I absolutely love the colour that has been made for me! It has depth, my greys are totally covered and it feels amazing, you couldn't have nailed what I wanted better (I was a bit worried about that due to my colour being a bit red).
Thankfully I had someone else applying it for me, they thought it was a bit messy but I'll see how I get on solo next time.

Mainly because it is very gentle with my scalp. I’ ve tried many colors in salons and at home and the majority of them irritated my scalp or gave me allergic reactions. This one is mild and safe for me. I had also good color results. At the beginning I noticed that the color on my roots appeared a little bit lighter and that concerned me about my grey hair’s coverage, but when my hair regrew, grey was less obvious.

I selected a colour that was closest to the colour I wanted and requested in a comment the exact colour (just in case) . i would of been happy with the colour I selected but the colour I got was the exact colour I wanted I'm soooo happy with it and my hair feels great not straw like when I've dyed it with other home dyes !!!! Will definitely buy again :)

I have to say I love my color!!! I get so busy day in and day out and never remember to get my hair done. Having my color shipped right to my door and I don’t have to remember the color I used last time. It’s all there. And my hair feels and looks radiant!!!

I was a little hesitant ordering, as this is my first order. I went with the Demi-permanent just in case it was awful. Now I wish I got the permanent! I definitely will next time. The process was easy, the littlest details were all taken care of and in the box. My hair color is SO pretty! Just what I needed and wanted. I will be buying from esalon again.

It is a long lasting hair color. Everyone liked it. It brought out the red tint in my hair so I rewuested an adjustment to my next order to put more golden.

I went gray in my 20's and have been coloring for a long time. This is by far the best home coloring kit I ever used. They stay on longer and colors are great.

I have been going to salon for regular color for over 2 years. I needed a more economical option. I tried three box kids but none of them covered my roots very well. I am a natural blond who prefers being a redhead. The kit had everything I needed with easy to follow instructions. The color is a perfect match and covered my roots completely. I've had a lot of compliments on my color.

It was easy to order, and fun getting it shipped to my house. Easy directions and saves me so much money compared to going to the salon. I had my husband help me (if it meant saving hundreds of dollars he didn’t mind) with the back of my hair, it was a little hard by myself but I’m sure it’ll get easier when I’m used to it. The color turned out to be very shiny and feels a lot healthier.

I Love The Color, it was a tad darker than I expected. It was very easy to use, the instructions are so simple and that makes the whole experience so much less stressful.
The color completely covered all of my gray hair, I have never had that happen before not even at a salon.
The best part is The color is still very beautiful and no gray yet.

After coloring, following the perfect directions, my hair is silky and the color is shiny and multi-dimensional and natural looking.
The first time I didn’t feel like it covered my grays well enough. I talked to eSalon about it and they adjusted things and voila! Perfection the next time around.

I find this color to last a longer amount of time than when I use to go to the salon every 5-6 weeks. The price is more affordable and you have the convenience of doing it from home.

I have colored my hair for years, with a boxed product from the store. I have never tried anything else, never had a salon dye job, until now!! I am in love with Esalon. The color is rich and makes my hair look voluminous. I have walnut brown hair with red and gold highlights. I love the gold. Smells great, too! The product was well designed and packaged, and shipped in a timely fashion. I hope I get to share some before and after photos. They are quite spectacular. I was impressed by the quality of color and simplicity of use. Thank you so much. I feel 100% better today than I felt yesterday. Bravo!

I've actually been using this service since 2015 and have had 30 deliveries to date. The color is absolutely beautiful! I get constant compliments on my color and how healthy my hair looks. A co-worker always asks what's my secret to such healthy, shiny hair. People can't believe I color my hair because it's so healthy. This product works! It's so easy to use at home. I have the automatic delivery set up because it's home by the time I need it. I don't have to worry about setting up a hair appointment and waiting forever once I get there. I can do it while I watch TV or late at night since my schedule is so hectic. I highly recommend it!

