My perfect colour is still a work in progress, but i love the customizable option. The personal colorist is fantastic at helping me try to get to the colour i want. I am just having trouble finding a colour that covers my gray effectively, but i won't give up!

Ok - have to say the personalized box and instructions makes this product feel really special. But, the color itself is great. Easy to use. Looks beautiful. Lasts a long time.

I was a bit apprehensive about using this at first as I have always had my hair dyed at my hairdresser. My daughter did it for me but I could have done it myself easily. The colour was perfect. I specified that It was for my roots mainly. I love the colour. Exactly what I wanted!

I was hesitant about doing a on-line creation...but this is the most fantastic move I could have made! They work consistantly and diligently to make sure your experience is enhanced and the best it can be. Also...I am amazed that these custom made colors truly last much longer than any store bought formulas. I could be the official poster gal to endorse this product. I am glad I made the high-dive. Highly recommend to all...but only join if you like satisfaction and being treated like royalty! I look forward to this new process of being the best of my hair coloring rituals. I have been using eSalon hair color for over a year now. Not a month goes by without someone complimenting me on my hair. I had been coloring my roots for several years but noticed that the drugstore hair color was washing out of my hard-to-treat gray. I checked out the website and was impressed with the option of uploading your photo so the color I thought would look natural for me works with my skin tone, eyes, etc... The result is a natural look that's healthy and shiny. I also like that my natural highlights still shine through. Lastly, I can adjust how often I receive my next shipment. It's so convenient to have my color treatment shipped directly to me, rather than going to a beauty supply or drugstore. I am very happy with my custom color from eSalon!

I have never had so many comments on my hair color before. I agree it is very natural and I love that it is not monotone looking. The color is absolutely perfect. I also like the unique application method that keeps the ends from soaking up too much color and getting too dark. I chuckle at their excellent suggestion to do the last bit in the shower....they must know what a disaster I am when coloring my hair. My husband thanks you for that advice. My only hesitation is I find it a bit pricy, so I went from 4 weeks to 8 weeks and do a root touch up in between to get more time out of it. It is worth the price...I am just a huge cheapie.

I was a little bit skeptical about how close I could get to my natural hair color. I haven't seen that color in 6 years! My hair is over processed and I needed to get back to the natural color so that I can leave it alone and work on getting it healthy again. The colorists got me an almost perfect match! Just a touch less "red" than natural but I am truly amazed!!! The products were high quality and WAY better than the drug store boxed stuff I usually use! I am recommending esalon to EVERYONE! Thank you!

I am a competitive swimmer and am in highly chlorinated water nearly daily for long periods of time. All other brands of hair color including professional salon brands don't even compare to how long esalon color lasts. I will never go back to over the counter coloring or salon coloring ever again. So completely happy.

E-salon has an excellent hair color. Not only does the color last longer than other colors I have used, but it makes your hair look and feel healthy and last longer then any of the other products I have used in the past. The convenience of ordering and having it sent to you is an extra. The E- salon team contacts you before your order goes out in case there are any changes you may need. I have several friends that are beauticians and are thinking about using their product instead of the products they currently get from their normal distributor.

I have been coloring my hair for quite sometime. Being a brunette it was difficult to cover my roots and get a good match all over. Also I would have issues with brassiness and stiffness with most products.
The formulators at eSalon worked with me and "tweaked" my color only a couple of times so that it is a perfect match for me. I look forward to coloring my hair because it is more manageable and has way more volume. I have had expensive professional coloring and used over the counter coloring. There is nothing that compares with this hair color. It is truly a custom color and I absolutely love it!

My kit arrived beautifully packaged and full off helpful info which is great because I had never coloured my hair at home before! Loved the feel of the product on my hair after, and not too smelly. Lovely natural looking colour was the result. I have only needed to use half the amount that was sent and I was able to delay my next order til a time that suits, so that's really helpful.

I have been using the custom hair colour service for over a year now. My hair colour is perfect and suits my colouring. My hair is in lovely condition . Every time I go to the hairdresser, my stylist remarks on how lovely the colour and condition of my hair is. I have been using eSalon now for almost a year now and I love it. My hair is in much better condition then with the store bought box color. I love the color the Colorist formulated for me. I had wanted to go darker and they suggested that it would be too tark with my skin ton. Which I believe they were correct. This color is perfect for me. Thank you

This is by far the only color I've ever had that is my true color. I've had to change from 4 weeks to 8 weeks because the color is so good and lasts longer than any color including salon.

The color is exact - I was able to tweek it to perfection. Very natural & leaves hair feeling silky & healthy. SO convenient to have it at my doorstep exactly when I need it. The silver in my hair is very tough to cover. I was paying 3x's as much to have a professional color my hair, only to have it rinse out in a week! This color last 4x's longer (at least) than the salon's & I am extremely happy. You will not be disappointed!

This was a great color match for my strawberry blonde hair that I could not even get a nice match at a salon. It was always to red and/or dark. I have turned white since I had my son and wanted the color back with our the color being so drastic. This was a great color.

