I love esalon. I have been using it for well over a year and am so glad I found them. Color at the salon is so expensive and I just couldn't afford it anymore. The store bought color does not last and really fades and turns dull. I found a great stylist to cut my hair and she asked about my color. She said my hair was in great shape and the color was beautiful. I told her about Escalon and she couldn't believe it. She heard of them but had never seen anyone that used it. Her words sere. "I'm impressed." She even mentioned it to the gal at the front counter after she complimented my hair as I was leaving.
I will never use another hair color product again!

For years I used L'Oreal Excellence to self-color my hair. I've also gone to professionals a handful of times to have my hair colored. Hands down, eSalon is the best. I've been coloring my hair for over 20 years and am thrilled with this product which I have now used for about 4 years. The color lasts; it doesn't fade after a week or so as other products fade. I color my hair every 5 weeks yet it remains soft and healthy. Although more expensive than store bought coloring kits, this is much less expensive than professionals, as well as easy and convenient to use. It's also easy to seasonally make adjustments to the formula. I like it a bit lighter in the summer and a bit darker in the winter. I recommend this product and am thrilled that I discovered it a few years ago.

I love how my hair turned out with this color. There was just enough. All was used. I was kind of nervous that there wouldn't be enough to cover my head but there was.

I really liked that my hair color was formulated just for me. The coverage was good - I think I just needed to use more than I did. The overall experience was very positive and I am looking forward to my next shipment.

I was trully impressed with the quality and effectiveness of this product. I will continue to use on my hair! I consider myself a pro at do it at home hair color as I have over 33 years experience of doing it myself. (Very Premature Gray)I have colored my hair three times now with eSalon hair color and am as amazed now as I was the first time. They sent me the perfect color, which dumbfounded me, given the not so good "before" photos I gave them. I don't think it was just a lucky guess. eSalon knows what they are doing and they do it beautifully!

Were it not for e-salon, I would have to go to an actual salon to have my hair colored every 4 weeks or so. This product really works! Covers my gray and lasts as long as a salon job. I've been using it for a couple of years.

Ordering the right color is so easy. The eSalon stylist even contacted me to provide me a much better choice of color and I love it! The gray is completely covered, too! I will continue to order this color from eSalon! It's a great value!!

I have colored my hair for decades using basic drugstore brands. A few years ago I started having my hair colored in a salon. My color stayed richer longer but I still had to have my roots done every 5 weeks. The expense was hard to justify so when I looked into going back to a DIY haircolor I discovered eSalon's Custom Color. In a word, Hallelujah!! They were able to formulate the exact color I wanted, custom made just for me based on pictures I submitted and explaining just what I was looking for. The color stays as rich as the salon color did, with very little fading between applications. And if you ever want to tweak/adjust your color one month, they are happy to make whatever changes you want. It is very simple to use; I only need to use the bottle application method (not the brush) as my hair is short. The color, as well as the shampoo and conditioner which come with it, are excellent on my hair keeping it shiny, soft and smooth. I also love that my custom color is delivered right to my mailbox every 5 weeks so I never have to worry about my color being out of stock at the store when I need it. This is a wonderful product and I am completely satisfied with it. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I color my hear for about 30 years by now. The e-Salon hair color is the best I have ever used. The hair does not appear "burned", and it covers 100% the gray. I would not hesitate to give it the 5 stars rating.

Have been using this product for almost a year now and I get so many compliments on my color even from my regular hair stylist, she is not happy to lose my business (for coloring my hair) but does have to admit that this is a great product. Its so simple and quick, with easy to read instructions and the comfort of the 1-800 emergency hotline, I would absolutely recommend this product to everyone.

This is the best hair colour I have ever used. It covers the grey and lasts. My hairdresser even comments on how nice the colour looks. It's so easy to change the shade a little (which I like to do with the season changes).

Second order, okay, but third order was the best. Good coverage, looks natural when the shade is correct. Easy to correct and lasts long. Worth the extra few dollars to have a quality product. Color experts great to work with.

