Nachdem ich viele Rezensionen gelesen hatte, in denen sich Kunden beschwerten, die Ware nie erhalten zu haben, war ich zunächst abgeschreckt. Nach einem Tag Bedenkzeit dachte ich mir dann aber egal, für 11€ ist es den Versuch wert - das könnte ich verschmerzen. Und was soll ich sagen: Die Ware kam innerhalb einer Woche an und ist super schön aufgemacht! Es ist sogar eine extra Tube Farbe für die Längen dabei. 😍 Ich bin happy, nun muss ich nur noch die Farbe selbst testen. Wenn die mir auch zusagt, bleibe ich bei dem Abo. Noch was: Wenn die Zollgebühr unter 5€ ist, treiben es die Behörden i.d.R. nicht ein. Das muss man halt bedenken und nicht jammern wenn man direkt eine Riesenbestellung macht. ;)

I love the colour my hair has become! It's an 8 out of 10 but the reason why I didn't rate 10 was because it didn't dye my greys :( so I'm very sad about that

I’m a mature blonde with white coming in at the front hairline and temples. This is the only color that actually makes my hair blonde again! Others just make it look grey.

Firstly - I like this a lot. Felt much more confident applying than when I have spent ages in a shop staring at two boxes of dye that look exactly the same but aren’t! I watched all of the videos and got to it. I have some really stubborn greys at the side and front so paid extra attention to those areas as per the videos. I checked and rechecked to make sure they were saturated. But then after washing and as my hair began to dry, I was a little disappointed to still see some of them. Don’t get me wrong, there are less than usual with previous dyes I tried, but I think maybe I had unrealistic expectations. Also I tried a semi so maybe that’s why too? Hasn’t deterred me though, I like the service a lot.

Love the product but.. I want my product on the 1st but you can’t specify the first. I have to go in every time and put in the date ahead of time to get it on the first. You can’t put in 4 weeks because it doesn’t fall that way. Need to make it easier for the customer to put a date in and for the company to figure out how long it takes for that product to be received on time. I was expecting my order on the 1st, I will not be getting it until the 8th. Now I have to figure the date to use to get it on the 1st every time

Really love the customer service, the quality of the products and the packaging. Still am not getting the gray coverage that I’m looking for. Went to the salon for color yesterday and will try esalon color again in a few weeks. Maybe I need to leave it on roots way longer than it says to.

I like the color but I have a few hidden grey hair and although I went on coloring rhe strands they were not completely colored. To be fair they are difficult to catch color. I thought I would give a try to the product. I did not want a specia grey hair formula as I have just a few but my hair being dark they show more.

Great colour however the usual greys crept through after a few weeks and £25 inc postage for a root touch up is too expensive for a home colour when I get the same result from a £5 shop bought. It’s a shame as I would have bought again if £10-15 max inc postage.

Initially I would have gave it 5 stars as I thought the colour was really good but 2 weeks later my roots are showing on the hairline at the front of my face. This wouldn’t have happened if the hairdressers had done it.

I've been coloring my hair for 32 years, and this color is fantastic. My hairdresser loved it, too. But, it has left my hair so dry. I usually don't need to condition when I shampoo, and now I use heavy-duty conditioner every time, and leave it in through my shower. That helps a lot, but I worry about cumulative damage.

Durch den Lockdown war ich gezwungen, meinen Ansatz selbst zu färben. Ich bin durch einen Artikel in einer Zeitschrift auf eSalon aufmerksam geworden. Und ich muss sagen, ich bin begeistert. Die Farbe ist super und die Betreuung durch eSalon einfach nur toll. Man hat die ganze Zeit das Gefühl, von einer guten Freundin begleitet zu werden. Allein die Verpackung schaut schon wie ein Geschenk aus. Und die Farbe mit meinen Namen ist einfach nur schön. Sie sieht natürlich aus und war sehr leicht aufzutragen. Es wurde voll auf meine Wünsche eingegangen
Natürlich werde ich nach dem Lockdown meine Friseurin wieder aufsuchen, aber sicher nicht mehr so häufig wie früher, denn ich habe eine super Alternative.

The color was easy to put on and directions were thorough. There was a bit of ammonia odor which I didn’t care for but the color mix was good and still looks good after 3 weeks.

It was a fab colour, turned out beautifully. My only issue would be that some of the bristles from the colour brush came out of the brush when i was mixing my colour and i had to pick them out of the mix, otherwise it was a great product. 100%

Last color change notes.

My last order was a color change as my hair was getting too blond. But the day is coming to dye it silver and have done with it. Why? My last dye did darken my blond okay but didnt cover the grey roots. Unless my thinning hair has decided to grow really fast, the grey is half inch from roots already. No change, just every 6 weeks now please. Still love you guys and thank you!

My greys were covered exceptionally well. Unfortunately I have very thick hair and It didn't get the roots as much as the top of my head. I'm hoping that the next order will rectify this. So far my hair is not dry as I was expecting it to be. I'd say it's a very good product.

Easy to use, beautiful presentation, great customer support. Only issue is the demi permanent didn't color my grays. Hopefully next time with different instructions my grays will take the color.