This color lasts longer and more coverage than drug store brands. Hair is softer and color is perfect. The color is even all over. Doesn't have that first week dullness and over color that store brands have.

I have natural red hair. It is fading as I am now over 50. I have been to several salons in my city with no one getting the color right. I tried eSalon-- they got the color right!!! It had to be tweaked, only a little, with the colorist. Now it is the perfect shade! It comes right to my door. I am so happy with this color and the quality of eSalon products.

I'm very happy with the hair color of eSalon. It was exactly the same as the colour used by my hairdresser. The instructions were all clear, application was easy and I loved the fact that a sample of conditioner and stain remover were included.

I've been a redhead all my life, can't give it up just because I've turned gray (gasp!). My color is really unique and it's hard to get the color just right but with eSalon I've been able to tweak it with them to get as close to my original color as can be.

The colours these guys use are something else. I owned a large salon group in the UK a few years ago and was reccommended to use esalon with a little doubt. I have used this colour on my own hair and had them tweak it a little for winter so it looks natural and found it to be the most natural colour i have ever used, even by mixing my own in-salon years ago these are far superior.

I have been coloring my hair for years with boxed color from the grocery store. My hair always became so dry and it took a few weeks to normalize it. eSalon color and products leaves my hair with a beautiful made for me color and soft. I love the products.

I was hesitant to use a new product that I knew nothing about but it was great. The instructions were easy to follow and the color I received was perfect not too dark or not too light it was a medium brown that covered my stubborn grey perfectly. I would recommend this product to anyone just answer the questions on line and you should receive the perfect color for you. The customer service is also great!

This product really seems to last longer than the store-bought products. Simple, easy to use and comes with customized instructions in response to any questions. And the brassiness I've experienced in the past is really minimized, especially when coupled with the Tinted Love color enhancing treatment.

Prior to purchasing hair color from eSalon; I would NEVER have colored my own hair. Profound mistakes in the past led me to believe I was incompetent in this area of personal maintenance. That has all changed. This hair color is easy-pesy to put on. And it also creates the different shades of color that is prevalent in those who have natural medium blonde hair. I will never go back to any other hair coloring product or salon. FYI...I have even taught my HUSBAND how to color my roots at the back head so that I do not constantly have to use a mirror. He does a major beautiful job. That is how EASY_PESY the process is.

eSalon worked with me through several shades, tweaking one way and another, until I finally managed a photo of the precise shade I wanted (and the photo was not great and arrived just as they were ready to send the order). They stopped the shipment, tweaked again, and it was perfect! My hair feels and looks wonderful, the customer service folks are marvelous, and I recommend eSalon with no hesitation whatsoever.

I have naturally curly hair that has started getting a lot of gray. The texture of a gray, natural curl is coarse and doesn't take color easy. Since I've started using E Salon color, my gray has covered better than any salon coloring I've had, including very expensive color. I've been super happy with how my hair looks after my E Salon color.

My adult daughter applied my color and found it easy to use. I don't think you could color your own hair. The color covered my small amount of gray very well, in fact I would even go as far as to say better than professionals have before. The actual color was perfect for me.

I used eSalon products several years ago and was really impressed with the entire service and the high quality of hair products. I let my hair go natural (read as: GRAY!) for a couple of years and recently decided to start coloring again, so naturally I came back to my old friend, eSalon. WOW! The hair color is every bit as fabulous as before--vibrant color that is custom designed to my desired look. The packaging is even better than before. I couldn't believe that it could be improved upon but they did it--higher quality personalization, sleeker packaging and the same extraordinary color products. I love everything at eSalon!

In the past my brown hair always had a strong red tint every time I colored it myself or had in done in a salon, even when I told the stylist it always looked red and I did not like the red. I shared that information with my first eSalon order, selected the color I wanted to order and was told by the eSalon associate that would not be the best selection and made a recommendation. I followed the recommendation and now have the best hair color ever with this product. Plus my hair is shiny, full and looks and feels healthy. I could not be happier with the results and have recommended this product to several people and will continue to at every opportunity. A great product with a very reasonable price.

I love my Custom Hair Color - the color is the right shade (had it adjusted recently), and it leaves my hair shiny and soft!
Covers grey completely and it's like a professional salon in a bottle!

I really like eSalon products, the colours are natural, the coverage is great and it has a more professional look to it. The staff are always super helpful too :)

I have been using the color made for me for almost two years now. I love the results that I get. this has been great because I do not need to set a salon appointment and while my hair is processing I can get other things done around the house Having the flexibility to choose when I need to have my color sent has been a plus as well. This has been a great decision.

I have been using this hair color over a year now. I have never had so many compliments on my hair. So easy to use. The technicians at eSalon have managed to mix a color so perfect for me, better than any hair colorist ever did in a salon, not kidding, love this product!!!!!!!

I don't color my hair because I just can't afford salon prices and with several family members in the business I refuse to use store box color. I saw a youtuber review eSalon and figured for the price it was worth a try. This process was so easy, took me about an hour with putting the color on, letting it set, and then rinsing and washing my hair but that beats the hours my mom spends at the salon when I have little kids to tend to. Will continue purchasing from now on!
