I love this hair color, my hair just started turning grey and I was NOT looking forward to coloring. Most all hair colors even professionally applied , they tend to dry your hair follicle and it feels terrible when you wash it. I was so happy that is NOT the case with eSalon's hair color. It leaves my hair feeling full and looks better than ever. Would Highly recommend to anyone who colors their hair.

I've tried many different over the counter hair color and out of them all, e-salon comes closest to my natural color without turning my white hairs magenta in color! I am back to brunette with auburn highlights and I am in love with it. All I have received is compliments.

every time I would buy hair color from a local store, the chemical smell would be so strong I would have to go outside for 20 minutes to be able to breath without getting sick. eSalon's custom hair color has the most mild scent, I was able to stay in 1 room with the door closed! for those of you that are sensitive to chemical smells you truly understand this. My color is now rich and shiny instead of dull after 1 week. My gray's are properly covered and haven't reappeared after the normal 3-4 weeks!
Great experience trying a new product! I'm a lifer with eSalon now!

The color was a perfect for my hair color. The color was subtle enough that it didn't look like my hair was colored but covered my gray! Sticking with this product color!

eSalon color and ordering process is fabulous!
I initially contacted eSalon for assistance with correcting my self colored mistake- GREEN HAIR. They suggested and sent a color fix that corrected my green hair mistake; I liked the new color.
After time I wanted a change and contacted eSalon regarding changing my hair color; they walked me through the options and sent the new color, which was perfect!
Also, I use other eSalon products to help maintain my healthy hair. I have used eSalon for a few years and appreciate the consistent service and products. LOVE eSalon products and service!

I loved the color that they have designed for me. I uploaded a picture because I was not sure if I was going too dark for my skin tone. They got back to me right away letting me know that they were sending me something a little lighter. They absolutely sent me the right color. It is beautiful!! I love my color!!

The colour was beautiful, a little darker than my first order, which is what I wanted. Because of that change, that I ordered, they sent me new instructions and those were clear and concise. Gave me even coverage.

At first I ordered Darkest Brown, it was a little to dark. So I had my colorist bring it up a notch to Dark Brown & it is perfect. Really you can barely tell the difference but I can tell it is a little lighter. I did as she recommended & only colored my roots & it looks beautiful.! Thank You

I have used over the counter products to color my hair for the past few years. My stylist told me my hair was starting to get dry, and that it was probably from the color product I was using. A friend recommended I try eSalon, and I am so glad I did! After filling out the info sheet and then submitting a picture of my hair color the eSalon team was able to come up with a perfect color fit. I love the color, but most especially I love how it makes my hair feel. No more dry hair.

The custom coloring was fabulous. Although I have decided at the age of 60 to allow my hair to return to it's natural color, grey and all...I highly recommend this product to anyone who wishes a natural looking coloring choice for their hair. Respectfully, J. McCreary

I'very been using eSalon color for about 6 mos. I am so happy with the results. I even made a slight change the last time and it was perfect. I really feel I get professional results. Waiting anxiously for highlights to be a product offering.

I was SO nervous to try this. But, people have made so many comments about the color of my hair, not the coloring part, but expressing their desire to have my NATURAL hair color. My stylist changed my original request which added to my nervousness, but she was SO on point. The process is a two person job but totally worth it in the end.

I have to say after using this product three times in a row now they have figured out what suits me best. No one can tell I color my hair as it looks very natural. Very happy with the results, e salon has it spot on

As a hair-dying veteran, I was skeptical that an online service could offer salon results. Not only was I impressed with the instructions and ease of use, but the final resulting color was spot on what I asked for as well as gorgeously rich, glossy and multi-tonal. I am a convert.

I was nervous. Haven't colored my own hair in years, and that was before grey hairs set in, but this color was perfect and it makes me feel good when I look in the mirror. Three weeks in, it's still covering the grey, the ends still match the roots, and the shine is excellent. I'll definitely use this again between salon visits!!

After a little tweaking, the color is great and my gray is covered. I am recommending the product and service to all my friends who color their hair. I love the opportunity to give feedback, and, most of all, the fact that my experience has improved with each application to the point where I am extremely pleased. I uploaded a picture of myself and a colorist recommended a different color. It turned out to match my natural color exactly. And does a great job covering my grays. My hairdresser even said the quality of eSalon color is great. Love eSalon!

I picked out a color I thought I would like and added a picture. My colorist specialist realized it would not be a good color for me and adjusted it a bit. When the package arrived it had everything I needed and all the directions. The color came out beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better color choice. I will definitely be using this service again😊

I have always colored my own hair, refusing to pay extortionate salon prices. But I always found the boxed colorants I was using left my hair dry and unmanageable. Finally a colleague of mine put me onto eSalon. Her hair always looked so silky and shiny but natural after her colorings. I am so glad she did. Mine now looks and feels just as good. And eSalon was so easy to work with when I requested a slight change in the color. It may cost a little more than what I was paying before but is so, so worth it. Thank you eSalon.

Excellent product!! Good coverage ,very natural color shading and easy to use with the brush/bowl. Colorist has been very helpful in making seasonal changes to my color.

I was hesitant to try this when I received my first hair color because I've had some bad experiences using other DIY hair color. But I finally got up the nerve to try and boy was I glad that I did. I love, love this product. Matched my color perfectly. I will never have to go back to the salon to have someone else do my hair color which saves me lots of money!!! I would recommend this to everyone.

This is by far the best grey coverage I have every had on my tough hair. Even my stylist was impressed. My hair is very thick, wavy and about 80% white. I don't look healthy with white hair so I have gone back to coloring. Best shade ever and it looks totally natural. Very soft, too! You must try this!!!!

Everyone compliments my hair and no one believes that I colored it myself at home! The quality of the product is excellent. There is no "halo" effect or dividing line between the "former and present" processing. The product is DEFINITELY salon quality and so easy to use. Thank you so much!

I've been using Preference by L'Oréal for 30 years and was nervous about changing brands. Lately my hair has seemed very dried out. Sealing color was the perfect shade and my hair feels as soft as when I get a deep conditioning treatment at the salon.

My custom color is exactly what I wanted. After Danielle my colorist asked me for some information about my last hair color, she asked for an updated picture also. This was so easy to email and I think it added that extra step of service for the right custom color. My hair has a healthy texture. The process is easy with no powerful, offensive odor from the product. My goal is to have my natural hair color and gray coverage, and that's exactly what I've got!

I love eSalon! I also love that my colorist contacted me regarding gradually going darker when I just wanted to jump right in. So glad she suggested a lighter color because I love it! I probably won't go any darker. I will be getting my color here from now on.
