After only 1 try, my color creation is perfect. Love it. It starts out a little darker than wanted, but after 2 washes, it's what I want and it stays that way for 6 weeks (sometimes longer). Great, great color. A satisfied customer.

This is my favorite color. It's a perfect blend of dark brown and red. The red tone doesn't have that weird overwhelming purple or orangey brass tint that some hair colors can have. Fabulous product for an at home coloring.

I had been going to the salon every 8 weeks or so getting my hair colored at $70 each time. We had to cut back on our spending so I had to look for other alternatives but I really loved the color I had from the salon. With eSalon, they matched my salon color perfectly. Plus I don't have to spend 3-4 hours of my precious time sitting at the salon.

The product is top quality. My hair dresser (do they still call them that?) was understanding when I told her I needed to cut back on expenses. She told me that if she did not like what it "did to" my hair that she would sell me product at cost. She's impressed. That is all I needed. P.S. I did promise not to cut my own hair!

I find it gives the best natural look ever. People are not aware your hair is dyed. Doesn't leave an ashy look and i like that it is tailored just for you alone.

I was a bit nervous about putting such a darkly pigmented color in my hair but after rinsing, it was gorgeous! The color was incredible and I've got more compliments on it now as compared to when I would go to the salon.

I never colored my hair before trying eSalon. I turned 50 and finally started getting more grays than I wanted to pull out. I saw an ad for eSalon and after a lot of hemming and hawing decided to try it. I went on the web site and filled out the profile info I uploaded several pics of my hair and told them I wanted the color as close to my own color as possible. They matched me perfectly! No one knew I colored my hair I finally had to tell my family and friends that I colored my hair. The process itself was easy enough the kit came with easy to follow step by step instructions.

I have received nothing but compliments on this product. It is very easy to use and takes only 30 minutes. I can do it on my schedule, in the comfort of my home and receive salon results. People are constantly amazed to hear that it comes from a bottle.

Love my color, love the coverage. I like that it's formulated for me and I get it just when I need it. I can change the color at any time as they give you advance notice of the next shipment so I've asked to lighten it up a bit now that it's getting close to spring.

I'm not exactly a youngster and have long hair becoming threaded with silver which I'm not yet ready to embrace. I started using eSalon a year ago and it is fantastic! The colour is blended to my own colour ( I get lots of compliments even from my hairdresser about my lovely hair - great clour and condition and how lucky I am to have been blessed with it). Every couple of months my magic package arrives and I can discretely touch up in the privacy of my home and cover those pesky greys in no time. If I fancy a little change the custom colour team will tweak the blend to give subtle differences and a little extra oomph - easy, well priced, great product and the service is perfect! Love it!

I love being able to get exactly the colour I need delivered to my door when I need it. In the past I had to worry if the shops had what I needed in stock. Or I had to settle for a darker or lighter colour than I usually used. The price is pretty much the same if I buy it from a shop or get it delivered, but with esalon I get it without the hassle and it's exactly right.

For over a year or more, I have been using eSalon's custom hair color. The first hair color I have ever used that didn't result in a drain full of hair. This stuff doesn't cause any more brakeag than shampooing my hair. And it really covers the gray! Lasting color, that stays true.

Without a doubt the best colour I have ever used. Tailor made for me, natural looking and completely colour-fast at first wash - with any other off-the-shelf colour the water would have been brown/orange!

This hair color was such a great find! The color lasts longer than any other color I've ever had, and no more crispy hair. Somehow the softness lasts and lasts. I wish there was some type of touchup kit, but right now I use a part of the color kit for touchups, and reserve the remainder for the next touchup. I love the personalized color tweaking, I got the exact color I want for a LOT less than a salon.

I love this product! It's covers my gray, doesn't fade out, doesn't irritate my scalp when I'm putting it on, and the best part is, because the color lasts (decreasing the need to color so often) I only have to color half as much as I used to! They really do mix up the exact color you ask for and if you decide you want to change colors just shoot them an email and voila! It's done!

The color is perfect for me, and as easy to apply as any product I have used. The really nice thing is I get it by mail at a regular interval and I don't have to remember what shade I chose the last time.

Smells great!!! Left my hair soft and shiny!!! I really like the fact that if you are not happy with the color, your colorist will adjust it for your next supply. The color lasted for a long time!!! I will definitely continue using this product!!!

I went from having my hair dyed in the salon and spending three times as much to doing it myself after I found this product. It lasts as long as the hair salon. I have tried other products and never had them last.!

I love the color this gives my hair. I get tons of compliments on it!!!!!!! This gets my hair closest to the natural color and that is something that hasn't been close in years!

I have been using eSalon for a few years now and love it all. From day one, the color was spot on and I still get constant compliments on my hair and color! It is an extremely well designed, simple system and the entire product line is top notch. I have recommended it many, many times.

This is the best coloring I have ever used. I love that you can make a custom color and change it whenever the mood strikes. This is the most versatile company I have worked with and I have colored my hair at least 300 times in my life and this is the best overall, customer service, products, price, ability to change is extremely easy, if you want products that love your hair try eSalon. I shouldn't be telling you this but I am 61 and have quite the experience with color and the way my hair feels. It is in great condition for my age and looks beautiful even if I do say so myself.

My hair stays soft, doesn't fade and has a lot of shine. I have dark hair with a lot of gray. It grows really fast so I need to retouch the roots every three weeks. This product leaves my hair soft, not dry or brittle. I will use it forever.

The color match is unbelievable, covers my grey very well and gives my hair unbelievable shine. The smell is a little strong but no more than other color systems. Kudos to the colorist who designed my color :)

This is very easy to apply and looks great. I have had more compliments on my hair color since I have been using eSalon than when I went to get my hair colored by one of the best hair stylist in my area. My hair always feels conditioned and healthy after a treatment. Love it. :)

I went from blond to red, and was pretty nervous about doing so, but it looks great! I get so many compliments on my color. The process for choosing your color is practically fool proof, very thorough. I've introduced several friends to eSalon and they love it too.

My color expert worked with me to create the perfect hue. The first month we went a tad to red but, all I had to do was send another picture and explain what I wanted and I got perfection the second month. I couldn't ask for a better expert. And, it's so easy to use the products.

Love my custom color, how it covers my grays and how my colorist listens to me and gets me to where I want to go in regard to my ideal color. I'm a cancer survivor who lost all my hair during chemo so my hair means a lot more to me and easy, healthy and pretty is what I achieve with esalon!
