I spent years going to the salon and always came out with dry hair. My hair loves this stuff. Since I started coloring with eSalon (and not changing other products) my hair is much softer. Yay!

I have gotten great results with eSalon from the very beginning. My color fades less and remains shiny. I just tell the colorist I want a little more of this or a little less of that, they do it and I am happy with the results every time. Couldn't be easier.

I like the color I got and when I wanted to change it a bit the colorest did a great job with the new shade. My hair does seem healthier since using esalon. I like the color when I first put it on and also like it when it fades a bit. I do not have as many grays showing up as quickly as I did by using other products. I tell everyone what I use and give them information on how to order.

I took a risk choosing a totally new shade as a try-out but it was worth it! I'm very pleased with the result: very smooth natural color! From the moment I have received my color till the last drop of it, I loved it!

The color was perfect, exactly what I wanted! My hair didn't feel fried afterward like the drugstore colors and my color has lasted so much longer! Several weeks later and it hasn't completely faded out!!! : )

I have resistant to color grey hair. At 46, I dye my hair every 4 weeks. At home, boxed hair color kits just weren't cutting it anymore. I certainly never acheived the hair color on the box. My first order with esalon went so easy and best of all the color is just what I wanted. A soft, golden brunette. My hair feels great after the trwatment and doesnt4 have a strong odor like some products. I won't be changing brands ever!

I have tried many different brands of hair color and settled on loreal and Clairol. Then I tried esalon. I liked the color and felt it looked more natural than loreal or Clairol but wasn't certain I wanted to pay more for it so I went back to loreal and Clairol. I didn't like the flat look of the color or the condition of my hair. I returned to esalon and had them adjust my color, which they are always happy to do, and now I am very satisfied with my hair color and condition. I would recommend esalon to family and friends.

The adjusted color is perfect!!! the color stays much longer than my cheap store bought brand. I do not have to color my hair as soon. Because I have a natural wave to my short hair, as the color grows out it looks like I have highlighted my color...TY

This is the best hair color I have ever tried...its been 4-5 weeks already since I used it and no gray hairs are showing yet.. Usually with the ones I buy over the counter within a period of two weeks or less my grays begin to show. Also with the other colors 1) can't seem to get the same shades as the box shows, 2) definitely my grays don't take the color they end up with some shade that is horrible. So going forward, yes this is a bit more expensive but not as expensive as going to a hair salon., is fabulous, I love it, give it a 10++ rating. p/s it's easy to use at home.

I changed from platinum to red and it has been an adjustment to get the right red but I LOVE all the reds so far and the stylist have worked with me to tweak to the correct shade. Plus the Devoted to Hue that I use every time I wash my hair keeps the color fresh. I use the root touch up on my eyebrows to give them a tint of my hair color and it also works to keep them in place!!!!

I am very happy with the hair color and the wonderful service. I was hesitant to try eSalon because every time I tried to color my hair at home (even with beauty supply products), I got red hair that turned brassy over time. eSalon color is perfect and my hair feels strong and healthy. When I first saw the ads for esalon I was thinking there's no way it would do all it says but it has done all it says. I really like the fact that there are experts that take all the information and make it to fit the person it's being made for, I have told all my friends. I hope they try it

I have never found any hair color that actually colors all my gray, colors it for a long time and This Does All OF This.
I have the auto schedule and because it covers and keeps my hair beautifully colored I even changed my delivery to over 5 weeks. How many people can say they color their hair every 5 weeks and still, no gray showing.
This was the best online find of 2015 for me. The price is also Amazing!!

I am very pleased with the entire experience. Creating a profile was super easy, uploading my picture was just as easy. I made my purchase 3/31 and received my custom hair color 4/4. The kit included everything as promised (I love the personalized packaging) and the instructions were clear, detailed with illustrations. I followed as directed and I am amazed with not only the color but the overall health of my hair. I have not had my hair professionally styled (trimmed nor colored) since Dec 2015 but today, my hair looks like I just left the salon (my son even noticed). My color is rich and even, A PERFECT MATCH! My hair looks GREAT and professionally colored! I'm impressed!

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to say I love this color more than I have ever loved a color given to me in a salon! I colored my hair right before I took a vacation and people stopped me in the airport to comment on my hair. I have never had so many compliments on my hair before. My hair looks better than ever and most importantly to me, my gray is covered and stays covered until my roots grow out !!!!!

