The entire experience was great! First order had leaked and the customer service was great in sending me another. The entire coloring process was a breeze, thanks to the awesome instructions included. Color turned out great, and didn't have any missed spots (I have super long hair so that isn't always an easy feat)!

My mother is a hairstylist so I have always been using salon brands to dye my hair. I moved to a different state last year and waiting for my mom to do my hair in between visits was torture. I decided to try this out and I was not disappointed. eSalon had the whole experience down to a science. I am looking forward to experiment with my hair color and give more reviews!

I can honestly say that this product is outstanding. I have a lot of gray hair and it is hard to find a hair color that will cover and last. To make matters worse I am a Redhead and that is a hard color to get right.
The color that was made for me is almost the exact color I was born with. The color is brilliant and my hair feels and look amazing.

eSalon's customized color has achieved what the salon and store bought brands cannot. I have always struggled fining a color that did not make my hair "brassy." Now I've found it.

I ordered & I received my color within a few days. It is so easy to use & I am in love with the new color they made for me. It is a beautiful & vibrant color! I have very short hair & going to the salon every 4 to 5 weeks gets very expensive. Thank you, I will continue to use esalon! They save the expense of the salon & make the color you are looking for.

Thanks for the latest color update/modification. My ends and roots are more color-consistent but I still have nice shiny streaks on the outer layers. I was a little concerned at the difference in the color formula after it was mixed (more pink than red) but the end result was great. Even my grandson complimented the different bolder shade. Great job!

The color matches my natural color really well. I find it lasts longer than the hair dyes I bought at the store. I like that the kit comes with two sets of gloves. It is also delivered automatically based on a schedule you choose. You receive an email shortly before shipping that allows you to update your order or cancel it if you aren't ready to color your hair yet.

The details of my individual color where exactly what I wanted. The process was very simple to follow and apply. You can tell the difference in quality right away. The added shine was fantastic, and even the shampoo and conditioner were so amazing I bought the bottles. Not only am I impressed with quality, packaging, price, and products, you have a devout customer even after one application!

I have been coloring my hair for years and have always gone to the salon. My friend was a stylist but after I moved away, I couldn’t afford full price salon visits and decided to give eSalon a try. My first color was great but I was really impressed with my second color. The eSalon stylist took my feedback and adjusted my formula to create the exact color I wanted! The color is rich and lasts well. Very impressed with the quality, price and customer service!

The Heart Lock It shampoo does as advertised; it locks in the color and gives shine to your hair. I have used other shampoos in the past and my color always washed out. With heart lock it, my color remains. Worth the price.

I got my color kit in the mail this morning. Came home and applied right away. I adore this color! It's about as close to my natural color as I could possibly get without shaving my head and starting over, which is exactly what I was going for. The color is perfect, my hair is soft and silky, and best of all, I feel beautiful! Thank you!

Better than any store bought box dye. Finding the right shade at the store is a nightmare, especially for a blonde. It can easy go awry. I love that this is custom just for me! No guessing! The proccess was easy to do and I had beautiful results. I love my hair color!

Since I have started coloring due to graying hair, this formula has been the closest to my natural color than any other I have used. Being a red head all of my life, it has been a struggle to regain auburn. Most colors are geared for brunettes. This has been a treat.

I was really nervous to try and color my hair at home but I crossed my fingers and took a deep breath. I had a few questions before I started and when I called not only was it NOT an automated message system but a person answered and the actually knew my name. They were so professional and nice on the phone it really put me at ease. My color came out perfect! When I went to the salon to get my hair cut my stylist asked who colored it and was really shocked when I said I did 😉 I love the products and the convenience of doing my hair at home while my two little ones are sleeping. I also have saved hundreds of dollars not going to the salon. I have recommended eSalon to my friends & family bc I love it so much!!

My colorist worked with me and on the third try, my color is spot on perfect. Each time I changed the color, I was given a complimentary gloss treatment to really pump up my color. I will never buy from the drugstore again! They never gave up and together, we formulated the perfect color for me.

I was apprehensive at first as I've had some bad experiences in the past coloring my hair at home. The box sat unopened for two weeks. Finally I opened the box and got to it. The color turned out exactly the way I wanted! Love the color! Great grey coverage! I will continue to use this!

