I thought I was finding a miracle to cover my greys longer than 2 weeks. Loved the color overall. Loved how I have control of an extra 5 minutes for a deeper color. Smells great!

I love how easy and foolproof this was! I had my own color assistant to help me choose the best color for me. We were able to email back and forth until I was confident in the final choice and it was spot on perfect! I could never have done this on my own. The instructions were so easy to follow and who can beat the price?!? I'm definitely sticking with this product.

This is by far the best coloring product I've ever used as an in-home product. Easy to use as it comes with step by step instructions and the color comes out beautifully and is soft and manageable. It is long lasting and has a personal touch as each order placed is mixed into the perfect color at your request. This was and is a Perfect Product for those on limited income where going to a salon is too expensive this is a great value for the same product you'd get from a salon. I love this and it truly is my Perfect Match, We Have a Perfect Chemistry, so perfect I feel as though it was Made For Me specifically. Truth be told.....It is!!

I put a little on the glove and work my way through my hair pulling from scalp end out and do this in patches. I only leave it on for about 10 minutes and it is perfect. Still has some gray highlights which makes you wonder, Does she?

Absolutely spectacular color! I recently moved to Canada--1800 miles away from my salon stylist--and have been vainly trying to find a really good colorist, one that is expert with reds, but after three failed attempts I had given up. My grays were really starting to show, the red was a bit dull in the rest of my hair, so I was at def-con DESPERATE! And then along came an add for hair color... Customized to what I wanted ("Yeah, right...")... I was quite skeptical so I looked them up on YouTube (BTW, some older videos showed a short cape coming with the color, I don't think that is available anymore, I just wore an old t-shirt), FaceBook, Googled them, etc., and found some wonderful reviews! But then I thought, "I can't do that, I don't know anything about coloring my hair and HOW will I match the red color I want???" That was disheartening for me... Salons cost $150-$225 for a great colorist, this would be under $40... If only... So I did, I ordered and waited, it came 5 days (Canada, remember...) later and I took the plunge... TA DA!!!!! I have the most perfect shade of red I have ever seen! The colorist listened to all my notes, the directions for the color application were very straight forward, everything I needed was there (I ordered the coloring kit with the bowl and brush) and I was done in less than an hour (and I have long hair)! I am going to remain a loyal customer of eSalon for many years to come! Thank you, eSalon, SO MUCH for the best experience I have ever had with my hair!!!!!

I've been using eSalon exclusively for over two years and still love it. My first custom color sent to me wasn't right for me -- but it was based on what I had said I wanted. The second time I told them what was wrong (it was too ashy-light) and they adjusted my color profile immediately. So exciting to get the second color; it was perfect and remains the color I've used ever since. The grays are covered, my hair looks great. I confess I don't follow the directions any more; I don't even remember what they are - although they come packed in the lovely little box each time... I shampoo the dye out using a very natural gentle cleaner and I never have trouble removing the product or feeling anything other than super soft hair. The website is user friendly and I really feel listened to; so easy to change the delivery schedule; so many check-in emails from eSalon to communicate with me. I don't miss the hours spent at the salon one bit.

Had help choosing this colour. Wanted to be dark with rich subtle red hints to give it warmth. Really love the colour. Costs a fraction of what it would cost at the salon. Colour doesn't lighten on the grey bits. Best ever. I love this. Great customer service, great advice. Thank-you.if your not sure ring them, they will help you achieve exactly what you want.

Professional color at home is exactly what I get with this product. And the fact that the kit includes everything I need to apply the color is wonderful! My results are definitely comparable to going to the salon.

It was easy to use and I was the happiest old lady ever. It covered the gray and evened out the color throughout my hair. No strong odor and I will continue using this product. Your hair color is just amazing.

I must say that I was surprised that my eSalon hair color performed so well! My basic color is light blonde, and the eSalon color is prettier than the box colors at the drug store. And it hasn't faded! I have a large percent of gray hair in the front and at the temples, but it did not bleed through as it always does with the drug store colors. So I am very satisfied after my first application!

This is my new fave color. The packaging is beautiful, the instructions were easy to read and understand and the COLOR!! OMG, the color goes on so easy! Just the right consistency with no drips. I wasn't a huge fan of the shampoo/conditioner but my color came out looking AMAZING! I look forward to doing it again next week! Thank you for making such a wonderful at home hair color!

I have colored at home for over 30yrs. I've also used the salon. Never going back to the salon. I Was hesitant to try this as I had tried another online company with poor results. This is different. I submitted my photo with what I wanted-and received it! Roots matched the ends-no hot roots or dark ends. Grays were covered. Color was dimensional and vibrant. My hair has never looked more natural and shiny, or felt so soft. No fading either. For my next kit I am going bolder! I emailed questions and received a *phone call* from my colorist to be sure I received exactly what I was looking for. EXCELLENT customer service! The actual kit is personalized and simple to use. You won't regret using e-salon. Try it!!!

I've done the expensive dye job in the salon. No thanks! I've done the drug store dyes too. No thanks! Here walks in E-Salon with their amazing products. Hello beautiful! It's easy, not a small fortune, and made just for me! I love that I can send a photo with comments and have my color corrected. Brilliantly done E-Salon!

Not only are the instructions super easy to follow, the color leaves my hair feeing amazing and looking great. The price is perfect and I never have to worry about color apppintments etc... HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I've never had my hair feel this way after coloring. It was so full of moisture and felt great. I'd probably adjust the color a bit for my next shipment. Looooove the shampoo and conditioner. Total Win!

I love this stuff it really is easy to use last up to 8 weeks and looks so natural You should give it a try . Cost less then going to a store to buy it and really less then having it done in a salon plus it looks better.

This kit is great,I had a mixture for my roots and another for the lengths of hair. There was plenty enough for my long hair.
The only thing I was not to happy about was I only got one sachet of shampoo and conditioner which I felt was not enough coverage. The Colour I ordered was spot on. Extremely happy with the result. Will continue to order with e salon.

I am very pleased with the product so far. It has been a little over 5 weeks and the color is still looking fresh even at the roots. It is just starting to wash out from the gray hairs now.

I have a very hard time coloring my hair because it is thick and course. This product lasts longer then the store bought ones and is not too expensive. The color is very nice and vibrant. I would definitely recommend this product.

I've been using eSalon color for about 6 months now. I ordered the Golden Mahogany and love it! The dark hues have a beautiful reddish- golden undertone that catches the light. I have received many compliments. My hair always feels soft and healthy afterwards too!

After taking a break from coloring my own hair for over a year, I have come back to eSalon. I was worried about the color match, but I needn't have been. After uploading a few new photos and speaking with a consultant, I am very happy with the results.