I am a lazy when it comes to my hair. I don't like to put a lot of effort into it. I have it cut it such a way that I only have to brush and finger dry. So the fact that this color comes automatically at a frequency I choose, is amazing. I also choose a long period in between colors and my color still looks good after 11 weeks! Way to take care of lazy hair care people like me!

I've made two hair color purchases so far, and I've really appreciated both. The ease of the instructions, the contents to use for the hair coloring experience, is appreciated. The smell of the hair color is no different from what you would experience in a salon, so if you care about that or not, I was not bothered, and you may not be either. I opted for the tones of light brown, light blonde, and some copper. It definitely has added shine and a much more richer color to my hair than what I have experienced from a retail box color. And it is definitely a salon quality hair color without the cost and tips spent. I should know, because I have been coloring my hair for many years in salons, with only the occasional use of box color. I choose not to use the shampoo that is provided in the esalon kit, because nothing has been able to top my sulfate free conditioning cleanser as far as cleaning, but the conditioner that is within my kit has been pretty good by my standards. My hair feels great, the color is great (even have had some compliments recently), it is hair color that covers my gray perfectly. So all in all, I am happy and I will continue to purchase. It is definitely worth a try if you are considering this company.

Elegant, easy to use. The colorists are very responsive and the result is therefore top notch. Love the individual package in which the parcel arrives, too. Feels very exclusive, yet affordable.

This is the best color I have ever had on my hair including going to the salon and getting my hair professionally colored. I wish I could use these products and still have a hairdresser do my hair for me, because I'm lazy! It only took 3 colorings before I got the PERFECT color. Customer service is impeccable, and I highly recommend.

It's affordable! it covers my gray and does not turn my gray roots red or orange like many others products. I love not having to sit in a salon for hours and I can color my hair when it is convenient for my schedule!

I've been using esalon color for a couple of years now. It is finally an economic alternative to salon hair color. They got the color right from the very first time I submitted my info. It matches my natural hair perfectly, so it doesn't have the brassy or fake red tones that the boxed colors all had. I'm very happy with my esalon color.

I really loved doing my hair at home instead of paying so much money at a salon. For years I've been paying a lot for a little work. Now I don't have to plan my life around my hair appointments and walk around with grey hair if my hair lady cancels. I loved how everything was perfectly labeled and organized. I lacked for nothing in the process. They even provide after color shampoo and conditioner. So worth it to get the bonus pack with clips, brush and bowl.

I used to drive quite a ways to a beauty supply for the trade to get my base color. And then, it was only adequate. I read about e-salon and decided to try. Not only is it convenient, but it's the perfect color. I do my base and my stylist adds two colors of highlights when I get a cut. It saves me boatloads of money. Also, I can adjust my delivery date when my greys pop out early!

This is the best at home color that I've ever had! The company is very easy to work with….. you can easily change your color, or delivery date! I have received so many compliments on my hair color and condition since I started using my just for me color! Even the stylists who have cut my hair compliment me (and you know they usually don't, because they want your color business!) We travel, and it is so nice to know that I can take this product with me and not have to worry about a surprise color! The soft and silky texture of my hair is an added bonus!

Love the product, especially being able to customize the color. If you need to change it, it is just a matter of letting them know. Also like the ability to get it on your own timeline. If you need it sooner just click send it now, if you want to delay just enter when you want it. The color is beautiful, receive many compliments on it.

I love that I can get such great results at home. No appointment. No waiting in a salon. Great results every time. I receive compliments on my hair all the time.

This is the first hair color that has really complimented my medium brown skin tone. Most box dyes aren't really formulated for EVERY skintone. I pay about the same if not more on Beauty supply dyes just so I can mix them to get that right perfect color. Esalon has completely simplified this for me. With Super easy to follow instructions, it's just a really great product. I have a few favorite box dye brands that I like, but I am saving money with this product in the long run because I am not a professional and I don't like playing Russian roulette with my hair!
Also a side note, a lot of people are really sensitive to the smell of hair dye this doesn't really have that lasting "hair dye" smell if anyone was wondering. I would have given it 5 stars but sometimes I have important engagements coming up, maybe last minute over the weekend for example. and I have to wait for shipping which can sometimes be a little less convenient than grabbing a box dye ...

I have very dark, almost black hair and have started going grey. I am not ready to go grey but almost all colors I have tried from the stores fade within the first week, showing a lighter brown color. It makes me so self conscious and looks bad. Since using the eSalon color, I have not had any fading in between color sessions, only my new growth! I am so happy with it. I think you will be too!
