So convenient to have it delivered on a schedule and the quality has been perfect... Plus the convenience of including the basic essentials (gloves, stain resist, etc) makes it easy to 'just do it'.! I did splurge on the Coloring Tools kit - love the brush, clips and bowl... and of course the timer is so handy.

The thing I like best is that the color doesn't look like it is out of a bottle even though it is. I see other women with that just dyed look where mine is just a nice shade of brown. I get compliments all the time. Love you guys!

I absolutely love this mixture of brown that also gives me a hint of red. So natural looking and so thankful it covers my grey. My grey is so stubborn and just would not coverfor any longer than maybe 2 days after regular coloring. But there is magic in this bottle, and it's wonderful. Thank you!

For three months I have gotten my personal color from eSalon and I have gotten great customer service. I love my hair color, even though my husband says I am his "copper penny"! Must wear a hat while gardening or I will fade!!! :-)

I have tried many home colouring products and always been disappointed with the results. This product is fantastic! Easy to use and covers ALL my grey (as long as I follow the instructions). I couldn't be happier and won't be going back.

I stopped coloring my hair two years ago. I started to show some gray and went through menopause. My hair turned dry and dull. After much consideration, I returned to coloring my hair and chose eSalon as my new colorist. I just colored it with the custom color I selected and must say I have never been happier with the tone and and texture of my hair. Thank you eSalon for the personalized service and packaging. Instructions were simple and complete. I cannot wait to hear all the compliments!

Color is perfect and natural. Leaves hair in good shape and shiny. No one notices I have colored my hair and when I tell them the price, they are amazed. Covers gray well if follow the timing instructions.

I've waited to give my review until I applied my color and waited the full 6 weeks. Because I wanted to see how the dark color held up on my mostly gray hair. I have to say, I'm very pleased with everything. The color held up very well, and it applied very well, too. I think that it's very slimy to wash out though. My hair is very healthy and shiny. Quite pleased!
The trouble is I have trouble with hair loss when I color my hair, actually the last time I had my hair professionally colored, it fried my hair and I lost a lot of it as well (terrible experience) As much as I hate it, in the past I've resorted to the wash out temporary color, because it's easier on my scalp. The first time I used eSalon I had very little hair loss, and I was so excited! Sadly this last time I lost more than I consider normal. I don't believe this is the fault of the product, but rather my sensitive scalp. I'll try one more month to see, but I may have to go back to the wash out color....but I sure hope I don't have to.

This color is close to my natural color but different enough to make it seriously just so much more beautiful. I am so happy I gave this a go. My hair is soft , shiny , and easy on the eyes hahaha I love and highly recommend esalon

I've been going to an amazing colorist for years and have recently had to cut expenses. I tried esalon and was pleasantly surprised. It matched perfectly with my color. My hair also takes red easily, and there was no red. I was very pleased with the results!

The color is always exactly what I want, because the colorists at eSalon take the time to ask you if you want changes and then listen to your requests. I'm very happy with them. Also, it's easy to change or even skip an order if life gets in the way of your hair color schedule.

I absolutely LOVE the custom color that the colorists created for me. I got a phone call because they were concerned that what I indicated in my survey would be too dark and the wrong tones for my skin. We chatted, she changed the formula to what she thought would work best, and she was SO RIGHT!

I've been using eSalon to color my hair for about 18 months. I colored my hair last Friday and Saturday morning went to get my hair cut. The first thing my stylist said was "WOW!! I LOVE this color!" And he even said it again once he dried my hair. When your stylist raves about your color, you know you're using a great product!

"I Love It"...had to crunch the budget so I thought I would try $25.00 over $100.00 every month! I sectioned the hair and instructed my husband it turned out great! He is my new color applicator :) He even colored my eyebrows!!!
My first order was in January 2016 and I have had more compliments on this color than the $100.00 I was spending prior. I was asked to upload a picture and they suggested a different mix, so I thought let's see what it looks like, my curiosity was peaked. As I said before, nothing but compliments, and just that small change, complimented my skin tone and turned back the clock!
I would suggest this to everyone, you have nothing to lose, except the high price to have someone apply the color!

The color comes out true every time. And those gloves are fabulous. I have fat short fingers and they work perfectly. I love the convenience of it shipping to me on a schedule that I choose.

Utterly Amazed by the feel and texture of my hair after using this product. It's now silky soft, the colour for me needs some adjustment but it's bright vibrant and full of shine. I'm delighted how well it's lasting, even more so, that there's been hardly NO fallout/colour loss from shampooing.

My hair looks BOMB! I was nervous that I wouldn't have enough color because my hair is so long and thick, but the salon quality color covered it perfectly. I will definitely use this service again.

My stylist had never heard of esalon and now she's a client, too! She remarked about how healthy my hair was and how natural my color always looked. No more spending time wandering up and down the aisles at the store searching for the right color! I love receiving the email that lets me know my color is about to be mixed and how to modify if I want. Set it and forget it. Comes to my door on my schedule (which can be changed, too!) I will never cancel this service. Ever. :-)

The colorist matched my hair color perfectly! The instructions are very good, plus they give tips for professional results that you don't find on store brand colors. The shampoo and conditioner included left my hair soft and silky. I'm sold!

Just coloured my roots today with esalon for the first time. I was very nervous as it was dark when applied but I was so pleased with the result. My blonde hair is usually very yellow after root treatment but this tailored to me colour was fantastic and very natural looking. I've finally found the perfect home hair colour. Couldn't be happier!!!

I have been to a number of "color specialists" and never had the success that I've had with eSalon. I have given specific verbal descriptions, provided countless photos and for some reason my hair color has never really come out like I had intended. eSalon makes it so easy! I don't have to spend a day in the hair salon to walk away with a color I am not happy with. The formula from eSalon is perfect for me. So grateful!

I have always had my hair colored at an AVEDA salon. It is natural looking as opposed to the "box" colors. I decided to try esalon because the cost of coloring at the salon became outrageously expensive. I was skeptical but the introductory offer made it irresistible. I am completely satisfied with the color as it is as natural looking as AVEDA. Salon coloring? Never again! My only wish is for a highlighting product. Esalon earns 5 stars!
