I love the entire process. It worked great and I love the color. I also like how the colorist talks with you and gives their opinion on the color so you can get the right look you really want.

My colorist was awesome! She listened to what I wanted and what I was hoping to do, she answered my emails promptly, and gave me clear instructions. I love my hair color!

I LOVE my color! I get compliments on it (the color specifically) at least weekly, usually 2-3 times each week. And, I commonly have strangers stop me to ask about my hair color! They tend to think my color is natural. Nope! It's E Salon! The colorists are clearly doing a great job!!! The color is fade resistant, especially with use of Tinted Love and Devoted to Hue. Additionally (even after a year of using E Salon) I'm always shocked and estatic when the root color touch up perfectly matches my ends!!! I can't say enough good about the products. LOVE it ALL!!!

I was a little bit nervous when ordering for the first time but I needn't have worried. The colour kit arrived before the estimated delivery date & was very well packaged. The application instructions were clear & easy to follow. After application my hair felt & looked fuller and had a lovely shine. The reason for only 4 stars is because it came up a bit lighter than I was expecting, but I suppose it's trial and error until the right colour for me is achieved. Have asked for the next one to be slightly darker so here's hoping! Overall extremely impressed with both the product and the esalon service!

Professional tips and product. The color stays on my hair and doesn't get on my pillow or towels after coloring. I also noticed there is no
chemical smell in my hair. I'm very happy with product and the help i recieved to change the color for seasonal changes.

The color is exactly what I wanted. Covers my gray wonderfully and no brassy look when out in the sun. It is supremely natural looking, so much so that my 93 year old mother-in-law commented on how nice it looks. Quite a fete.

I absolutely love the service that eSalon provides, but even more I love the colour that they created for me. I regularly receive comments on the shine and condition of my hair and I love the way it covers all my grey. Its easy to do at home, with the quality of a salon visit xx

I love the color! I love having the hair color delivered to me because it beats the hassle of going to the store or salon. Also, when I used boxed color, sometimes stores were out of my brand/color so this is great all around! I bought the spray on color, but didn't see where I could comment on it, so I want to comment on it here. The spray on color for roots is excellent. It extends the time between color which is even better on my hair. The coloring kit and the spray on color is a great combination!

E-Salon's Color was very easy to use. For someone who never colored her hair by herself before, I was quite hesitant. Even my husband was suggesting I shelf it and make an appointment at the salon. But I DID it! The instructions made it fool proof. It covered well (I have a few grays which needed covering). And the color was very natural looking. It was so natural looking that my husband and children could only tell the the gray hair had 'disappeared.' I would recommend this to anyone!

It's been several years since I colored my hair and my hair grabbed the color a little darker than I wanted but it has gotten to the color I was wanting since I wash my hair every day. I had a lot of gray and looked washed out and the color picked my face up. I am pleased with the color and the accessories I bought to help me do the job MYSELF.

I had to tweak the color and was worried that my stylist might not get it correct and boy was I wrong!! and I couldn't be happier to be wrong!! The revised color is perfect!

The color is exquisite with highlights and a very natural look. While the boxed colors I was using were very good, e-salon surpasses them all by far. Also, the application process is easier, and I really like having the e-salon clips and apron on hand. Just fantastic - and so cost-effective

I am SOOOOO happy with the custom hair color from eSalon. My hairdresser put the color on me and he was very impressed. The shampoo and the conditioner were wonderful as well.

As an African American woman I am always a little skeptical of products. My stylist was Heather and I must admit....YOU DID AN AWESOME JOB! Just the right under tones and great coverage. All around beautiful color. Thank you so much....I can't wait to explore more colors.

This product makes your hair look natural and not that "home colored" look. Covers your roots longer than any off the counter product. They work with you to achieve your desired color and it last longer.

I have dyed my hair red for about 15 years. In salon, out of the box... you name it i about sure i dyed it.
This is the only red that has lasted, doesny wash out fast. The dye is easy to do, smells good and leaves hair soft and full.

After two tries to get it "just right", East lawn team managed to get the perfect color for my hair. It does sometimes take them more than one try to get the right color for you, but be patient. They will. It's a great interface, and seems like a good business model. Customer service is great. One time they even called me. I like that you can upload images of your hair as well.
Now, if only they would put a highlighter kit in with the color kit! I would be in haircolor heaven.

I absolutely love my eSalon hair color. I moved and I have a new hair stylist who asked me about my coloring because I told her it was colored—she was surprised that I do my own color at home! She said my color has various tones similar to coloring jobs done in done expensive salons! The difference is mine is MUCH less expensive and it is not difficult to do myself at home.

Really happy with my esalon color. Even my stylist of twenty years really liked my latest color. This was my third try, and my stylist was honest with me, that the first two didn't cover my gray well because I didn't apply it as well as I have done in the past. So I was more careful this time, and got very nice coverage. I don't have the best mirror set up for seeing all sides, but worked a bit harder on it this time. Hair looks and feels natural and soft. I had asked for just a hint of red to be added to the original formula, and it is just right, not the unnatural reds that are so prevalent these days.

Everything you need to color your hair is contained in kit and all you have to do is follow the directions which are simple and easy to read. Super fast auto shipping and on-time deliveries put my mind at ease knowing that I don't need to remember to pick up haircolor at the store at some point.

I love the results of my custom color. My colorist made an adjustment based on my initial comments and the results were just exactly the color I wanted. The application was low odor and my hair looks terrific. Thank you eSalon!

Ive just used my first colour and i am so pleased with the result, my sister put the colour on for me as i have a broken wrist and she found the process really easy, was great to recieve a free gift of some colour gloss too. there is plenty of root colour to do a couple of applications if you use the bowl, i asked the colourist for a softer red to the box colour i had been using and she got it so right, my hairis now the colour i want it to be, it looks fab! thank you

I loved receiving my personalized eSalon package . I found I had everything I needed n it was easy to follow . My hair color was exactly what I wanted so thank you eSalon I will be recommending you. I especially loved the stain remover it was awesome not to worry about the stains . They came right off with the stain remover. I only wished more than one package was sent !!! When I first went through the profile questions, I originally chose a dark brown colour as that is my natural hair colour, however, upon placing the order I received an email advising me that a medium brown had been selected for me as my current hair colour is light brown with blonde ombre ends and they believed a darker shade would appear too dark and unflattering. I received the shipment faster than expected and the colour is perfect. I'm so glad esalon chose to amend my choice to a more flattering shade, they were absolutely correct. I am very pleased with colour, service and price and will be sticking with this service now.

Being my first time coloring myself, I freaked out at first. Thought it was too much copper. But after looking at pictures when I was younger, it was basically the exact color. Everyone loved it. After a couple washings, I could also see shimmery highlights. Love, love , love it. So glad I found this company.

I love the new copper formula they made for me. It is rich copper with multi dimensional copper colors in my hair. It's very natural and intense at the same time. Absolutely love it!

Introduced to eSalon through a friend and what a god send you are. Everything so easy to use from your website to the actual product itself. Admittedly my hair is growing at a fairly rapid rate and getting quite long now so my very kind bestie applies the colour for me. Instructions are very easy to follow so it's not rocket science.
