My apologies. I found it. I mistook the box for a different order. Still, I think the shipping is wacky and I hope there's a way to actually reach a person if I should ever need to. Again my apologies for the erroneous review
There's no phone number that I can find on this website and the support link just leads me in circles. Also, I find it very strange that the shipment originates from Anaheim, CA, however it ships several times across states all the way to New York. I live 1/2 hour from Anaheim. I could have picked it up

I return the product right after it was sent to me I am still waiting for my credit that's what I was told when I called and they said they couldn't stop the shipping just send it back Return to Sender.
I went to the post office and I did this have you received the item back yet so I can be credited?

I wrote you a email telling you how disappointed I am.
Not what I expected at all, front and side greys weren't covered at all, color not what I wanted, ended with 2 tone hair in the back of my head, my sister pointed it out. My hair is short so there's no room for mistakes!!!

Followed directions to a T and it did not blend at all even with pouring the rinse over my head and massaging for 5 minutes instead of just the 3 minutes recommended. I was trying to go dark red and they didn't even try to do that. I dont care really what color they think i should have for my skin tone i know what i want and have had it before and sent pics. Not the best experience or impression

La couleur ne correspond pas du tout a ce que je voulais .J'étais blonde je me retrouve châtain foncé. Je suis complètement déçue du résultat surtout que j'avais envoyé des photos de la couleur que j'avais et que j'avais demandé plus claire et au final je me retrouve deux fois plus foncé. Je ne recommande pas du tout . Vraiment déçue

Love the color but it fades

I loved this color when I first put it in. It had just the right amount of purple shade that I wanted. But the color faded out within 2-3 weeks and was just back to my original shade of reddish brown. I waited to try again with my second order before I wrote my review but that color faded after just a few weeks too. It’s a shame it doesn’t last longer than that but I just can’t justify the price for only a couple weeks of color.

Ich war eigentlich positiv gestimmt, die Website scheint professionel und einladend und die Anleitung war einfach zu befolgen. Leider bin ich mit dem Endresultat nicht wirklich zufrieden. Je demande à avoir l option envoi rapide engagement de votre part maximum 10 jours je sais si vous vous rendez compte que de 10 jours on passe à quasiment 2 moi. Je trouve votre publicité mensongère et je n esiterai pas déconseiller votre site alors que l l'idée est génial de base mais du tout cohérente entre la réalité et le projet proposé attendre 2 mois pour uen couleur demande en urgence car il y a l option. Très mécontente 1ere et dernière commande et j attends de voir si je recevrai vraiment ma commande avant de mettre en place protection juridique tant pr le mensonge que le produit et le prix. Three times I gave this a shot, and three times I got a color so similar to my natural color that hardly anyone even noticed I colored my hair. Complained several times and never got so much as a "sorry". Cancelled my prescription and got a refund.

My hair before using this product was lustrous, shiny, and healthy. I wanted a product that covered my grays and kept my healthy hair. This product did not satisfy me. It dulled my hair. It made my hair brittle and dry. IT DID NOT COVER MY GRAYS!! I would like my money back and cancel my account! This product damaged my hair...it will take months before the damages are grown out. I will definitely let everyone I know as well as the internet know about your terrible product. I am an educator and a perfectionist. I followed the directions perfectly. There should be no excuse for your awful product not to give the results you falsely advertised.

Produit qui à l'air pas mal couleur faite aujourd'hui et très décu par la couleur j'avais pourtant demandé que ma couleur ressemble à ma longueur et bien insister là dessus et je me retrouve avec une couleur beaucoup trop foncé dommage

No me cubren todas las canas y el la primera lavada ya se me está saliendo el color.. después de pintarme el cabello me lavo 1 semana después pero no sirve de nada.. necesito algo más duradero tengo canas en la parte frontal y es complicado tener que pintarme cada mes xq se maltrata mi cabello

Ruined my hair color from very blonde with dark roots to mousy brown the color is just flat ! Was suppose to be copper brown ! Nothing as indicated in color chart or selected color ! What a dismal disappointment !