I love it! I have extremely thick and curly hair so when I do an inhome color I usually have to have 2 to 3 boxes of bleach plus just as many hair dye boxes. Esalon sent me enough for my whole head of hair AND I didn't need bleach. I am in love with this! Plus it was so much less than what I was paying.

I absolutely love the simplicity and the convenience that eSalon has given me with my hair color! I used to do the standard box stuff, but my hair would always end up dry and brittle, so I had to stop.
One day I saw an ad come across my FaceBook screen and I decided to take the jump. I was tired of my dark blond hair and the gray hairs everywhere! So I ordered a nice natural light blonde. About a week later, it arrived and I was ready to give it a try...
I was happy with how my hair looked. It was nicely brightened to a blond that I loved and the texture of my hair felt amazing!!! My only problem, was I felt it was a tad to brassy in the red tones for me...so on my next order, I advised the colorists of my issue and they rectified it without issue.
From my second use and continuing on to now and in the future....I am thrilled with my hair color!!! No more brassiness, now it is my perfect shade of blonde that I love. It covers my gray hair wonderfully, but most of all, my hair never feels dry or brittle...it is always soft and shines.
I will never touch one of those store box brands ever again! eSalon has saved my hair and my sanity!

On second order I requested a touch of red to be added to my light golden brown. It came out to be my true color from younger years! I am very happy with this product. The color holds longer than the product I had been using, and the customer service is great! I highly recommend eSalon!

I have to admit that I was skeptical. It's been over a decade since I've colored my own hair. And I'll be honest, back then I used the cheap drugstore stuff. I didn't know what to expect with eSalon, but I figured why not, I'll give it a try. And boy oh boy I'm sure glad I did! I applied the color last night and it's the EXACT shade of red that I wanted! I don't know how many times I've told a stylist that I wanted copper red only to walk out with auburn. Time and time again I was disappointed. Berenz with eSalon got my color just right! I do NOT plan to spend a ton of money at the salon every again. Thank you eSalon!

Once again ... YOU GUYS ROCK!!!! Just used your recommended color on my roots to blend the grey with my new lighter color and highlights. Not gonna lie ... I was a bit nervous about a permanent color but you ROCKED IT!!! And on the 1st try!!! The color is perfect, covers the grey and blends with my dark golden blond colored and highlighted hair. I didn’t want my highlights covered ... they are not and actually, with the grey in my natural hair, it created its own highlights. Kudos once again to the eSalon crew!!! My new best friends!!! 👍👍👍

I've reviewed my hair color before and said that my stylist has worked with me to tweak my color. This month was no different. It's my favorite color yet, and closest to my natural! Even my hairdresser didn't get it this close! Thanks eSalon!

I am so glad I've discovered this high quality line of the color care products.
I appreciate the great customer service as well.
Recently I have stopped dealing with another online company, who offered not-so-bad products, but have rude or noncompetent reps.
eSalon is great all over and has my loyalty!

I was skeptical ordering hair color online even though your company has gotten great reviews. The whole process was so easy though and, after speaking with Stephanos, my personal consultant, I felt so much better! He put together a beautiful color for me and I love it! The color is deep and rich and vibrant - just gorgeous! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!!!

I have never dyed my hair before. It was easy to follow the directions. I am very pleased with my experience. I will use this product as my regular hair dye.

My hair was a 'Riverdale Cheryl/Archie' color but after it began to fade and I had bought this to retouch it. I loved the packaging. Loved how it was made and how detailed it was, although he colour was a little lighter than I'd like it to be, the shampoo and conditioner was great and since I have short hair, I still have some left!x

This was the first time I used e salon. I was nervous to try color but I love it!! It was so easy to apply and it colored my grays beautifully.

It's so close to my natural darkness with a hint of purple, Instructions were so easy, My husband colored my hair! Will definitely be using again! With maybe adding a hint more purple next time. I never would have thought to add water to the bottle and add it back to my hair in the shower to loosen up the dye! It really helped the dye come out much easier and faster, Normally I am rinsing my hair for a good 10 minutes before it runs clear and it only took a couple of minutes! LOVE THIS!

I tried esalon after noticing my sister's hair looked super healthy and shiny. She told me it was esalon and I should try it. When I did, I found the whole process super easy; from ordering to paying and finally to using the product.
