Finished applying the product in 15 minutes, rinsed after 30...the treatment products, leaves hair smooth and shiny. Grays were gone and hair looks great.

The e-salon colorists have adjusted my color exactly how I wanted and I've been able to time my shipments or suspend. My assessment of the product is that it has better staying power. I do have some white that is very color resistant...this is the real test; I've asked them to tackle this. I've never been disappointed and have had 6 previous shipments.

Thank you very much for the great product. I used to use store bought hair colouring products to cover my grey hair but it washed out in a week. With eSalon product, the colour doesn't wash out at all. It's magic. It also make my hair feel soft and shiny. I love the shampoo and conditioner that come with it as well. The customer service is very much caring and honest. I cannot say anything bad about eSalon, thank you eSalon!

I didn't really believe that they could match my hair color from a picture but they did and I receive compliments on my hair very often. Good product and easy to use. They supply me with everything I need to color my hair with every shipment.

I just tried eSalon's hair color for the 1st time and was pleasantly surprised by the results. The color came out beautiful. The instructions were spot on and the customer service was easily contacted to add more detailed information before the stylist mixed my custom color. They also emailed me with my order updates. A+++

I have fear of hair salons and hair dressers for as long as I can remember, not sure why, just scared to have my hair color or cut, so I have been cutting my hair and coloring it since I started to get gray(so for good 20 years or so) Came across E_salon webside on FB and after playing with it I decided to go for it...This was the best decision I have ever made if it comes to my hair. The color kit came within a week and as soon I got it , I colored my roots and the all over (ends) color. It came out PERFECT!!!Could not be happier. I will be receiving another shipment for my root color in about 2 weeks and I am so excited to try it again. The color holds very well, roots matched my color to the tee. I am very happy customer and hope to be for a very long time. I already recommended E-Salon to all my friends and coworkers and I hope they will try it. So thank you for making me love my hair color without going to expensive hair salons or playing the matching game with the products I was getting at the local hair product stores. I highly recommend at least to give a try and I promise, you will not be disappointed.

The color is phenomenal and so easy to use. I was paying over $100 a month to have my hair colored. Now I can do it for 1/4 the cost, which is awesome to reduce my monthly spending.

I can not say enough about esalon's quality of hair color product. I've been using it for about a year and I get so many compliments from family, friends, and total strangers on my hair. I can even say that my hair is healthier since using their hair color verses regular store bought product. Thank you esalon.

I love the color and how it works, it stayed longer then I imagine. I can even skip a month if needed but I won't I like to be ready when I feel I need to do again. Life has different meaning when one looks there best. Thank you

I have tried so many hair coloring kits but esalon has the best I have tried so far. I covered my grays completely compared to grocery hair color kits. My husband said I looked 5 years younger with my hair color. The instructions are easy to follow . What I like about it is that you can use the left over haircolor in the shower and none is wasted. Im glad I found your website and highly recommend it to everyone.

I was skeptical as first ordering a product like this on line, but I did it anyway. Mixing the color was easy and the brush made applying the color to my roots a precise application. The color lasted a good 5 to 6 weeks on my stubborn white roots, and I am ready to order my custom made color again.

I contacted my colorist and had to make a few adjustments to my custom hair color, but overall customer experience has been pleasurable. I like the idea of having a colorist that will work with me to achieve the color I want and at a reasonable price.

I have colored many times and have never had gray stay colored more than one week. This treatment is still covering a 5 weeks so far. Never been so satisfied with a product. Love it!

People can't believe I color my hair. I love the easy of applying it. It shines my hair and makes it look fuller Love Love Love it. I didn't like seeing white strands of hair but this product does wonders and it lasts so well. My hairdresser compliments me on the color.

I WAS (note I said "was") a religious user of beauty salons and having my hair colored for years. Although I like being pampered, I would spend over $100 each time I visited the salon. Over the counter hair color just didn't do the job and cover my gray. This color is fantastic and my hair looks beautiful. I am so pleased. Thanks!

The color my Colorist created for me looks so natural it is great! My natural color has three colors in globs on my head, not pretty like highlights. My Husband now says I look beautiful--not calico. LOL!

