Je suis fan de la composition de ma couleur, le résultat est à la hauteur de mes attentes et mes cheveux sont d une brillance, j adore, le kit est parfait, complet dans un emballage compact. Mon seul souci reste lié au service de livraison. ESALOest formidable et toujours compréhensible, mais ça m énerve ma couleur personnalisé soit distribuer ailleurs et que quelqu'un d autre en profite à ma place.. Malgré ça je commande toujours chez e salon.

Ich hätte es nicht gedacht aber meine Farbe sieht genauso aus wie vorgeschlagen. Habe Haare sind nicht beschädigt und wirken gesund. Anders wie bei anderen Erfahrungen aus der Drogerie. Der Support ist schnell zu erreichen und gibt mir ehrliches Feedback zu meinen Wünschen. Das Set war super und es ist an alles gedacht!

The colour I received is the most perfect black. You can tell it’s professional dye and not box dye. I also received everything I needed to create the look I wanted. I love that everything has my name on it and the little sticker I received to pin the instructions up on the wall. It really feels like the colour is being made for me. I hate going into salons with all the small talk so this is really the most perfect option for me

I love my color that was blended for me! I especially love that it was not an over powering brown as some colors tend to be for the first few days. This was a gorgeous light brown with just the right tones from the moment I rinsed the color out! Trust me......your colorist will work with you to get you to your perfect color from the start!

I used this hair color two weeks ago and I’m still getting compliments! The color is just a natural fit for me, with a bit of shine and dimension. It was so easy to use, and my hair didn’t feel over-processed after. I’m definitely keeping this on a regular shipment!

I have been a subscriber to eSalon since 2014 and have coaxed several friends to go onboard. We love it! It is convenient and the service is top notch. I have very little gray (sporadic hairs at my temple) and match my hair color. The color is a perfect match and I can get several uses out of one set. That fact, makes my specialized color a bargain and not a splurge. I was impressed when my colorist reached out and had me update my profile, since it had been a long time since subscribing. Yes, some things have changed...I'm rocking my curls, I am using natural products and still only covering minimal grays, the recommendation was for a much more hair healthy semi-permanent hair color and an option eSalon now offers. Service excellence.

When I turned 60, I thought I deserved color at my Aveda salon. It was okay but didn't not come close to my eSalon color. After a year and tons of money spent at the salon, I went back to eSalon and I couldn't be happier! My experiment is over!

I have to say trying this at home on my own, I was a little anxious. I am so glad, so happy and so wowed!!! I'm definitely going to continue to use. I really appreciated the email updates received that included right from the purchase to delivery. When my kit came and I excitedly opened it, the personalizaled note to me was a nice touch and it came with everything needed. Prior to purchasing, I submitted a pic of my hair so the Colour Mastery could best match what I had wanted to achieve and had been assigned to "Sarah". You nailed it gal! I love love love the colour :) Definitely love the product, great instruction included and going to continue using eSalon in future. Thank you :)

I’ve been using eSalon for 7 years now, they are great. I’ve changed my color a few times and every time they nail it. I’m very descriptive with what I want my color to look like and they mix it perfectly. The instructions are very easy to follow and I have always had good outcomes. Ordering from eSalon saves me a lot of time and effort and my hair quality is not compromised. During lockdown I had to buy off the shelf products and the result showed. Then I came across eSalaon and I honestly haven't looked back. My hair is dark so it's easy to manage and the warm undertones in the color I choose are really rich. I now only go to the salon for cuts and will continue to use your products. Also, I love the packaging :)

I am so happy I found eSalon - I have only a single color but I have very stubborn greys. I actually was complimented on my hair color saying it was 'such a beautiful rich brown'. Also, with the higher quality base developer, there is no irritation.

My color is light brown mahogany copper
I cannot tell you how much I love this color. I have been trying to achieve this for years: at the salon, using other hair color delivery devices, etc.
It never came out right and I was always disappointed.
My very first color formulation had a roots and ends refresher and my hair looks incredible. Like I would expect after paying hundreds of dollars at a salon.
I am so, so happy with my color and all the other products I have tried so far.

I’ve been using eSalon for a few years and I love my color every time I do it. I’ve been to the salon 2x since I started using it and I’ve regretted both times. I wanted a bayalage but the color was never right. I went recently and I was mortified how it turned out. Luckily I had a delivery at home. I consulted a rep and it turned out perfect. I love the customer service as well. $210 vs less than $30. I’ll never get color done in a salon again.

Ich habe Mittelblond gewählt und die Farbe entsprach genau meinen Vorstellungen. Es wurde genau auf meine Bedürfnisse angepasst. Graue Haare wurden perfekt abgedeckt und das Haar fühlt sich gesund an. Früher hatte ich da eher Probleme und auch schon mit Haarausfall zu kämpfen. Bin froh endlich den richtigen Anbieter gefunden zu haben.

My color which had been good for a long time was starting to look a little drab. I asked for an adjustment and just did the color this morning. I love my new color, just a little darker, a little more auburn. It has remained natural looking with just the little bit of brightness I wanted. Can't wait to see if anyone notices. Thank you.

Took me a very long time to get my order, however after talking with team support I finally did receive my order! The package is totally adorable and so customized to me! Has my name on it and everything. Super cute and color came out so well!
