Coverage is great. I didn't think the little bottle would be enough for my hair but it was more than enough. The color was a bit darker than I expected. Made some adjustments and my newcolor is on the way.
I loved the two sets of gloves as well as the stain remover. Im a bit messy when it comes to home color and it was helpful. Great company.
Best thing to happen to my hair ever. ❤️

I was thinking I would have to fade into grays but eSalon Cusom Color Truly blended the Perfect Red for me. I am a natural Copper Colored Red head and although I was unique and strange when I was young it is the Perfect hair color for me. eSalon has given it back to me and its so simple and delivered directly fo me. I Love it and the other hair products.

I have been using eSalon since 2015 and my hair is healthy with a natural color. My hair is so soft after dying that sometimes I dye my hair as much to cover my grays as to soften my hair. Counterintuitive perhaps, but I dye my hair once a quarter as I am only slightly gray around my crown. I used to go to Aveda, but I’m just as happy with my eSalon results. I’ve gone from wanting to look red, to wanting to be more of a natural brunette, to wanting a honey light brown color. My stylist has adjusted my color along the way and I couldn’t be happier with the product, the convenience and - ultimately - the beautiful color.

I've never had color so near prefect as this. I have a fair amount of greys, that are actually white. I like them but wanted them to blend a bit better. I'm blonde so they aren't super contrasting, just white. This custom color turned out so pretty. I've been sick of salon treatments and weaves that end up being a variety of low lights and high lights, nothing natural. I now have a beautiful natural color that is as close to my natural blonde as I've ever been! As a bonus it costs me less, saves time and I can fine tune things or change it as I go. Never going back to the salon. 🤗 So happy. Update: several weeks post color and my hair still looks as good as the first day. My hair has so much shine and feels very healthy, not dry or damaged at all.

I recently saw a friend and commented on how great her hair looked. She recommended eSalon. I used it for the first time 6 days ago. WOW!!! I have had 5 or 6 people raving about how great my hair looks in only a few days! And my hair feels great too! I am blown away by how great the product, the results, and the customer service is. I am anxious to see how the color lasts, but judging from the superior quality of the product, I am pretty sure it is going to last just fine!

I have been coloring my hair at home for years. I decided to try eSalon because they have so many shades to choose from, that were not available in other home kits. Not only do I really like the color, but they allowed me to return a color when it was my fault that it wasn't what I really wanted. I'm very happy with the product and service.

I started using esalon 5 years ago with an all over color that I loved! I really liked it, but wanted some highlights too. Working with my hair stylist on how to best get the highlights I want and be able to maintain my color myself between visits has been my goal and esalon fits my needs perfectly. I still go see my hair stylists quarterly for a fresh look, but I don't have to depend on her for root touch ups. I also love that they include the extras that you need, like quality gloves and stain remover.

First time coloring with your product. I was using Madison Reed and my color, and especially my gray, wasn't lasting long at all, so I found my hair needing coloring a lot. My hair also didnt feel like it did when I used to leave the salon and I missed that, their product left my hair feeling coated and dry. Well, your product left my hair feeling really good. It covered the gray and my hair feels like I left the salon. I love all the touches you guys add to your packaging, it's great! The instructions are very easy to understand and follow, it's just seems like you gave it a lot of thought from the customer point of view. Time will tell if the product will prove to be what it claims, but so far, it's off to a really great start. Porshana put the color package together from my description and she did an excellent job! Please pass on my gratitude to her please. I look forward to ordering and receiving my next color package. Thank you!!! Beverly Bodmer

Still five stars even though my last color adjustment was not quite what I wanted. They take care and personalization of every order and allow changes and feedback along with shipment delays and cancellations. They are an example of how all companies should be. Exemplary! And the color is so much better than a box color. I won't color my hair as much until more Grey's start coming in, but when I do this is the company I'm using. You can set the duration and not be taken advantage of. I appreciate eSalons ethics. Thank you eSalon.

I continue to be amazed at how eSalon's colorists are able to respond to my never ending quest for just the right shade and nuance. After submitting pictures of both my then current hair color and magazine photos of looks I wanted to emulate, my colorist and I chatted online a few times and before finalizing my color, actually invited me to talk with her on the phone (which we did). I was hesitant about going too dark but yet wanted to transition from my forever very pale, light blonde. Even after receiving the newly reformulated product, I was hesitant to use it but finally I did. Voila! My eSalon colorist nailed it! So, so very happy with my new color.