Bad points: even though I've posted my picture and explained in my notes what colour I wanted to achieve (basically keep the one I already have) , I still ended up with dark roots I'm devastated. I understand that the actual colour depends on many factors but I used other hair dyes in the past and never had any problem. I used to have nice golden/copper hair and now my roots are very dull. Sadly, I need to use colour hair remover asap :( Shame about the money and time spent, and damaging my hair unnecessarily.
Good points: arrived quickly, great packaging, clear instructions, covers grey hair, hair feels in a good condition. Good amount of hair dye, enough to cover full head, shame about the colour.

I have brown hair and requested a dark ash blonde colour, purchased home dye kit and purple shampoo. The instructions told me to apply to the roots first, leave to process for 25 minutes and then apply to the ends for 5 minutes. I was highly skeptical as I know that the roots process much faster than the ends but against my better judgement I decided to listen to the colourist’s advice. As I suspected, my roots have now lightened to a hideous red colour which is completely different from the ash tone I requested and the ends are untouched. Have contacted customer service but haven’t had a response yet. Have had to book an appointment with a local hairdresser and hopefully they can fix it.

Sadly I now look like I've got cherry red roots and ginger locks. It looked a different colour when I mixed it but I trusted it to be okay. I'm going to have to strip it and get it done at a salon now their open. Sorry but I'm cancelling my account as I can't risk this again. First time I loved it but its only the second delivery and its so wrong. Photos uploaded to my account.

I am a natural ashy mid-dark blonde... I had requested a dark beige blonde after bleaching out the last brown color and ended up with a more golden brown. Not impressed as I can’t lighten it without getting a brassy mess.

I just thought it was a corporate umbrella. I called M Reed only to find out that it was a different company. eSalon also put me on an automatic monthly shipping plan when I specifically said it was a trial. The product was ok. Not as good as Madison Reed which I have since used. I will see if eSalon will refund my automatic monthly shipment. I feel that I was conned. I called the 800 number on eSalon's site. It rang to Redkin Products. Another conn. I will not use e salon ever again.

The color didn't completely cover my gray roots in the front hair line I can still see them . This is going on my second week of having the color on! I really didn't notice a difference with the end color so I don't think that would be something extra that I would purchase on my next order, I believe I will try this one more time though!

So far I do not see where this is better than a store bought kit. The color did not seem to cover well and it was way too light as eSalon switched the color to a lighter tone. It seemed like it did not have any moisturizing effects. The kit was aesthetically pleasing and well put together so I was anticipating the best. I was disappointed.

I followed the directions. I mentioned that I have some gray hair. This color was put on a few weeks ago. The minutes I rinsed it out I could still see all the gray hair. After I blow dried my hair, it looked darker except for all the grays. 3 weeks later the darker color is completely faded. I only wash every 2-3 days. I am so disappointed, A waste of my money. Color was not as described.
Received the 2nd color shipment. I added more comments and discussed my concerns about the 1st shipment. Well, I'm officially done. My hair is practically black and it really did a bad job on the grays. So beyond disappointed. Never again.

I wanted a light brown to match my natural hair color but it came out next to black. My roots are very light for some reason and now overall it looks extremely patchy. This isn't my natural color or the color I was expecting and I'm glad I got demi-permanent.

Ordered my colour different colour arrived but thought 8 would try it. Vibrant red well I now have purple hair. Contacted the colourist who.insists I ordered this colour so should be vibrant red but it is purple and they don't give a damn. I now for the next 24 weeks have purple and pink hair as the gray coloured pink. I would never buy from them again or recommend they are NOT interested in putting it right

Loved the color, but its hasn't lasted. The grays around my forehead have started to show and I have not yet shampooed since coloring, I am a African American w/dry hair so I don't shampoo frequently.

Well, I thought this was going to be an amazing product! And I would not get the wrong color again,or have to deal with going and buying hair color again! Boy was I WRONG!! I WAS SO EXCITED TO START MY COLORING PROCESS. I do have to say that the steps were easy. But after said and done it did nothing to my hair it did not even cover up my Grey hairs and I was very disappointed!

Colour was a terrible mousy brown with brassy tone instead of the cool medium blonde with pearl tone that it was meant to be. Had fix it with L'Oréal cool tone colour which did a brilliant job and gave me the cool ash tone I wanted, clearly something esalon couldn't deliver and why I will be sticking with L'Oréal as I should've done in the first place. Note to self don't believe the hype on the Internet!

