The color was a perfect match - better than what my hairdresser uses. Very easy application and has everything needed in box. Will definitely be using - especially with all the money I'm saving by doing it myself.

With so many new products coming out all the time you just don't know what's good, what will really work or what's worth the money. I'm SO GLAD I tried eSalon. It is the only product I've ever used, including salon coloring, that has fully colored my hard to color grey. It's the only product I've ever used that two days later those hard to color grey's aren't already back. Not only is the color amazing but the shampoo and conditioner that are included in the kit are light weight and smell AMAZING! Finally found a product that really works. I'M SO EXCITED!!

I LOVE my new hair color and the personalized service I received was excellent. I've finally found the shade of red I've been looking for. One of the best things about this hair color is that it doesn't leave a chemical smell to your hair after dying it. I always hated that smell from other at home dyes. It also evenly covered the small patch of gray hairs I had starting to come in, yay! Other dyes would end up leaving those hairs an almost pink shade instead of dying them the same as the rest of my hair. I love that it came with such helpful tips such as using the any of the left over dye in the shower before you rinse. The fact that it came with stain guard and stain remover is a huge bonus, I always make a mess. So happy with the product and service! Definitely a happy customer! Recommending to my friends for sure!

I love this color. It is easy to apply, doesn't drip, and the color lasts. It has been between 3 - 4 weeks since I colored and there has been no fading nor do I have any roots showing. The kit itself is amazing too. The application brush, 2 pairs of gloves that are quite sturdy, plenty of color relative to my hair length. I will continue to use this product. It is the perfect fit between drugstore color and salon color.

I was afraid to change my old hair color that I have had for a very long time.
With the help of my colorist Shannon S. at eSalon I received the perfect color.
I always go to an expensive salon for my haircut but ALWAYS use eSalon for my color. Whenever you have any questions they come to the rescue. Don't be afraid to give eSalon a try.

I love love love the natural color I get with e salon!!! I get so many compliments on how beautiful and natural my hair color is. I didn't get these compliments when I was paying $150.00 for the professionals to do my hair. My hair is soft shiny and beautiful. Thank you e salon for coming into my life. I like that this comes with everything you need to color your hair at home. And the color they made for me is the perfect shade! I think this should be a little closer in price to drugstore brands - seeing as it is the same basic materials that normally cost around $8-$10. I would order it a lot more often if it was more affordable ($12-$15?).

My colorist, Brittany A. Has worked with me to find the perfect color for my hair. The color is gorgeous and I frequently get compliments from others on the shade. Being over 50 and red hair is a delicate balance that my colorist achieved giving me a natural looking color. People are shocked that this isn't the color I had as a child. Highly recommend this product and my colorist, Brittany A.

I absolutely love it I probably could have left it longer on my ends because it doesn't look as dark but I was nervous that it was sitting too long on my roots so I took it out a little earlier but I truly love the all over coverage I will definitely keep my subscription 😊❤️

I have made one adjustment to the color in the two years I've been using eSalon and it's just right. Friends comment on the nice color and shine of my hair. The products you send to use before and after coloring are much appreciated including TWO pairs of gloves.

I asked my colorist to adjust my color to a lighter shade of brown and still cover my grey well. I was really happy with the outcome and the color is awesome.

I was unable to send a picture on line of my natural color. However, after describing what I desired in a hair color, my personal colorist was able to get the color that i wanted just right! I am so pleased......I will always trust my colorist at esalon.

I am so impressed! I was a bit worried when I read the dark brown description after using department store colors that turn black when boxed under dark brown but my color is absolutely perfect! It's matches the rest of my color and blended beautifully.

The hair color is a perfect match to my younger days! I have a lot of blonde and gray around my face which washes me out. This color, made just for me, makes my hair color look very natural and really brightens my face and eyes! I love my colorist, she is the best! Sure beats boxed store color for feel and overall outcome. Happy customer!

I have had so many horrible experiences in professional salons. Usually, professional colorists turn my hair "ash blonde" who wants GRAY hair?? (and for hundreds of $$!) The eSalon colorist followed my information perfectly and the color matches my specifications better than any salon professional I have experienced and better than the home kits I have tried. The 19.95 price is very reasonable. In the past I always had to buy 2 or 3 home kits for at least $8.00 each to mix to make the color I wanted. ESalon saves me money and time and the color looks and feels better than my previous process. I am getting salon like results for a fraction of the price in the comfort of my own home.

The color was beautiful and I didn't have a lighter color on my roots which was what always happened with store bought products. It has never faded and I am very happy with the overall quality. I am going to stay with eSalon.

I was really happy with this colour. The shade came out beautiful, had no issues matching my roots to previous coloured hair. I do have psoriasis on my scalp and I did have some burning, but that is pretty normal with that condition. Will use again.

Loved the product, the idea that it is prepared specifically for me, shipped to my door. Easy to use, colored great. I wanted a little blonder, so they are tweeking it. Couldn't have gotten a better match! My hair has a tendency to turn "gold" when color is applied. I have only used this customized color solution once, because I just began ordering it, and the first-time-result was amazing! I am VERY pleased with the specialist who prepared this color - no "gold". Placed another order and can't wait to receive it.

I had never done anything on my hair by myself before, but when I knew about eSalon and the personalized service they provide, I decided to give it a try. My experience was very good since the very first moment. I received a lovely box and my name printed on the bottles, and the instructions were very easy to follow for the application of the product. I was surprised of the new beautiful color and the shine on my hair. I'm looking forward for my next shipment ;)

I didn't enjoy leaving the color on my hair for 30 minutes, because I usually use a boxed root color for 10 mins. But I see why its so much better. I may tweek the color I ordered, but the colorist was so right about my coloring and what would be less brassy and too warm a color for my complexion now. Thank you Emily....Ps, i didn't realize I was ordered for ever...thought I signed up to try once....

