I started buying this product a few months back and love it, it covers my grey hair better than any other brand and even better than the salon products. It's very easy and quick to apply, and does not leave any strong chemical smells instead leaves my hair very soft and shine. I'll continue buying it until I decide not to cover my grey hair anymore.

At first I felt that there were too many steps, but it was easy and quick. I appreciated all the extras that came with the color, and I especially liked the after-color shampoo.

The title says it all. I have been using esalon for years and it is simply great. It gives fantastic color, always comes when you need it, and if you need to make an adjustment the employees are happy to help you. Definitely better than anything else I've tried- different brands and companies make guesswork for color, but here it's formulated to exactly what you want and the color specialists can help you tweak it until it's what you like best. My friends, coworkers, and even family constantly forget that I dye my hair and they can't believe it when I tell them- that's how natural and perfect my color formula is for me.

I saw a review on YouTube and decided to give esalon a try. Emily contacted me right away through email to help confirm the color I was looking for and with taxes I ended paying 14.95. It was worth it! The directions were easy and I truly feel like this color was custom made for me.

I've been trying for this color for a solid 3 years. six professionals and 600 boxes of color later, I finally have it. I love everything you sent and am officially a lifetime subscriber. eSalon made a wonderful quality semi-permanent color for me. It has been years since my hair was colored and I wasn't sure whether I would want to continue with color. I am more than happy with the results. And even more important, the process in choosing my color and ordering from eSalon was extremely easy, professional and satisfying. Would definitely use them again!

My first custom color on my virgin hair, barely took! 😢 So I sent a message and a photo and my colorist was able to match it spot on! They also sent me a complimentary glaze for my ends, but since the color didn't take on the first round, I wanted to ensure the vibrancy throughout and just used my hair color ONLY! I'm very pleased and have loved everything I've tried from esalon.

Loved the color! They did a great job in matching the color I was wanting. I had never colored my hair myself before and was nervous. My daughter helped me and it went well and turned out great! Just as good as the salon and so much cheaper!

I will never go back to over-the-counter boxed colors. I have never gotten results from them that match E-Salon color. It last a long time and looks natural. I am VERY happy with my custom color!

The color is natural looking and stays very well. I like that it isn't a stinky process that damages the hair, and doesn't take long, so I can be on with my day and feeling good about the look of my hair.

I admit to being skeptical when I ordered this. How on earth would they be able to get the color right from my responses? Last night I took the plunge and colored my hair myself I bought the coloring tools with my color order and I strongly suggest that you do the same. The instructions were easy to follow and I had all the equipment I needed. My color turned out perfect! This is the color I have asked for repeatedly and eSalon nailed it the very first time..Thank you, eSalon!

e-salon formulated my color perfectly! I have long hair that tends to dry out after coloring and it seems that I never have enough to color all the way to the ends, but there was plenty of color and glosser to do ALL my hair, not just the roots. And SUPER SHINY!!! It been 3 weeks and my hair hasn't gotten that "fuzz" look from dryness and it hasn't faded at all. I really am impressed. This is the easiest way to go if you color your hair.

I wasn't quite sure what color I wanted or would look best with my skin tone. I picked what I thought would be great. The eSalon compared my pic and skin tone to my color choice, would not of done me justice so they suggested a personalized color just for me and I love love love it!!!! I tried this on a whim because my normal color I purchase at Sally's Beauty was not covering my gray for very long. I was baffled because at first I thought, wow, my hair must grow fast for the gray to be showing after 2 weeks... then I tried eSalon and it lasted almost 4 weeks, so I determined that it wasn't my hair growing that fast (otherwise, my hair would be to floor by now) but rather the other dye was just wearing off after 2 weeks. My color was perfect from the start.. I've never had to change it. I like my color blue-black and it was perfect... the first 2 times I used it, it rinsed out pretty well... I had read that other people were seeing a waxy residue that took forever to rinse out.. I didn't have that problem the first 2 times.. but the 3rd time I did... I only wash my hair one or two times a week.. and the last time I dyed it was after going the entire week without washing.. so there was a lot of natural oils as well as dry shampoo build up... I never dye my hair on clean hair because I need the oils to protect it from damage, but the next time I dyed my hair, I did it after only 2 days of not washing it.. and it rinsed out perfectly... I will continue to use esalon.. I love having everything I need, delivered to my door.

I love my hair color. I've never been lucky enough to buy hair color that matches my true color. I could not be more pleased with this ESalon products. My hair is shiny very healthy and looks very natural. It also has saved me so much money.

I used this product and followed the instructions exactly. I love the color and the way my hair feels. It is shiny, healthy and the color looks natural. Not sure yet about the gray coverage. I contacted my eSalon colorist and let her know so I hope with a little change it will be better with the next coloring. I am impressed with the fast response.

Great experience overall! I loved the presentation. Even though the smell was pretty strong while applying it the color matched perfectly. It doesn't leave any residual on the towel after shampooing and rinsing. I would definitely recommend this product. Thank you Esalon!

It arrives when you need to use it again.
My family and friends say the color I chose looks great on me. Comes with everything you need. Even a timer! The stylists and staff are easy to reach even on the phone. Will definitely keep using eSalon.

I love my color. I get lots of compliments and told it looks natural. I really like the copper highlights in my hair. My hair feels nice after coloring, not harsh as with some I've tried in the past. I tell people about this line and how great it is. Two of my co-workers are now using it and very happy with the results. I like how it's shipped to my home when I choose.

I am impressed with my hair color that I ordered from eSalon. I asked a relative that is a hairstylist to apply the product for me. She really liked how it turned out too! Thanks to eSalon I now have my hair back how I love it!

I have used this product three times now. It has taken this long to get the colour right, but I am very happy with it now. Grey coverage is excellent. It is really useful to be able to give feedback and have the colour adjusted until you are happy with it. Would recommend.

My custom made hair color is the truth! It covered all my gray, the instructions were easy to follow and the kit was thoroughly stocked. Yes they even gave me something for my hair stains!
