I couldn't be happier with my color. What's even better is that I didn't receive enough of color since I had to do a filler bottle first since I had a lot of highlights all over, but I called in and they offered to send me 2 new bottles in my color without purchase. I am very happy with the color and service. I will definitely be ordering more color from e-salon. I'm very excited to see how the lighting product works out since I do like adding some dimension to my hair.

I've been using e-salon color for a few years and the quality of the product is excellent. I have thin, curly hair that happens to be very porous. I only apply color to the roots and the color has stayed very vibrant. I believe it is on par with the color from the top salons. The colorists at e-salon are incredible too! They matched my color perfectly from a photo!! Besides the thousands of dollars I've saved doing it myself (well, sometimes I enlist a friend to help), I no longer have to spend entire afternoons at the hair salon. Thank you e-salon!

This color seems to be working for me and it gives great coverage. It also last longer than normal hair color. It's not harsh like normal hair dyes. My hair is soft and shiney. Thank you, Sherri Healey

I Love love love my hair color experience with eSalon thus far.
The color formula did not burn or make my scalp itch! HALLELUJAH! I have a super sensitive scalp and it is very hard to find a color product that doesn't burn or make my scalp itch like mad while processing. The color is so vibrant and another important thing to me is it doesn't bleed onto my towels as much as other products when I wet my hair. I always wash my hair in cold water. It helps the red to stay vibrant longer. Super awesome experience thus far! I am an extremely happy customer! Thank you!

My colorist is awesome, She makes my color perfect every time, and any time I want a change, it is EXACTLY as I ask!! I think this product is WAY better than when I got color done in a salon. It's exactly what I want and lasts longer! Thank you eSalon!

After doing a few years of box colors from the store, and not getting a consistent color, I decided to start going to the salon. After 18 months of going to the salon and spending more than I wanted, and not always the same color, I decided to try eSalon. The price alone was a motivator and the color consistency is great!

My order is always the perfect color! Easy to use (I use the brush with the bowl to apply). I ordered the gloss with the color and it is really worth the few extra dollars! My hair looks brilliant!

Results just as good as salon and the directions are easy to follow. My first use I was a little hesitant but I did not follow the directions exactly, my color was darker than expected as well. I reached out to my colorist and she immediately responded and updated my color as requested and reminded me to follow the directions for root touch up, which I did on my next application and I was in love with the results. Not only does it cover my grey but my hair feels so soft, my hair lady is even impressed. I will never go back to the salon for all over coloring when I can get the same results at home.

This by far has been my favorite hair color! It's always a prefect match to my natural color. I never have that, "salon hair" smell afterwards. My hair always feels so healthy afterwards, not dry and damaged...and the shine...people always comment how shiney my hair is or how much they love the color!

Prior to purchasing, I did some of my own research and watched/read reviews of others using the product. While they were all great reviews, I was still a little skeptical but I am so thankful to have taken the plunge. The instructions were easy to understand, the product went on nicely, and most importantly it looks great! I'm excited to have found a great alternative! I would recommend this product!

I absolutely loved my first order from eSalon! The directions were super clear, my color was perfect, just what I wanted. The quality difference between this "custom" color and any other product in the same price range doesn't even compare. I'm an eSalon customer for good! Love the personal service and auto-ship!

The color experts accurately created a color meant for me. I requested a darker color but they analyzed my photo, answers to profile questions and suggested a lighter color which looks amazing and more natural.
I emailed a few questions to them and received a phone call about 2 days later from an actual representative who answered my questions in great detail. Very personalized service. The kit is pretty neat and includes everything you need. Much better quality than shelf brand hair color.
Only drawback is I haven't received my next color so I suppose I need to contact them.

I was looking to try to go back to my natural hair color, while covering all the gray. This is the only hair color product that has ever matched as closely to the strawberry blonde, dirty blonde color that I wanted back. Thank you e-salon!!

I am in LOVE with the color!My colorist really paid attention to my wants & needs. She made me a color that is so Beautiful!! It just shimmers with multitudes of color(reds & thin brown streaks) all through out my entire head. My hair looks so elegant, like I must of paid a fortune to get all that color and shine. The shampoo and conditioner is amazing as well. Plus I have never had an in between color shampoo. WOW! You guys went "all out" is what I want to tell everyone! I'm so impressed. FABULOUS!!!!!
I can not wait for the HiLights to come in, I will be ordering from you soon as they arrive! Counting the days until I can receive them. Thank you eSalon I will be with you forever! Alexis your the best.

I was very impressed with the kit as a whole. The wipe they included to get the extra dye off came in very handy. The shampoo and conditioner made my hair very soft. The color is shiny and multi-tonal, but it is much too dark for medium golden brown in my opinion. I will use this service again, but go much lighter next time.

This was my first purchase of custom color products from eSalon. I am amazed at how natural the color looks! I have tried at-home and salon color, and this is by far the best solution. My hair is shiny and healthy and all my greys are covered. I am so pleased at the results and the cost is a fraction of salon services.

I have been having my hair colored at a salon for years. Due to a job change, I can no longer afford salon prices. I was reluctant to try home hair color, but when I saw an add for eSalon, I thought I'd give it a try. I'm so pleased that I did!! Not only was coloring my own hair kind of fun, the color created for me was perfect, and my hair felt so soft and looked so shiny afterwards. I couldn't be happier!

The initial color I chose was reviewed and I received a recommendation for a slightly different color based on the info I provided. I was unsure about a lighter color but they were SPOT on with the color! I LOVE my color and it was so easy to do. Good bye to my $140 hair coloring, hello e salon!!!!

OMG! I can't believe how awesome this turned out! I've never colored my hair by myself. I have only ever trusted a salon and payed a ton of money over the years. I was very reluctant but gave eSalon a chance. I've never had a more perfect spot on color before! And for only$10! Amazing! I can't stop looking at my hair in the mirror! Thank you!

I've been coloring my hair for 30 years and never been completely happy with salon color. I started using box color about 10 years ago. While I was happier with box color results, it just didn't last long. My natural hair color when I was young was auburn and it darkened as I got older. I wanted a strawberry blonde and was quite happy with this custom color. I plan on using this again! I waited a week to see how the color held up (or washed out) before writing a review and so far so good. I did purchase the color enhancer that I am using twice a week. It is really helpful! My hair is very long but fine/thin. One bottle of color worked just fine for me. It didn't damage my hair either. It feels silky smooth!

I was skeptical and maybe a little scared to use hair color I bought online. The instructions seemed like it would take me all day. I had only dyed my hair a few times with a drugstore box color before. But...I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! The color was so naturally close to my real hair color no one noticed I had colored my hair but everyone said I looked beautiful and wondered what I did. Lol. I am a natural auburn redhead and this color was spot on and my hair looked so healthy and glossy. MY FOREVER HAIR COLORING COMPANY! ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!!

This is such a great product for the price. The color is so true to my natural color- even better than the salon color. I get a lot of compliments on my hair. My hair color is hard to replicate but the folks at esalon have tweaked my original formula to just the right blend.

Tried it for the first time and very satisfied. The colour is perfect. I feel they truly listen to the customer request. I would feel confident changing the colour if I want to go lighter or darker.

I was always skeptical to use permanent color because how the growing roots look like. Well, not anymore because this product is exact my natural hair color. I'm just amazed and happy with the results. I will continue using it and recommend to others.

I love esalon! I have referred this product to my mother in law and she uses it and so does my daughter! I even told all of the girls at my work! I will never use another hair coloring product! I will only use esalon!