Not the vibrant copper I had hoped for, and further faded after a few washes. The packaging suggested part of the colour was a free gift, which is wrong as I paid for all over colour. Odd. Now need to try and correct the colour. Have given feedback already, but no sign of the ‘it’s on us if not satisfied’ promise.

Not satisfied the way the color starts to fade in just first wash and the gray starts showing. I have requested a color adjust in my last order but did not notice the change in my hair color.
It's almost like using a drugstore hair color do not see much difference.

I was pretty specific that I wanted a dark brown with ash to get rid of red. Instead I received a darkish brown with lots of golden and red hues not not ash.. At $30 a pop expected better than box color. Very disappointed.

The smell of the dye is very strong. I opted for medium ash brown and the colour ended up being too light and too red.
It covered the greys for about 2 weeks and then the colour washed off.
I will not repurchase as it is nothing special for the high price. There are cheaper and better options available elsewhere.

Trotz der netten Aufmachung und auch der Service sowie eine tolle Website sind die Farben nicht mein Geschmack. Erst war es orange und beim nächsten Mal beige grau... ich möchte nicht mehr rum probieren, ich werde wieder zum Friseur gehen und Vorort die Farbe wählen. Oder mehrere Male waschen damit der tumbe Schatten weg geht.

I requested a lighter brown tone with more copper or auburn. Instead I received a darker brown with mahogany/purplish tone. My hair is nearly black now. I was attempting to help the grays blend better- now they are even more apparent than before. Not happy with this purchase.

Unfortunately the dye didn't colour my hair but I am so impressed with the customer service through online chat and phone. The representitives were so friendly and helped offer me a redye kit but I requested for a refund. Really great packaging and easy to follow instructions, definiately a shame for the colouring

I wanted a bright vibrant red, which is practically what my hair already was, it turned my roots copper orange, and the rest brassy red. On top of it that was the worst smelling hair dye I’ve ever used. I do not recommend using this hair color if you want red or auburn

Color didn't come out at all like the color I ordered. It's literally a medium version of clown orange. It was supposed be "dark brown copper". Absolutely terrible. The coloring itself was super strong smelling. Going back to Madison Reed!

This particular order was fine. Now, I’m trying to change my hair color & I’m told that I need to place an order first- so, I’m suppose to order & pay for a color that I no longer want, and then have it changed, hoping that the change is what I receive... I do not understand this process at all... I’ll go back to my stylist, at least, I can have a consultation discussion with her prior to paying for it.

No gray coverage and color did not last. I was excited about trying this product and was left disappointed.

Don’t use Demi permanent if trying to grow out grey hair!

I decided to grow out my grey hair last spring. My last permanent color was May 1. After 5.5 months of zero color, I consulted esalon about using demi permanent color to help with the demarcation line. I used their product 3 times with the last color 4 months ago. I wash my hair every other day and the color is very much still there even though I’ve washed it roughly 60 times. They said it would wash out completely around 24-28 washes. I am so disappointed that I have lost months of growing out my grey hair. I highly advise against using their demi color if you are trying to grow out your grey hair! Also, why is there no search option in the reviews? How can anyone find anything in over 50,000 reviews? If there was a search option, I would have searched for Demi reviews and likely found that others had similar complaints about the Demi color not washing out.

Color was not at all what I expected; ended up multi-colored.

After my last two colors, which weren't what I was hoping for (first one didn't cover gray at all. I was told it was because it wasn't permanent, so they changed it for the second coloring). This time around, I told them I still needed more gray coverage and that I didn't want the color to be so dark. I got my color and the directions had one color for the roots, which I did, and another color to be applied just below the root line - where I'd applied the root color - and spread throughout the rest of my hair. I followed the directions to a T, wanting to finally have the color I was hoping for. It is SO BAD. The color is not only still just as dark, it now has an orange tinge to it, especially in sunlight. Also, because of the two different colors for roots and the rest of my hair, there is a distinct line where you can see two obviously different colors. I wear a hat almost every time I'm outside now. All I can say is, thank goodness I'm now vaccinated so I can go to my stylist and pay her to fix this. I was very excited at the idea of professional quality at-home hair color, and ended up sorely disappointed. This was a waste of money and time.