I love my color. I found e salon to be a superb product with excellent results. The packets of shampoo and conditioning were enough for even my long hair. Afterward my hair was soft and shining and very manageable. I will recommend this to all my friends. Two thumbs up.

I've used Natural Instincts temporary hair color for years, and haven't ever been truly happy with any of the colors I chose. Either they were too dark and looked harsh, or too light and only made my gray look like highlights. eSalon created the perfect color for my hair, giving me back my youthful medium brown with all the gray totally covered. The shampoo and conditioner in the starter kit left my hair soft and shiny and it looks better than it has in probably years. The instructions were simple to follow, and the kit contained gloves and stain remover for those accidental drops on shoulders or floor.
I especially liked that I could upload a photo and try on different colors before choosing one.
I used the demi-color this first time, since I was afraid to commit to a permanent color I might not like, but I'm so happy that I'll be ordering the permanent color next time.

It took me awhile to dye my hair by myself due to shoulder issues have had 2 rotator cuff surgerys, but it was so well worth it I am amazed at how nice my hair color is, looks natural not like I am wearing a wig thanks Emily my special colorist

I love eSalon. I sent a picture of myself and selected a color and it has been outstanding. Looks good for 6-7 weeks and doesn't hurt my hair at all. A great product which saves me dollars too!

Very happy with the results of my hair color. The color was exactly what I wanted. Usually other hair color products that I have used never match the color on the box. It is definitely worth the extra cost. This product is a keeper:-)

My hair was bleached blonde and I was ready to go back to my natural medium brown. My first kit included fill color and a demi-permanent light brown. My hair tends to hold onto red, so it was a little brassy. It's taken a couple of adjustments in the color, but I'm almost where I want to be. I have been very impressed with the service and the advice that I have received.

I was very skeptical but couldn't resist the cheap intro offer. I have hard-to-color red hair with grays and thought the results were pleasing, and more importantly, my husband thought so too. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The color was only good for about 8 weeks, but I wasn't doing much better than that at the salon.

I thought I'd give it a go as I would usually spend between 7 & 10 pound on a box hair dye anyway, so I thought - what did I have to lose by trying it out?
I used it for the first time just over a week ago and I have received so many comments on the shine and depth of my hair colour already! I already had "Darkest Brown" coloured hair and assumed that it would be the same basic colour chart with a few options to choose from... I did not expect such a wide range of colours to choose from! I had always wanted to use an Ash hair dye to reduce the red tones in my hair but no brand seemed to offer an Ash Dark Brown. So when I spotted the "Ash Darkest Brown", I knew that I had to try it!
The kit was brilliant and the stain guard and remover were amazing!! The process was so simple and I am so happy with the results!
I don't think I would even consider going back to another dye now.

I have used e colour for the first time today having gone to a salon for many years paying very expensive salon prices and never been fully satisfied as colour fades very quickly after a few washes. The colour produced for my hair to cover grey is absolutely perfect hair feels amazing so shiny and excited to see how long retains colour without fading so watch this space..so far 10/10

This custom hair color is exactly what I asked for. I Don't like when I ask for a color and I end up with a darker or a lighter version of what i asked for. This way its exactly what I wanted. Getting a picture of what my hair is and what I like helped get the color i was looking for.

I asked for a true medium to dark brown color . Usually I always end up with tints of red in my hair wich I do not like. I love this color . Very happy with the results . Covered my greys and gave me an even all over tone with no red hues . .. so so happy!!! I have not had an even all over color for years and feel totally put together again.

Finally a color that doesn't make clumps of hair fall off from chemically treating it. Unlike any boxed hair color on the market!! Overall great grey coverage & leaves hair soft & manageable. Unbelievable how awesome this product is! Once you go esalon, you'll never buy a boxed hair color again. Love love love it!!

even though I have colored my own hair and used professional premixed color with developer'for more years I want to admit... as I am getting older and not in the sun as much my skin tone was changing. For my first venture with esalon I was very impressed no smell and less application time.

I have tried many hair colors, but the one I received from esalon was the best. It was generated for my hair specifically from the information that I gave them. It was shipped to me quick and nicely package with easy instructions. I love how the color took to my hair and the vibrant color, shine gloss and softness my hair have after using the hair color. I would recommend this to all of my friends.