My hair color is beautiful. It is very conservative and makes me feel very mature. You are very good at your job. I have absolutely no grays showing through. Its been 2mos. and I still have no grays showing. This was so easy. I was super nervous, I kept reading over the instructions. Thinking is it me or is this really this easy. If this was food it would be the next best thing since sliced bread. I have an idea for my next colors. I would like to get a little wild. I have always wanted to dye my hair black and have red highlights. I would probably have to do the dye job at the same time huh. Well you are the Master and I am the lowly student. I would love to know what you think. This turned out so well. I hate how much weight I have gained and I don't want to send a picture. I will try to get one of just my hair so you can see how good it turned out. Also, how good it still looks. I have gotten so many compliments. I even took the time to tell them where I got the dye. Yeah I tried to hook them up.

I had no real problems applying the color, although I did make a bit of a mess. I think I am just out of practice. But once done, the color was just what I wanted! The extra bottle that was sent blended with my previous color perfectly!

the color was so true to my own when I was younger. I have tried a different color and they sent me one that was way too dark now I have to wait till this one fades out.
my hair is 50 % grey I only want to blend the grey, I used your product and weaved the color in and results are wonderful I loved it!! I want go back to the same color and technique with great results.

I really love my hair color and how my hair turned out to be so silky & shiny when all was done. A lot of times when I used store bought hair color my hair seemed dry and brittle in the end. This product is different, give it a try and you won't be disappointed! I truly loved it!

Since you adjusted the formula (developer) as per my previous issue the color is wonderful! I colored on Sunday, February 3rd, and I don't see any grey hairs! Previously the color did not take completely and even after coloring grey strands were still poking their little heads out.

I did not expect the results I saw! Rich color, shiny hair, bouncy, alive, and a perfect color match for my skin tone! I have stubborn grays, but it covered them so well! I was mostly shocked by the quality of this product, one I could not find in a store. This was a game changer, and I am so excited!

My colorist customized my color one time and has continued with the same blend for my roots originally at 6 week touch ups and now 8 week intervals. Not once since I’ve been using esalon have my roots turned black. I had no idea she had brought out my natural hair color with natural highlights and lowlights. Thank you Jennifer!! You saved my hair after so many years of frustrating box color!!!

Esalon’s formula covers grays really well. And the best thing about it is that my hair does not smell like I just coloured it afterwards! I just love it! Customer service gave a quick reply when I had a querry, and they were helpful too! This order arrived within 5 days of ordering, not 6 weeks as it said so yey for delivery service! Defo ordering again!

Never thought I would have the courage to color my own hair! I've been going to the same hairdress for 15 years, but lately have not been happy. Something about the introductory ad and info on social media that I clicked on for eSalon sucked me in. eSalon made this easy all so easy, and economical. And, they listened and thought about what would look good on me. A professional colorist even called me to steer me in a different direction. I'm glad she did. I'm very happy with the shade of blonde made just for me, and everything that came in the kit to my home. It was a huge accomplishment to color my own hair, but I could not have done this without eSalon. The best part: Getting in my own shower to rinse out...on my schedule! I already love the convenience of being an eSalon customer.

I’ve been going to the salon for years. This time around I just did not have the time to spend 3 hours there, so I went with eSalon. So pleased with the results. I’ve had tons of compliments. I did the all over color and then lightener kit. Everyone is stunned when I tell them I did the highlights myself. I loved that the highlights were not bleach blonde and went with my hair color to a sun kissed caramel tone. I will continue to order and explore other colors. :) thank you!!

Absolutely delighted with the colour provided.
I was worried the colour would be too dark but it came out rich, bright, shiny and luxurious.
The product arrived beautifully packaged.
I love the personal touches. Easy directions.
Great stain guard.
The product itself has minimal odour.
I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to rinse out. The shampoo and conditioner supplied was great quality. The stain remover worked perfectly.
My hair did not feel damaged or processed. My hair is low-porosity and very difficult to absorb colour. This provided excellent coverage.
I’m thrilled with the results.