I have tried store brands ever since my hair started getting gray strands of hair. That was in high school & I got tired of people coming up behind me, getting one strand of hair & pulling it out. All the store brands gave my hair a red tint. Not a pale one either. And I couldn't afford to buy them as often as I should have due to money issues. When I saw an ad from eSalon I looked at everything it said & called the phone number. It was the best decision I have made in a very long time. The lady on the phone gave me good advice for the problems I had been having. She said to tell the girls that, they would know what to do & they did! They were so helpful anytime I called. Well worth a try at least, and I bet you'll love it.

This color was exactly what I was hoping for. Spot on to what I was using but better. So much more shine. My hair felt so nice after coloring. Loved it. I have noticed my hair is stronger and have less fallout when washing. So very happy with all of these products.

I don't normally color my hair, not that I have never done it, but just don't. I was hoping to pump up the red in my hair and cover a few grey hairs that seem to popping up here and there, so I thought I would try eSalon's custom colors. Well I love the color. Dark Blonde/Natural Copper. The coloring process was to be expected, nothing unusual. I am very confident with reordering. Thanks!

I was skeptical about buying a hair color brand and color I had never tried before, especially from the web. I received my new color kit very quickly. The company sent me follow up emails to make sure everything was ok. The kit is very easy to use and the directions are excellent and easy to follow. I was impressed with the way my hair felt after coloring. It used to be like straw for the first week but this one made my hair soft and shiny. It was a bit dark but I logged in and ask for it to be a tad lighter next time and I just finished using my second kit and the color adjustment was perfect. There was no fuss about having to adjust the mix they just followed through on their promise of great color and great service. I will never use another product to color. I am now a convert to do it yourself home color. Thank you for saving me a fortune in salon costs and time.

I am the luckiest person when it comes to hair and hair color. I recently want from blonde to brunette and have struggled to find a color that not only covers the blond but gets rid of grey.
My hair turns brassy easy and was starting to have a red tone.
I ordered through eSalin and I can't believe how amazing it was!! Covered my grey, blended my blind into brunette and no warm tones!! I swear, my color is exactly the one I picked!! I'm hooked!!!

I love the light blonde color. It has lots of shine and my husband says it looks more natural than the store bought colors I was using. I love that it colored all my gray and the color is lasting longer too. I'm extremely happy with this product.

Im very impressed with esalons product. I love my color. It does look like I paid a salon to color my hair. Im on disability and I cant afford to go to a proffesional and at my age of 37 I have a ton of gray. I would be spending month after month trying diffrent store brands and even going to the beauty supply store trying to find a quality product. Now I finally have! Ive actually received complements on my color and asked what kind I used! Im very happy to have found this prouduct and its affordable and It doesn't fade out either (as I live in a sunny climate) I recommend esalon and give it 5 stars and 2 thumbs up, especially being on a budget.

I'm 58, and have always gone every two months to the salon to have my grey colored....I was always afraid and skeptical to do it myself. I saw an ad for eSalon on Facebook, did up my profile, and decided to give it a try . I'm so happy I did! Through my profile, the colorists mixed the exact shade that I wanted, and my hair feels and styles awesome! Such easy directions too! I went to the salon to get my gray colored every 4-6 weeks, spending at least $100 each time. Due to my work schedule it got more difficult to make an appointment - so I decided to try e-salon. I have to admit, I was a little nervous... I had my 17 year old daughter be my hair stylist. It was easy and a lot of fun! Thank you e-salon for coming up with this awesome & affordable solution;)

great natural colour

I wanted a colour to even out my highlighted ends without being too dark. The colour I chose was perfect to blend in my roots and tone down the blond. It was easy to follow, although I did get a bit messy! but the results are lovely shiny natural colour.

I have been so impressed with E salon. It really is an amazing service for the price you pay. My colour is perfect, plus you get everything you need to apply, including stain remover and a brush to apply the colour. I'd strongly recommend this to anyone who has to touch up their roots regularly.

The color is exactly what I wanted, it's easy to use, comes with everything you need, and price is so reasonable for what you get. Left my hair shiny and soft.

Upon delivery of the box I was very impressed. The bottles are individually labelled with your name to personalise that they were mixed especially for you. The box includes separate bottles (stage 1 and 2) for roots and ends which is included in your first order to ensure that your colour is even from root to tip, with 2 bottles of developer. After your first box you will then get a single bottle to re apply the colour. You can choose the frequency of your delivery; I set mine to 12 weeks initially, which is the maximum (the minimum is 4 weeks). You can also cancel if you wish to only purchase as a one off. They include a very easy to follow step-by-step guide with timings, again this is personalised to your hair type. It comes with 2 pairs of gloves, the colour tint brush (free with your first order), shampoo and conditioner sachets, stain guard to put on your forehead to stop the dye leaving marks and also a stain remover wipe to remove any afterwards.
It was really easy to put on, my other half hates doing it for me but even he commented how simple it was. It didn't smell awful either as sometimes I get a headache due to the strong ammonia smell.
The main thing I was impressed by was the fact there was plenty. I have long hair and if I go to a supermarket or drugstore etc. I have to buy 2 bottles of the same strength stuff to cover all of my hair as one bottle is ever enough. I end up with an obvious colour divide where my roots are. My roots were over 2 inches long and you can't see the divide now. I have washed it twice since trying it out and writing the review and I haven’t noticed a fade as yet. My hair is unbelievably shiny and soft as you can see from the photos. I am very happy with the result and will be purchasing again.
