for me again!

Let me preface this with the fact that I was starting to get quite a few grey hairs. I saw a few ads on facebook and thought some of the photos were beautiful colors and shiny. So I figured for the price of lunch at the mall I would give it a try. I am so extremely happy with the color my hair came out as. I'm naturally a light to medium brown with hints of red when in the sun. The color I was sent is a a light reddish brown tone and i seriously love it. Instructions and kit were super easy to follow.
Thank you for fantastic color! You'll have a repeat customer for sure.

I got my first kit today and I found the personal instructions very easy to follow. My hair looks so good the colour is really beautiful and the condition is so soft and shiny. Freddie got the colour spot on perfect!! I a so happy that I tried esalon!

Love my Mahogany Ash Brown color. It's just a little lighter than what I had. I especially love the shine and condition of my hair afterwards. I may need to order some products!! Thank you ESalon!

This is the only product so far, that hasn't irritated my scalp. It has lovely natural blonde tones and covered my grey nicely. Great results. I didn't use the shampoo or conditioner in the pack though as I used my usual brand for my hair type.

4 weeks ...Still looks amazing

Its been 4 weeks - I have found 1 gray hair. Any other dye I would have seen grays after a week. My hair still looks amazing. I thought I would have to start highlighting my hair with blond to blend with the gray and make it less noticable. I really did not want the dirty blond gray look. I am so happy I found this dye.

I love this service. They send you an email prior to them mixing your color, to see if you want any changes. They also send you a reminder email prior to shipment. Just wonderful service. The kit comes with everything you need. Two pairs of gloves, even shampoo, conditioner, color guard and remover for after care. AMAZING GOOD!!

Initially I chose a color that I thought would match my roots. The colorist suggested a lighter shade of brunette and a good thing too! The suggested shade matched my roots perfectly and blended nicely with my highlights. I found the mixed application easy to apply although it did take a little practice, this mostly because of the length of my hair and not due to the method of application needed for coverage.

Best thing I ever did was switching from box dye to eSalon.....my hair has never looked so good. So with great colour and really good condition, what's not to like? Go ahead and try it....you wont be disappointed!

I had highlights in my medium brown hair. I decided to go darker with reddish/mahogany tones and looks awesome! I’m getting so many compliments. The color is richer and compliments my face. I have black eyebrows and pale skin! I love it! I will most definitely use esalon again! Thank you for my amazing transformation! I feel much more confident! I can’t belive I didn’t find out about this years ago! Definitely worth the price!! Thank you esalon! :)

I love this product because it gives my hair a great shine for starters. Secondly it gives my hair a dimension of several colors. Last, it does not dry my hair or damage it!

Love the color. Bright and vibrant.
Still having trouble with my roots still coming out lighter and brassy.

So easy all done in 30 minutes coverage excellent my grey is almost gone I have very thick hair so possibly need a larger bottle but I’m sold on esalon no more going to the hairdressers for my colour only for a haircut thanks again esalon my hair has a natural shine and colour

This was my first order, I tried a dark purple color, unfortunately my hair didn't keep the purple (nothing new) but the color was beautiful anyway. They recommended a small change to avoid looking too dark and it turned out shiny and soft.
I will be reordering!

My order arrived very promptly, in a lovely personalised box ,
I found the product easy to use ,the brush and gloves were a fantastic addition and also the gel to prevent stains and stain removal cloth were a lovely touch too..
The shampoo and conditioner were lovely, not too rich or heavy , they really did leave my hair feeling luxurious and not at all like I'd just put a permanent hair colour on , no course , scraggly hair at all.
The colour was beautiful, although a bit darker than I wanted but I'm sure itll be sorted. So all in all , I'm very happy , while more expensive than a shop bought box colour I found it more professional and my hair was just gorgeous after using.
Will definitely be keeping my subscription and would highly recommend eSalon to friends in the future

my hair is thin and fine and is mostly gray/white. The ash blond color looks natural and is easy to do. It doesn't smell bad and feels good while on. It also seems to be staying in well and not washing out easily. Of course, it might help that I don't wash my hair frequently in an attempt to be gentle with it.

I was skeptical about anyone mixing color besides myself, but I love the fact that the color is in liquid form and not cream. It was a nice rich slightly bold red which I am all about the redheads. I enjoy being a ginger and love it when my hair shines

Well today i decided to try my new color. Instructions were more for long hair, I have short. I could not really part my hair as instructed. I do have grays around hair line and neck line. I loved how the color felt not too smelly or harsh. I did have a lot of staining around the face, but was able to remove it when done. I was very surprised on how the color matched all over, not too dark in spots as with Loreal hair color which I have previously used. I am pleased and will try it again. Not sure how it will be in a week. I like how soft my hair is and the shine. So hopefully I will be pleased with the results in a few weeks.

Love this the best of all. Based on my natural color and my current color helps balance my roots to be same color with rest of my hair. Cant get that at a regular store with box of color.

I have never had red hair and esalon did it with one try. Love the color but with as blonde as I was I will need to do darker next time to cover the blonde tint. Other then that it was easy to use and fun to do. And the color is awesome. Would refer anyone to esalons. Great company with a great price and easy to use.

I had a bright balayage that was really overgrown and bleached out on the bottom. I was getting a bit tired of the bright look so I wanted a medium blonde to just blend everything. I used the kit from ESalon and bought some pro foils and just did my baby lights. It came out perfect!! The color they picked for me went so well with my natural tone that you can hardly tell it’s been lightened - but it also hides my grays. No more $200 trips to the salon for me!!