Hallo, ich habe das erste mal hier Farbe bestellt. Nachdem die Bestellung raus war bin ich auf einige negative Rezensionen aufmerksam geworden, wo die teilweise lange Lieferzeit beklagt wurde. So hab ich mir gedacht, um die Wartezeit zu überbrücken, das ich mir selbst die Haare nochmal mit normaler Farbe färbe. Nachdem ich das am Wochenende getan hatte, wurde 2 Tage später schon meine Bestellung geliefert. Ist jetzt sehr ärgerlich für mich weil ich nicht einfach gewartet habe :-( , jetzt muss ich wieder warten bis ich endlich meine neue Farbe ausprobieren darf...
Daher gebe ich erstmal volle ⭐️ für die schnelle Lieferung und die Emailbetreuung. Meine Farbbeurteilung kommt dann eben später ...

I like my formula the first couple of weeks but later the ends got light and dry. Nobody contacted me to ask about my FIRST experience with the color or to discuss if I NEEDED color adjustment for second application. Poor customer service!. Does E-salon have real colorists or just sales people? Before re-ordering someone must call me.

produit de super qualité autant la couleur que shampoing après shampoing pommade pour ne pas que la couleur tâche la peau
en revanche je trouve que les produits shampoing après shampoing et soins sont extrêmement chers dommage sinon je me serai abonné à ces achats
la couleur me convient peut-être que j'apporterai un petit changement pour l'été pour y apporter un peu de lumière

This product was easy to apply and quality is good. The color came out lighter than expected and didn’t cover all my grey hair as evenly as I would have liked, but my greys are very stubborn. Should have stuck with light brown, I think.

Die Anwendung ist wenn man geübt ist relativ easy aber leider ist bei mir das Ergebnis nicht 100% zufriedenstellend. Mein Haar hat nicht an allen Stellen 100% angenommen. Teilweise ist der Ansatz noch zu sehen bzw nicht richtig gefärbt.

Roots did not color well

The hair color is a bit darker then expected and the root area, most noticable by my middle part, did not take the color well. My hair feels soft and the color improved after a couple shampoos however. The hair color was stronger smelling then I expected. I will try again and focus more on my root area the next time.

I just actually applied the color yesterday. It's a bit darker than I would think dark blonde would be so I'm not sure what to do. I like it tho. A few grays in my temple area didn't take perfectly but it's covered up. I know it'll fade a little soon and will be fine.

I used to do my own color charm but I love that I no longer need to custom blend because my Genevieve listens and adjust per my needs. I have super long hair and it coats. My eyes burn a little sometimes

I love the personalized color match. I've used other drugstore brands and they color is always a little off and doesn't cover the grey as long as this one does.

I loved lo ed the 2nd color for my tips. My hair has now been cut to shoulder length. So much easier to handle. But I am greying very quickly at my roots.

I loved my e salon colour the first few days But it faded after that which was disappointing. I have asked for a slightly darker shade next time. If that solves the fading problem I will definitely continue with e salon and stop going to my hairdresser for expensive colour Also good coverage for my grays

I had been trying rinses but it just didn't do the job, I was too afraid to use a box color , I bought tinted hair gels, nothing worked. eSalon stepped up and sent me the perfect color and the grey hair is pigmented again! lol

I was. Super scared to try this!! But to my great surprise it turned out fantastic... one thing wish it was a little lighter..

I’ve not been able to get to a salon for about 16 months due to pregnancy, covid lockdowns and then a new baby in tow. I used to go every 2 months so as you can imagine my hair felt terrible grey roots, faded ends and over dyed patchy sections in between. I saw Esalon on Instagram and thought ‘why not’. Quick questionnaire later and with my colour selected I then got a message from one of the colourists telling me it was too dark for my skin tone. I always seem to pick a colour too dark and feel disappointed after so was delighted they intervened. I watched the how to videos carefully, followed the instructions to the letter sectioning my hair into 4 sections and carefully working through each one. I’ve got long hair which is dark at the roots and the ends have really become quite bleached in the sun (accidentally so) so I used the root touch up and then the ends refresher and did precisely what they told me to in the instructions and hey presto, perfect salon colour. I’ve used box colours for years when I couldn’t get to a salon and they aren’t great in my experience and definitely cannot compete with a professional colourist, but for a bit more money I think this colour looks as good as, possibly better than the salon because you get the professional colourist in the price and they assess your hair. I also didn’t have to find a babysitter and sit in a salon chair for 2-3 hours fretting about the cost. I don’t think I’ll go back. This is a revolutionary idea and but for covid I would never have discovered it.

Matched my salon color exactly

Add me to the list who are shocked that an online service could deliver an exact match to the color I spent WAY too much money on at the salon. I need to cover grey roots, and the product did a great job of that...my technique not so much, ha.
They caution you against coloring roots over previously colored hair to avoid "striping", but I believe that led me to underestimate how far out my grey roots really went, and I ended up with a very faint grey line about half an inch away from my scalp. User error; but the coverage where I had enough product was flawless. I was impressed and do plan to try again. I also want to try the Light Kit soon to touch up my salon highlights.
