Thanks a bunch...my reformulated hair color came out perfect...just the color I wanted. The directions are easy to follow and my hair is shiny, smooth and beautifully colored. I couldn't be happier. Def will be put on auto ship to my front door for sure.

I tried eSalon as I am showing more gray now than when younger, but I don't want to go 'au naturale' just yet!
I am very happy with the overall finished color! It came out even and covered grays very well.
As I have quite long hair I was worried there may not be enough in the bottle to cover my thick hair, but I had plenty and even some leftover (not that you can re-use the mix!).
I was afraid the color for roots would be too dark and although it is OK, I may ask about an adjustment of this color as it will be the primary color sent out for the roots.
Application was pretty standard, although as a first time all-over color it was obviously a more lengthy process and done in 2 parts:
- application to roots - wait
- application of 2nd color to rest of hair - wait
- then add a little water with remainder of 2nd color, suds and massage in.....then rinse-shampoo-condition
I bought the hair-dye application pack with my order and it was a HUGE help in doing my dying :)
I used all the conditioner packet to totally cover all my hair, but despite this my hair was still a little stiff feeling and 'dry' after I was done.
It was also quite difficult to comb out and my hair was rather tangled. But - I do have a LOT of hair!
This is my only real complaint.....my hair felt drier once I had finished. However, I did use an eSalon leave in conditioner after and this was great!!
Overall, apart from a possible color adjustment for the roots, I am happy with how my hair has come out. I was a bit skeptical to start, but I will continue to use eSalon for my hair coloring needs.

Was a bit sceptical at first but this product has left my hair in the best condition I have seen it in years. I like the colour and the tips that were written for me made a difference. Good stuff not just crummy advertising!

I really love everything about the eSalon experience! from the personalization to the packaging and of course to the color that is finally right! I'm a former cosmetologist who went tech but I still have an eye for a great product!

I am very happy with my order. It was great to have a personal colorist (Vanessa W.) and personal attention to make sure I chose the correct color.
The directions were easy as was the application. My color turned out great and the product did not suck the life from my hair. The price is right also. So glad I found eSalon.

So pleased with the results for my spring color. I started off a medium auburn (On accident) and requested a neutral medium brown. There is a slight warmth to my hair still, but the color they made almost got rid of it all. Not to mention my hair feels so much better than before! I wish I could add pics to show you, but can't figure it out from my phone..lol. 😐

I tried this for the first time, and love it. You have your own color specialist formulating your color just for you. If it's to light or dark, she will adjust it to your preference. This is a MUST TRY, if you want to look good and save money.

I ordered through eSalon on a whim because I saw some good reviews and I was tired of paying salon prices. I followed the instructions to a T and when I saw the color on my hair before washing I was very skeptical. I was like this is really red and it's going to be way too bright. I washed and dried my hair and was in awe of the perfect color. My hair looked and felt like I just left the hair salon. I went to dinner with friends the same night and got so many compliments. They couldn't believe I had done it myself. I told them all about eSalon. I'm sold on this service. The sign-up process was easy and very detailed and they got it right on the first try. LOVE IT!

I have been hearing and reading about eSalon for awhile. The products and customer service far exceeded my expectations!!! The color has maintained well and even my hair stylist is amazed. The representatives and communication have been helpful and pleasant, also.

I've used this product twice now and realize that my hair is thicker and fuller than before! I really like how the color is totally customizable. Seriously, seriously happy with this and worth the price.

Went to a hairdresser for years and used Toco Magico but it was getting pricey. Tried this and this is my 4th application and went for a haircut and the hairdresser asked who did my color it was gorgeous and healthy. Great product

This hair product is so much better than what you purchase in the store, and much better for your hair. You also have your very own personal hair colorist that will either mix the hair coloring to your preference, or if you like, she will come up with one for you. Either way it is your choice. This is so nice to have and I love it, I feel like I'm at the salon and I'm dealing with someone right there. It's so much better than going to the store and guessing.

I am very happy that I found this product. I had used L'Oreal for many years and was never really satisfied with the results. I was always adjusting it. Custom color is a higher quality product. It requires nothing between touch-ups. The color lasts much longer and does not fade. Customer service is great. Very satisfied.

I just fell in love with eSalon..unfortunately unforeseen life problems stopped me from ordering again. But fortunately life is better!
This was the greatest hair color that I'd have ever experienced! I loved it! It was great for my hair as well! I got very nice compliments too..and everyone was asking what I was using..I told them but I have no idea if anyone was smart enough to try..I love that you have a support person that is available..all in all..eSalon..is ..FABULOUS!!

For all you self doers, it comes with easy step by step instructions. Hair feels good and gray covered very well. It's all personalized and also have a hair colorist that you can chat with to tweak your color if necessary without salon cost.

So far I am loving this product. My hair actually seems easier to brush AFTER dying my hair which is very odd because normally I can barely get a brush through it.

I have literally never been happy with a hair dye job, both at home or in salon. I just wanted to go back to my original color, but couldn't find anything close enough. I put this in my hair over 2 months ago and there isn't a hint of a root. My color is perfect.

I change my hair often. When highlights are due, I like to go all over brown first before visiting a salon. I must say that this color is a perfect brown for me. You listened and took my request. In the past other salons just can't get it right. Thank you! I'll be ordering from you again.

I get lots of compliments on the color of my hair, which is very natural looking. I thought it would be so hard to apply the color myself but it isn't at all. Plus, I'm saving lots of $$ every month!

The color is perfect! It's easy to use, covers my gray, and it stays well. The best part about it is they send it straight to me without having to go get it and they remind me when it's time to re-color. I couldn't ask for more!

I wanted warmer tones.. I got it. The good news is that no one noticed the change so it was not that drastic. I noticed that the color is actually staying in my hair..unlike the box product I was using and I even "painted" a few areas for streaks. My hair is not just one color and flat looking.

I have tried so many colours over the years. From numerous diy brands to seeing numerous professional colourists, but the rich reddish brown always eluded me until I found eSalon. This is the best hair colour I have ever had. It looks like I have stepped out of the salon each time I colour my hair. I don't have anyone expensive trips to the hairdressers now, I can do it myself and know it will look great each time I colour my hair.

It was either go to the salon and pay $120 to have my hair professionally done, or pay anywhere from $8 to $15 at the store and do it myself. The salon always looked so much nicer, but cost 10 times as much. ESalon has changed my life forever. I use their product and get professional salon results at home. You can't beat that!

Loved this product enough to try it again. My hair never carries box colors and I've just lived with the salt and pepper greys. I was impressed with it's staying power, and I'll need to even give a new shade a try!

E salon is the best thing I could have found this year. I unfortunately suffer from silvery grey hairs and because I require a color ever 6 weeks it has been extremely expensive. I was even about to resort to damaging my hair with box color till I found esalon. It was simple easy and my color came out great. I even got complements on it and no one could tell I did it myself. It's great that I can still have great hair on a budget. I will continue to stick with esalon as my number one choice for hair color. I can't wait for my next shipment. Thank you Esalon!!

The color is perfect. Just what I have been searching for. I have more gray that I care to admit. This color covered my roots and the second bottle for my ends left them glossy and even color throughout. Very pleased that the ends didn't grab dark as the other colors I have tried have done. Thank you so much ESalon.
