I really liked the color that was custom made for my hair. I enjoyed the personalized packaging and special feeling I got whilst opening the box and reading the instructions. The color was rich and beautiful, completely fixing the bad color I previously had. Will keep repurchasing.

The color is not only great quality (lasts for a long time), but the color experts work with you in lightening or darkening the product to meet your needs and desires. I would never go back to buying hair color from the grocery store or pay my stylist an arm and a leg for coloring my hair. Thank you so much eSalon! you have a costumer for life!!!

Loved the entire experience! Placed my first order and my colorist emailed me within 24 hours with additional questions to ensure that my color was going to be just right. Got the package and just love how everything is put together. Just did my hair after doing a strand test the day before. I was covering my grays and trying to blend with the color I normally get at the hair salon. The color came out perfectly - looks vibrant and blends naturally. It looks even better than when I have it done at the salon. LOVE IT!!!

I haven't colored my hair at home in years. Had a friend who has used eSalon, and I was tired of paying out the nose to get my hair "done" every 5-6 weeks. It was so easy, everything is provided, and my hair turned out great, and feeling healthy my roots took the color a bit lighter than the ends, but the great thing is that they can adjust based on your needs and wants. Definitely loving it!

I have had my hair done at a salon, but stopped because it became unaffordable. I started using box color from the store. I wasn't necessarily unhappy with box color, but it was definitely a "you get what you pay for" situation. I saw ads for eSalon and it took me a year to finally pull the trigger. I will never go back to store bought hair coloring! The color I get from eSalon looks far more natural and does a much better job coloring my hair without bringing out brassy highlights. Love it!

I have never had a better experience or gotten as many compliments on my hair as when I have used esalon. It's my new fave after 5 months i recommend it to anyone who colors their own hair.

Esalon nailed it. I was super skeptical but thought I'd give it a shot and I could not be more pleased. The color is 100% perfect.
Outside of the color, the instructions were easy to follow and I appreciate the 2 sets of gloves they give you. The dye doesn't smell bad and they shampoo and conditioner they send to use afterwards is awesome!!

I always had a hard time covering my gray roots and then matching it the rest of my hair. Needless to say my hair always has 3 or 4 different colors. Now with esalon my hair color is one color just like I asked for. I went to a salon for a hair cut and they were amazed that I told them that I dyed my own hair and I didnt go to a shop.

I loved how easy it was to color my hair, with esalon hair color kit everything was included. The color has lasted longer then boxed dye from the store. My color stylist got a color so close to my natural color. I recommend this to everyone!

I was so pleased with the colour, it was just like having it done at the hairdressers but even better. I would recommend esalon to anyone wanting to dye their hair 👍🏼

I love this option for coloring my hair! First of all, it works. Covered the gray and gave me an even color throughout. I did not get the instructions so that is the reason for not giving it a 5 star. I now want to change the color a bit so I'm looking forward to how that works.

I'm ecstatic with the colour you sent me its just perfect. Whilst it can be messy to apply, the colour and feel of my hair is salon quality and far superior to box colours. eSalon have literally thought of everything. The colour is exactly as I want it - just like me natural colour but without the greys! I'm delighted! Easy to follow instructions and plenty of dye so you don't run out half way through. I typically don't dye my hair too frequently so don't need auto delivery but will definitely be ordering again at some point soon. Thank you! Finally a colour that doesn't look like it's a home dye!

I chose intense pearl and just colored for the first time. I love love love the color!! I usually color every 3 wks. The fading color is important to me. Can't wait how the color holds up. I did order the gloss for extra help ;)

I love the color! I use it only on my roots and it doesn't cover my grey as well as in a salon but I use it to stretch out the time between professional colorings. I'm sure if I wasn't so grey it would be perfect! It does blend very well with the rest of my hair color.

I'm a redhead and was curious if they could come up with a color I would be happy with. They nailed it! It is the closest to my childhood color ever!! Instructions were detailed and easy to follow. I just love it!

I am amazed at how quickly my new color arrived. Unfortunately, I didn't dream it would arrive so fast so I colored my hair at home already. It was a leap of faith to try coloring my hair myself after having my stylist do it for years. I was tired of paying $200 every two months! I am sorry I waited so long to try eSalon. Working with a colorist is fantastic! My first color was a little warm and when I contacted them by Email they adjusted it to fit exactly what I wanted.
Application is so easy and no smell like OTC hair color. I will never go back to the OTC color again!

Love this color system. In the past, I had used over the counter Clairol and Loreal hair dye. Both left my hair dry and brittle. The eSalon custom hair dye is so safe on my hair. It seems to nourish my hair and gives shine to my hair. I love it!

