I received my first order which came in a lovely kit with clear instructions and everything I needed.
The colour is lovely and coverage is excellent so I am really pleased. I used the brush method for application not the bottle, which was more time consuming but gave great results.
I'll definitely be ordering again.

i really enjoyed the set, as it makes life easier during the application, while the color lasted longer than anything I had previously tried. the color is exaclty what I wanted and became nicely lighter during summer vacations. I would definately recommend it!

Easy to use. Took me a little longer
then the 40 min to apply. So my hair seemed a little dry afterwods. But I will put a mask on in a few days it and hopefully that will take care of it. But so far so good.

I love my custom color kits. They come ready to mix and use with everything I need. eSalon has thought of everything so you aren’t running around looking for something you forgot, as can happen with other kits. If you want to change up your color, let your stylist know and voila, done! Pretty outstanding service!

The first time I used this product it made my hair really dry and brittle; which made the color dull. I spoke to my color specialist and he made some adjustments. The adjustments were duly noted. My hair was evenly colored to my specifications and no more dry brittle hair. I really appreciate this company and the support the goes into personalized customer care!

My hair is naturally auburn. I have just used intense copper...and the colour is fab!! Was worrying that it might be too orange..but not at all. I luv it!! Thank you esalon..will definitely be keeping my 6 weekly order.

Lovely packaging and quality contents. Love the personalised instructions as well. The best thing was the outcome! This is the best and most natural looking colour I have ever used and my hair felt lovely afterwards. Great coverage too.

Easy to apply with simple instructions thus hair colour is the best I've used. The colour was very natural, covered all my gray and lasted 8 weeks plus.

This was my 2nd order. I loved the product the first time I used it and the colour was great, although I wanted it slightly more red and slightly less dark. I have naturally very dark hair with quite a bit of grey, and my aim was to avoid block colour by toning the greys. Freddie, my colourist, got it exactly right and I couldn't be happier with this colour. It has a lovely red glint in the light, and the black is now dark brown, which softens my skintone as I am in my 50s. Thank you so much esalon!

I bought this product because I was so tired of buying drug store brands. I was a little skeptical but because of the price is what motivated me to get it. With the drug store brands thier mixes weren’t strong enough and those colors work on like really blonde hair, if at that. I tried one of loreals, nice and easy u name it and for some reason iwhatever i tried it wasn’t holding on to the color so when I brought this I followed the instructions as is and when I saw the results I was so happy it looks natural and it feels good. I already got compliments on it. I am going to get the auto ship I love it.

The colour is stunning. I was very nervous. At one point I thought, I should rather not do this. Hand on heart this is the colour I've asked for with various salon visits, this is the first time I've achieved it. No excuses, no tears and no damage. My hair feels amazing!

I have been using ESalon for a few years. It took three tries at first to get the color I wanted, but I have had the same formula for two years. I love it. I get complements on it. It is easy to use as any home coloring. It makes my hair shine, and it leaves hair softest to the touch of any hair color system I ever used..

My colorist helped me to customize exactly what I needed. I was looking for gray coverage and to darken my naturally light colored ends to match my clip in hair piece that I wear and it's perfect!!! The color is great. I need to improve at applying it myself, I missed a few grays but it's otherwise excellent. I am so happy with this product!

I have only just had my colour added to my hair after 7years of non colouring, due to asthma, I had to wait until chest infection cleared up, there were no ill effects & I am delighted with coverage of all my grey.
***UPDATED***
2 years later and I have gone slightly lighter on a few occasions now and can honestly say I am delighted, each time my colour has come out exactly as desired, without any ill effects, loving the products.

I was a but skeptical about my hair dye as I was desperate to try and get rid of all if. It most of the red undertone in my hair. Hair was a dyed golden brown, I'd put normal browns over but the red always just came straight through. I feel like the dye really took away the red or most of it and has a much more ash, matte look. It smelt great and was really easy to apply. Left my hair really really soft and a lot of people commented on my hair after.

