I asked for a slightly darker blonde color and it was beautiful, exactly what I wanted. I want to keep this color and appreciate my colorist taking action and creating a color just for me. I have so many compliments.

I have been using eSalon for over a decade (and am in my senior years)! I continually get compliments about my hair color and even my hair stylist can't believe how well it covers my gray and the highlights throughout. Since eSalon started doing a hair colour without ammonia, I love the product and my hair colour is always looking amazing. Also, customer service is always quick and prompt. Any enquiries are delt with in a 24h.

11/21/2025-Update For all Unbelievers today my hair was terrible so I went looking in my stuff for my hair colors and found one of my old eSalon kits I guess I never used it, so I got it out to use it today I wasn't even sure if it would work because it was Very Thick both bottles had turned thick to compare to a can of paint when opened you have to stir it up before you use it well that's what I did to my hair color bottles I got a kitchen knife out and stirred it up before mixing it together then I mixed together and found it got even thicker now so I squeezed out the first color on my hair but it was so thick so I used a hair coloring brush I had and painted it into my head of hair using my fingertips to get to the scalp well I waited my time before showing it out and it still turned out beautifully so my story is tomes are hard for us right now so if you can use it Don't throw it away, I didn't call eSalon for fear they would tell me it was to old but I was desperate my hair was terrible and today it is the perfect color updated pictures are attached, So Thank You eSalon, great job on my color.
When I first got my set I was a little skeptical wasn't sure how this was going to look on my hair but actually I ended up loving it then, we made some changes and I wasn't so happy with those changes but eSalon fixed it and made me very happy I only slowed down because of the cost I'm going to fix my budget sovwhen I get my hair colors it cuts into my budget so I have to be careful when I order but I love the product it does make my hair look so much better than normal colors I buy at the stores, I've had lots of compliments and I've been told my hair looks beautiful. Thank you eSalon for all you've done to help me on my colors.

I had been using a darker shade of brown, but the last time I ordered my colorist had me send a picture. She said I should definitely go lighter. I took her advice and love it. I even added some highlights. eSalon products are easy to use and for a little more $, you get a lot of bang for your buck that you don't get with boxed OTC brands.

I've never colored my hair before, so I had my husband do it for me. It came out amazing. If that doesn't tell you how easy this was, I don't know what will.
The color is absolutely spot on. My colorist chatted with me and decided to change the color I'd chosen based on the picture and description of what I wanted. I like to have a "natural" Irish redhead look, which is a tricky color in my opinion. I watched the instruction videos that were short, sweet, and to the point. Then we winged it. It's perfect. All I can see are the dollar signs I won't have to spend getting it done anymore! So freaking worth it!

Ich habe zum ersten Mal bei eSalon bestellt und bin hochzufrieden. Meine Coloristin hat mich vorab telefonisch gut beraten – vor allem wegen der Grauabdeckung und meinen vorher blondierten Haaren. Gewünscht habe ich ein kühles, dunkles Braun ohne Rot- oder Goldton. Genau das ist es geworden: kein Grünstich, keine Überraschungen, einfach der perfekte Ton. Die Farbe kommt gut an, auch bei meinem Partner. Ich bestelle auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ich bin soooo begeistert 🤩. Als erste hatte ich mir ein gold blond ausgesucht, da war ich schon mehr als zufrieden. Habe mich aber dann für eine neue Farbe entschieden, ein dunkelblond/kupfer/asch Ton und was soll ich sagen... Ich liebe es , bin mega zufrieden. Habe viele Komplimente bekommen... Heute habe ich endlich meine Haare gefärbt und bin sehr zufrieden die Anwendung ist einfach und super gut beschrieben es ist alles dabei was man braucht. I've coloured my hair myself for about 10 years now and this was my first time trying esalon and I'm in love! Such a gorgeous box, I love all the small things like the sticker to stick up the instructions, which are clear and really helpful. The colour is fab, and the application method was easy. I had used esalon in the past and always loved it. I had to be off work for several months and I tried box color to save money. My hair became so dry and damaged,
I came back to esalon and I am so happy I did. Even though I had used box color, my colorist picked the perfect color for me. I love it!!

I've been a customer of salon since 2013, so that's a lot of years. I was a natural red-head when young and I've kept in the red family with Esalon, but with time have made adjustments to keep my hair natural looking and appropriate for my age. I have been coloring my hair for 17 years i missed my appointment and my hairdresser could not color my hair for another 6 weeks ,, i was in trouble. I called esalon and set up my account. I chose a color and wasn't sure about the outcome and sent a message to my colorist. I had explained the best I could on the color I had in mind and she nailed it. I love the color and it is very pretty. Very pleased with my colorist and my color.

I am veey happy with colour and product itself. I was using Loreal dye for many years. This product is way better in quality, so not only colour. I see my hair is back in volume and softer, silky as years ago..