I used this hair color for the first time last week and it was easy to apply and I got great results. My hair stylist commented on the color and said it looked great. I will go one shade darker next color treatment. I don't have to color as often as most and I love this product. I will use it again.

I have been ordering this product more than two years and what I find great about is that it can be personalized to my changing needs and wishes, both concerning color and way of using the colorant. I wasn't a fan of home hair dying previously, felt it too challenging but with these products and clear instructions it is fun! Also, the small details, kind words on the products as well as the sticker to put the instruction on the wall make the whole experience feel like I am a VIP at a hair saloon... I love this! Not forgetting about the fact that it is delivered always on time. All in all, I can recommend it to anyone

I love it! The process of choosing the color is so much better than any salon color I've ever had and I have been coloring my hair at home for a long time because of the expense of the salon. Right now I am not in a position to purchase it more than once ever six months so I have canceled the auto ship but will be coming back. My husband loves the color, the body and the feel of my hair.

I absolutely love this system. The color is perfect. I went a shade lighter and it's beautiful! Shiny, soft, doesn't fade. Covers the gray 100 0/0. I tell everyone who uses store colors to try e-salon. It saves a lot of money not going to a salon and I love that you have your own personal colorist.

I admit, I was skeptical. Another gimmick? Absolutely not! I have been doing my own hair color for years. Recently, I had it done at a salon for $85, and had to go every month! But, the gray was covered better than when I did it myself until now! eSalon has color that absolutely covers the gray! I will be a lifelong customer! I love it! THE BEST hair color on the market!

We could tell this was different from the usual boxed color. It smelled and felt more like what my professional hair stylist uses. The biggest difference between regular boxed color is that this worked! My grays disappeared.

I'm so glad I tried eSalon, I LOVE my custom color!! My stubborn grey stays hidden almost twice as long as any box or color from any beauty supply store. My color is so vibrant and bold and still looks healthy and shiny. The colorist are very helpful. The price is affordable and so is all their extra products.

This is by far the best colour I have ever used on my hair.
Previously I would leave the hairdressers having spent over £100, with grey hair still showing.
This now covers them all, they stay covered, and it saves me £££'s!

Color was a little lighter than I expected but I have ordered next batch a little darker. Color covers greys very well and last a lot longer than the store bought bottle. Its a little more pricey but lasts twice as long at the store bottle so I believe its well worth the cost..I would recommend it..

I know I ordered a while ago and then had an accident and had to have surgery to one of my fingers so I JUST used it! So far I am VERY impressed! The color is perfect, I LOVE the silkiness of my hair, and the product also doesn't smell as bad as other products out there. I am anxious to see how long the color lasts now. The reviews I read said that their color lasted much longer than color in salons so I hope that is the case with me. I will definitely order another color package!

The team at eSalon works with you to get the perfect color for you. Not sure what color to pick? Send them a photo and the colorist gives advice on what color you should choose. They continually work with you to make sure you are still happy with the color after each application. I would recommend them to anyone looking to take the guesswork out of home hair coloring.

I really love the product other than needing to request one shade lighter which has already been done and hoping it does continue to keep the gray covered time promised loved shampoo and conditioner sent had my beautician do my color and she was really pleased with the product as well. If it last the 12 weeks as indicated it is well worth the cost compared to color product I was using every 6 weeks

I recently used my designed for me eSalon hair color kit. And I have to say I am very impressed! The coverage was perfect...even around my hard to color areas...(around ears and temple areas) the kit was awesome...with extra gloves and very simple and easy to follow instructions. Loved the shampoo and conditioner. I highly recommend! The color was very natural with excellent coverage.

This has been one of the first times my roots have actually matched my ends! I love the color and have had many compliments! I still have issues with gray coverage, but not nearly as bad as when I just use box color! And guess what? They are upping the gray coverage. I seriously love this product and have only used it once! I would recommend eSalon to anyone and everyone (infact, I have already been bragging about it to some coworkers and one of them signed up!).

I've used Sally Beauty Supply, boxed drug store color, as well as having my hair done by a stylist in the salon. No matter what I used my hair color looked artificial. Until now. With eSalon it looks like it grew out of my head this color! I've gotten more compliments than ever before and it totally covers my gray. The kit comes with everything you could possibly need. It is the highest quality hair color I have ever used. My only complaint is amount of product. I have very short but thick hair and it is just enough color to cover. Someone with thick long hair would have to buy two kits. Other than that I can not recommend it highly enough.
