I am so happy with my color! I cannot believe esalon was able to match my color so well. I have copper blonde color, and I was worried about how my dark roots would respond. My husband helped me do the back, but in general it was an easier process than expected. I will be recommending esalon to everyone!!

Nachdem ich bei der ersten Bestellung einen echten Reinfall mit der Farbe hatte, habe ich von eSalon in Absprache mit mir eine neue gemischte Farbe erhalten. Diesmal ist es wirklich super geworden. Genau So wie ich es haben wollte. Katharina vom Support hat mich jederzeit gut beraten und mit mir die Endfarbe abgestimmt. Super Support und super Kundenservice.

Normalerweise lasse ich alle 6 Wochen meinen Ansatz beim Frisör färben. Ich habe hier und da ein paar graue Haare und kann mich damit noch nicht anfreunden. Also möchte ich im Grunde einfach meinen Naturton (dunkelbraun) nachfärben. Die Farbe, die mir empfohlen wurde, passt total gut! Meine Haare sehen aus, als wären sie nicht gefärbt. Sehr gute Grauhaarabdeckung und einfache Handhabung. Außerdem muss ich sagen, dass ich das packaging total toll finde. Alles ist sehr hochwertig und nett gemacht. Das Abo-Modell ist für mich auch sehr praktisch.

My hair has always had a reddish tint and most of the products I tried in the past made it more red. Esalon came up with the perfect color and my hair has never looked better.

The colour is amazingly beautiful - exactly what my natural auburn used to be! There's no harsh ammonia smell either. And it's so easy to adjust when the kits come, or cancel altogether. I appreciate that.

I had tried many different store brands just to cover my very insistent gray’s but they either never worked at all or only for a week at most! This does great! So happy with the coverage that makes me feel like I’m beautiful!

I was eager to start coloring my hair at home to safe money, and esalon has proven to be incredible. The color is beautiful and the instructions are super clear and concise, but honestly the hair color washes out of my hair very quickly. I use color protecting shampoo and conditioner, so I am unsure of what else to do. It’s not a deterrent by any means - this stuff is good. It’s just something I’ve noticed.

I love using the custom color sets. I'm able to try the color and talk to an expert (colorist) to make any adjustments that I want, according to my personal preference. It's better than going to the salon because you aren't able to choose your color.

My hair is growing out from chemotherapy. To say that it takes color strangely is an understatement.
My colorist contacted me- made sure that my doctor said it would be safe for me and got more details about how my hair is grabing color and formulated my product with that in mind.
It came out beautifully 😍

Had natural dark strawberry blonde hair as a child/teenager. Decades of colouring it, I had forgotten what it looked like. Took a chance and bought the light strawberry blonde first before going darker again and it exceeded expectations! It’s perfect, it’s just so good!

J'ai oser sortir de ma zone de confort et je ne regrette pas. Commande reçue rapidement avec des conseils d'applications pas à pas J'avais peur de me lancer mais c'est très facile, couleur personnalisée parfaite . S'applique bien, ne coule pas, ne tâche pas la peau...la couleur est uniforme avec de jolis reflets. Mes cheveux sont doux et brillants je suis très satisfaite.

The color was perfect, as I wrote to my colorist to let her know. I did have to wait to color my hair, because I had broken my arm. I did keep my colorist up to date on what was going on. Please adjust my directions or whatever so that my color lasts at least 6 weeks. Thank you!

I absolutely love this dye. I've always dyed my hair at home and have used all kinds of store-bought brands, and eSalon is by far the best! My hair is always silky after dyeing and the color never washes away no matter how many times I wash it. I also love the fact that I can request changes to my dye and have it the color I want. Will definitely be continuing with eSalon!

Farbe wurde mehrmals angepasst. Meine Wünsche sind berücksichtigt .
Sehr einfache Handhabung, trotz langen Haaren. Und das wichtigste meine Stirn ist nach dem färben nicht voll Farbe, wie beim Frisör 😀. Und der Preis gefällt mir 🥰

Le set couleur arrive bien emballé dans un coffret, les explications sont claires, le produit est facile à appliquer et il y a même une petite crème pour éviter que la couleur ne bave sur le visage. En plus, je ne galère plus dans différents magasins pour trouver ma couleur ! J'adôoore !

Unbelievably great result. I was apprehensive about colouring my grey roots at home but my regular hairdresser has moved away. The instructions were easy to follow and the products easy to use. I’m really happy with my hair. The colour and condition are perfect.