Love this hair color. The gray coverage is excellent and the color doesn't fade in between coloring. I color every four (4) weeks. Best hair color I have found and I have been coloring my hair for years.

I was skeptical at first, but I've been using eSalon for over a year and love it... I started out light and then decided to go pretty dark, only to change my mind and go light again. While my hairdresser would prefer to do my coloring, she gave my color a rave review. I like the very personalized service I receive. When I had a problem with one shade a colorist emailed me personally and then I even spoke to him by phone. He was very knowledgeable and I really appreciated that it mattered to him that the issue was taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction... and it was. I'm a very satisfied customer indeed!

I have never been this happy and satisfied with my color as I am with eSalon. From the customer service to the perfect color match is awesome work all the way around. I have not even submitted a photo of myself either, which I think is amazing.

This is so much better than drugstore color. It makes my hair look really natural. It's not all one color like shoe polish, it almost looks like I have highlights. I get a version of light brown - I love it!

The online colorists are great and work with me to get just what I want. And soooo easy. If your hair isn't ready for another application, you just change the delivery date. If I go to the salon, I just skip one. Very nice.

My second application is so to be delivered. I am very pleased with the color my stylist created. I am a Red Head and I wanted to go grey, my way, gradually. So far this product has done this for me. I will probably see more of the shuttle change with the next application. I am using Medium Ash Blond.

I have been using eSalon hair color for many years now. The color is consistently exactly what I like and I regularly receive compliments on the color from other females I don't know in grocery stores, etc. I always get a laugh when I tell them I'm saving a lot of money by buying my hair color from eSalon and having my husband color my hair. The stylists will work closely with you to achieve the exact hair color you wish.

My custom color is a perfect match for root touch up based on a photo I submitted. This is a salon quality product and does not damage my hair. I have been using this product for years with great results.

I stopped going to the salon years ago when I found that I could color my hair myself pretty effectively using a drug store product. The color did not last as long, but since I have curly hair and can easily conceal roots, the savings was worth it for me. I would color my hair every 5-6 weeks. I decided to try E-Salon after seeing an ad online. The experience was immediately better, as the kit comes with two sets of gloves, a nicer applicator bottle and for a little extra money you can buy a bowl and brush for application. Stain guard and stain remover is also included which was a nice perk. I was nervous about the color, but I had submitted two photos to the E-salon team and what do you know...they got it right the first time! I was asked via email several times if changes needed to be made to the formula, but I am in my 5th month of using it and I have no changes. Love love love it...and it lasts a bit longer than the drug store brand I was using (Revlon)

I just love this service. I don't know how I have done so long without it. My hair color is great and it is super easy to tweak if I need/want to. All of the folks I have spoken with were super helpful. The array of additional items that come with the color is excellent too (2 pair gloves, stain remover, stain guard, shampoo, conditioner).
Can't say enough about this service. I tell everyone who compliments my hair color (at least 2x week) that they need to check it out. eSalon ROCKS! Thank you!

Easy to handle and put on, the hair can be combed easily when the colour has been put on, when rinsing the colour from the hair and drying it afterwards, the hair feels very soft. The colour looks natural and does not have this coloured helmet effect!

The process of selecting my color was easy to understand and didn't take much time. My order was confirmed quickly and shipping time was acceptable. Once I got the product, the instructions were easy to follow and the coloring was really close to what I wanted. Shampoo and conditioner were great. Next time I would go a little darker on the color to hide the gray better.

I used to try the boxed hair colors from retailers, but switched after reading reviews about eSalon's product. It is far superior to any other do-it-yourself color treatment. My hair is shiny and the gray coverage is excellent! I would highly recommend this product.

I loved that I was able to ask for adjustments to be made to the colour to make it just right for me. When my hairdresser told me how good she thought the colour was, I knew that it was pretty perfect. Just took 3 tweaks of the colour with the eSalon haircolourist.