I recently tried this product for the first time. I absolutely love how easy the directions we're to follow. The whole process only took about 45 minutes from start to finish. My color looks flawless and you can't even tell I previously had my hair bleached. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

I have tried every color product on the market that you can buy over the counter. I have never ben able to match my (natural) color, HOWEVER! with E-salon the color matches so well no one belives me that my hair is dyed! your product is easy to use, very high quility and lasts forever. I love how my hair turned out! My product came quickly and I am very satisfied with the service I received. My hair was a purple pink undertone and I had highlights that I covered with dye. This color brought me to a nice golden brown. My highlights are a lighter brown and it looks so pretty. Thank you!!

I absolutely love this color, it's a bit lighter than my natural color but it compliments my skin tones. It's amazing at covering my gray and leaves my hair soft. It lasts a long time, it's very natural looking and does not fade. I also love the new packaging it is really cute and not so generic looking like the previous packaging.

I wanted to keep my natural hair color while covering greys with a warm undertone. I have bought boxed permanent application from the store and they wash out only after a few weeks leaving my greys exposed again. Even though its cheaper by a few bucks from esalon it does not do the job well. I then started esalon not knowing what to expect. It's permanent! This stuff stays on until your roots grow. Premium salon quality. I love it. I am never going to store bought stuff or paying high prices at the salon again just to cover my greys! I am consider to try their highlight line just for fun. I am sure the quality will be there as well. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair color, i am a permanent customer still going strong. You have to give this a try. I have gotten a couple of coworkers and friends on this as well. You wont regret it.

I have always used highlights at a salon to lighten my hair. With the gray coming in I have not even highlighted my hair in a while. I have never had a hint of red which this darker brown did. This is the first time I have gone darker that my husband, kids and myself loved it! My hair was so soft and shiny that my teenaged daughters could not stop running their hands through it.

At eSalon's suggestion I tried demi-permanent instead of permanent color. It lasted longer without fading than my past coloring products, and the color is fabulous!

I requested a change in my hair color. I love how it turned out. It still has some of the copper from the previous color but the new color matches my own color and it covered my grays really well. Thank you for help with the technique.

I have to admit I was very skeptical at first, it looked really dark when applying. But after rinsing and washing then dried; it was soft, shiny and tamed!! Very pleased and this will be my new go to instead of 2+ hours on the salon chair!!

First of all, customer service: Prompt responses and excellent follow-up procedures. Every one has been kind, friendly and very accommodating.
The product: Really excellent instructions are provided; it was so easy to apply, it smells great and leaves my hair shiny and natural looking, not dry and dull or feeling brittle. Grey coverage is great.
I will not "go" anywhere else from now on. No more expensive trips to the salon!

As I've passed the 70th birthday, grey was OK for awhile, as the strands were admired by many; Nevertheless, a woman always wants a change. Now, folks say appearance is more youthful. My 85 year old spouse followed the directions to assist in overall mastery of application! The product was generous, coverage very good over grey, and the odor was tolerable in confined bathroom quarters. The conditioner was of a delightful fragrance, not detectable by bedtime to follow the procedure! I'll be certain to preach the good news of this product, as well. Tips were very helpful as to retaining the color longer.

The 2 color system, one for roots and one for ends, was exactly what i needed to get my hair the same color from roots tp tip and the overall color is amazing. It looks so natural and isnt drying or breaking. My colourist did a wonderful job picking my custom color and i cant wait to continue using this product. I will never go back to box colors again.

After paying too much at a salon for a red I didn’t like, I tried esalon. I told my colorist I wanted to look like Amy Adams and HOLY COW SHE READ MY MIND. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair! My hair also feels healthy and not fried. I’m so glad I found the fairy godmothers of esalon :)

I love that I do not have to spend so much time at a beauty shop. Being a teacher I am always looking to say time somewhere. So while my color is on I work on my school things. Not to mention, the color is great and I love the shampoo and conditioner. It’s great that it automatically is sent and you can change the day it is sent. So, I don’t have to worry about not having my color. I haven’t contacted any of the specialists on here but it’s great they are willing to call and talk to you anytime you need help. Great job guys.