Hair colour is beautiful. Hair feels soft and silky. Did feel tacky when dying but follow instructions and absolutely amazed with results. As a user of store bought colours I have to say I’m definitely converted and will be using esalon from now on. Products arrive beautifully packaged and personalised. Definitely worth every penny and the colouring cape is a must have. Really good quality and dosent get in the way when washing hair

I love the way the colour adds dimension to my hair. It’s not boring and flat, there’s depth and colour. I got the ammonia free, so it’s he colour does fade. I might try it with, next time so that it lasts longer.

First, the packaging is wonderful! They thought of everything, from simple easy-to-follow directions, to very specific identification of each item in the kit, to the sticker you can use to hold up the directions. It was easy to follow the directions and my results were perfect for me. I would highly recommend!

I'm 47, natural hair but starting to go grey. I used an app and found a complementary colour for my skin tone.
I found esalon, the quiz was so supportive, I had no idea of my hair colour, undertone ect. The quiz allowed for that, I uploaded a photo of me and 1 of my ideal colour.
I never imagined the outcome. The box has everything I need, equipment, instructions and the end colour was a perfect match ( thanks Stephanie my colourist)
Esalon make it easy to re order- although I have no idea when the grey will come back, I can postpone my delivery until I am ready.
If you want the expert advice of a salon colourist at a fraction of the price- esalon is for you.

Habe das Farbset bestellt und bin total begeistert von der Farbe.
Ich habe schwarbraun genommen und bin total überrascht wie toll es aussieht.Hätte nie gedacht das es so toll wird.

I needed to re dye my hair and I wanted something gentle as my hair as been so over dyed with cheap hair dyes. I found ESalon and the packing was lovely along with all the extras you wouldn’t get in a cheap hair dye. E.g stain guard, stain remover which is a godsend! The colour is perfect and I’m so so happy 🤩 thank you so much E-Salon! 🙏🏻

First time I ordered colour set and I imagined it will be something similar like from store. I was nice surprised, when I got it right colour for me. I heard a lot of compliments. The hairs are very soft and lustrous after colouring.

I have been using this colour for a while now and would not go back to hairdressers. The colour is perfect, easy to apply and lasts as long as a professional colour without fading. Even been complemented by my hairdresser on the colour. Thank you ☺️

I’ve stressed so much b4 I found ESALON because my hairdresser couldn’t find the color similar to the one you created for me. It just went obsolete one day and she could never develop it on her own. You guys are the best. I saw your ad on Utube one day and just had to try and see if you really could do what you advertised you did. I found it easier picking the color closest to my hair color by seeing a color chart you guys put up one day. You are the best ever ! Please keep up the fantabulous work you do for people that need that special color they can’t buy anywhere else.

I’ve used esalon for several years now and I recommend them to everyone. The custom color from the colorist is perfect, great coverage and shine. Colorists are super receptive to feedback and requested changes and the instructions are super easy to follow. I’ll never get my hair colored in a salon again — period.

This product delivered and more!! I recommend it to my friends and family!
That was my review in 2019 and let me tell you on the threshold of 2024, I still love the product, it delivers a beautifully consistent color every time, the color specialist and I have perfected my color and it's beautiful for at least 4 weeks. In fact, my gray hair come in faster than the color gives way and I am still telling all my friends and family!

The process from the beginning to the day I colored my hair was awesome, instructions was very simple and easy to understand,also everything was included the only thing I needed was towels, the color was exactly as ordered

I hadn’t done my hair at home in a very long time and I absolutely love this product. When I first changed the color I thought it was too dark but after a couple of washes it was perfect. I have very resistant gray and left it on a bit longer and it covered well but may have to leave it 10 minutes longer. I’m happy with this product.

With very little experience doing it myself this is a great set to start with. Very clear simple instructions and I was very pleased with the results with no stains left afterwards. It covered my light greying very well. Very difficult to justify the salon prices. My hair is in great condition afterwards

I am blown away. You absolutely nailed my color (on the first go!). I look like me, but more polished. Hair color is revived, no white hairs sticking out. I have had bad experiences with dying my hair at home using box dye or some thing I picked up from Sally’s, but the instructions and quality of this product were perfect. This is an incredible service. You’ve got a fan for life :)

I'm really happy with my eSalon colour. I had to stop getting my hair professionally coloured thanks to the cost of living squeezing my budget. The personalised touch is very nice, it covers my greys and the colour is great for me.