I love that I get a color that is made specifically for me and my coloring. I also love how my hair feels after coloring it. Instead of feeling dried out as with other brands, it is silky and shiny! I will never go back to a box color again.

I've colored my hair for 30 plus years using professional stylists then off the counter colors. I got pretty good at combining and mixing the colors to get what I liked. (I like to get as close to my natural hair color and not change colors) Using eSalon is especially perfect for me because I know the color is going to be the same every time. If I should want to change it up I know I can do that too. I think this is a great product.

I sent in a picture of my hair color and every time I have received a color I have loved ! I recommend you use a deeper conditioner at least twice a week for the first week of you have thicker hair. I leave in for about 15 minutes.

I have been a loyal client for over 2 years now. I loved every bit. From having custom color shipped to my home to beautiful, professional looking hair, and a price you can't beat. I just receieved my first highlight kit in the mail yesterday. I watched all of the tutorials, and I can't wait to show you how they turn out!! I feel like a kid again! Absolutely love these products. The dye I used was a tough one to match my natural colour, but they did it perfectly. Plus the conditioner and serum gave my hair softness and shine.

I have colored my hair for 50 years and lived through the changes in the industry from professionally colored through the various versions of self color.
I have used this company for several years now and have never been happier. The color adjustments are well done and my hair has never been been better.

This is by far the best hair colour I’ve ever tried. Thank you so much to my colorist Tamara.
I was worried about how this would affect my hair, whether I’d get that chemical smell and dryness I would normally get when trying the usual over the counter colour.
This surprised me completely. My hair feels wonderful, greys are covered for longer and no bad smell. I haven’t experienced any dryness and in contrast it’s been the best it’s ever been.
I am now a convert. No more supermarket bought hair colour. Will definitely be sticking to eSalon from now on.

Love this product. I have a problem with a lot of red tones in my Sandy blonde hair. This product covers my gray with no big fuss. Also this product doesn't leaves scalp burns like the over the counter dyes do. Love it.

I really like that each order is the same color, here has been no difference in color. I trust when I receive my order it will be the same. My hair has not gotten damaged, it feels better then before. The product has lasted on my hair for almost a full 3 months, Its convenient, easy to use and not damaging to your hair.

I have been using eSalon for over 3 years!! The color is always consistently the same...just what I want. I get compliments on my color throughout the 5 weeks between coloring. That is a real positive since in live in FL and I am always in the sun. I am blessed in that I have a husband who transitions into a colorist once every 5 weeks!! Other awesome advantages to eSalon are all the shipping options and the ability to add products to any shipment. Their Upcoming Order email program is the BEST. It reminds me to check my products to see if I need to add them to an order.

My custom made color cannot be found anywhere because my colorist and I made it up from scratch. I get Soooooo many compliments. I love love love my custom made color and its worth every penny. I dont have to stare at boxes at the beauty supply and only have a very limited selection. With Esalon I have a whole spectrum of colors to make to suit me delivered right to my door! What more can I ask for!🤷🏻♀️

This is the best color formula. I have gone to salons, they were fine, but costly and time consuming.
My color from eSalon is perfect and leaves my hair looking and feeling so healthy .
It only takes about an hour at home to complete the process .
Lastly, customer service is top notch !

This color is a great transition from dark to light to help camouflage the gray roots. I get an extra week or two between coloring my hair. Many compliments!

I have store bought boxed colored hair along with a body perm😬, However with my custom color my hair is shinier, and seems to have lowlights, highlights and just more depth to my overall color.
Will definitely use again!

Easy to apply. Hair remains soft. And the very best part.....no bleed out. Shampoo suds stayed white and my white pillow cases had no signs of a fresh coloring after only 8 hours!

This was my first time using eSalon Hair Color and I was very happy with the results. I have gray hair and was worried about what color to choose. I have chosen to stay in the Light Blond range because its not as drastic of a change. I like the color very much. I will stay with this color for awhile before venturing into something maybe a little darker.