Mehr als zu Frieden, ich hatte große Sorge da mein Ansatz schon weit raus gewachsen war und die Highlights vom vorigen friseur verschiedene blond töne hätten ,und alles wurde wieder einhaltlich in einem sehr schönen braun marghonie Ton, ich glaube ich war nach dem selbst färben oder friseurtermin noch nie so happy 🥰

I’m so happy that I called to speak to my colorist I explained that my color was fading and not covering my gray around my face. She made a change to my developer and sent a replacement set. Needless to say, I am thrilled with my color again! I can’t thank all of you for your dedication and concern for my needs.

I am so happy with my order! It arrived very quickly, personalized and packed beautifully. I wanted a color that would look 2 tones lighter than my natural color and that's exactly what I got! Even at the hairdresser's they were always getting it wrong making it look to dark. I would 100% recommend.

Excellent grey coverage. So much healthier than a store-bought color. I look like I have been to a salon after using my custom hair color. The price is amazing. The color lasts longer than a salon color. With the directions, gloves, shampoo, conditioner, color protection for your hair line, and color-removing wipes for your skin. The color process is a breeze.

Due to finance changes I stopped my subscription for 12 months and had to purchase a cheaper option. However I was buying the cheaper option every couple of weeks and it was costing more than this subscription! I only have to buy this once a month and I have quite a lot of grey now. Also the dye does not stain as badly as the cheaper option which would stain my nails quite badly and be there for weeks! I love this product and I think if you want to maintain your colour its definitely worth buying!

I was nervous to try this, but I'm so glad I did. I was looking for a vibrant, but natural auburn red. I haven't had too much luck. I would find colors that were high lift and the color was too bright and unnatural, or colors that were too dark and one dimensional. This custom color is beyond perfect. The roots blend seamlessly into the midlength and the midlength blends seamlessly into the ends. The color is rich and vibrant without looking unnatural like most red box dyes. Esalon definitely earned a loyal customer 👏 👌

Color is always spot on and I’ve changed it many times over the years. But 1 concern…WHY IS RED TINT ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK??? I mix Red & Purple together sometimes, or just use one or the other. Please keep it in stock!!

My most recent color mixture is flawless! Mindy mixed it, and idk what’s a smidge different- but it’s perfect!! No warmth in my roots at all, but also not jet black- which is too harsh AND my grays are hidden well. I’m super happy! Thanks Mindy!

This color holds up so good, I wasn't able to get it done in my regular 4 weeks, ended up being 6 weeks by the time I did. My color only slightly faded in that time but I was still getting compliments and because of the minimal fading my grays were not as pronounced. I recommend highly!

Eine Farbe ganz nach meinem Wunsch

Ich habe die Farbe von eSalon bereits zum dritten Mal angewendet und bin wieder absolut begeistert. Die Farbe ist so, wie ich sie mir gewünscht habe. Klar, die Anwendung ist anfangs eine kleine Herausforderung bei langem und dickem Haar, aber mit jedem Mal bin ich etwas geübter.
Ich färbe nur den Ansatz mit einer ammoniakfreien Farbe. Ich vertrage das Produkt sehr gut trotz empfindlicher Kopfhaut.
Farblich sehe ich keinen Unterschied zum teuren Friseur.
Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich eSalon entdeckt habe!

I am so happy with the results. I was cleaning out under my sink and there it was my eSalon box. I didn't remember buying it. I have tried so many different brands since I decided to cover my grey hair. This one is the right blend for me. I will reorder soon. Thank you so much

I asked for an adjustment to my color, based on several compliments I received as the color was fading. Mindy came through with the perfect shade, matching the photo I sent. It looks super natural and I couldn't be happier! Thank you!!

I have been using esalon color for around 7 years. My custom mixed color, "ash copper", is almost exactly the same color as my hair before I began going gray and looks natural!

Ich habe Mitte des Jahres auf die Farben hier gewechselt und bin begeistert. Ich habe kein brennen und Jucken mehr beim färben. Die Farben sehen absolut natürlich aus und decken meine weißen Haare komplett ab.

Ich bin von meiner Haarfarbe begeistert.
Super finde ich es auch, dass es nicht an Tieren ausprobiert wurde.
Meine Haare sind nach 3 Wochen Färbung immer noch schön in Farbe. Es ist noch kein Grauansatz in Sicht.

The shade was exactly what I had asked for and I'm particularly impressed with the quality of the shampoo and conditioner which left my hair very soft and silky. The instructions were easy to follow (loved the little thoughtful touches - even a sticker is included to tape the instruction sheet up for easy at- a -glance viewing without having to handle the leaflet and get dye all over it!) You also get two pairs of good quality latex gloves 🧤. What's not to like? Looking forward to my next pack. I have requested a slightly different shade for a change so will see how the colourist interprets my request. 👍
