Turned into red :(Before coloring the hair, my natural color was light brown. I had a couple of light blond highlights. The idea was to color my hair to dark blond, or light brown and I was clear I don’t like red (brassy tones). And that’s exactly how it turned out. My hair is RED almost ORANGE and I was going for dark blonde!!!!when I filled out the hair color choice I specified I did not want anything at all red. I finally got my courage up to try the product and now my hair red, almost orange, nothing close to the dark blonde I had requested. I look like a freggin' clown! Didn't cover my greysHorrible experience 😪 So glad my stylist applied it and was back in the salon so she could fix it although there was no time to cut my hair and had to drive home and wash the secound applied color out myself. Was so disappointed it was my first trip to the salon in a yr due to covid and was a birthday gift. I felt so bad taking up so much of her time I still paid for making her clients wait. I was going to apply it myself as I have done many times. Not right for me.Not saying that it was all ESalon's error but the hair dye I thought I was getting was a lot lighter than my own color and a lot of ash in the blend. Not soldI ordered a nice dark brown and after I ordered I received an email stating that they were changing my colour to a colour id like better. Mangelnder Kundenservice und ungewünschtes FarbergebnisIch fand es schade, dass trotz meiner Nachricht in welcher ich nochmals einige Fragen stellte, diese nicht beantwortet, sondern die Intensivtönung einfach direkt losgeschickt wurde, obwohl eSalon eine Beratung verspricht. Leider bin ich auch mit dem Farbergebnis gar nicht zufrieden. Anstatt eines Kupferrots habe ich jetzt dunkelblondes Haar mit einem rötlichen/rosafarbenen Stich. Hätte es toll gefunden nochmals eine Nachricht zu bekommen, die mich z.B. darüber informiert, dass das gewünschte Farbergebnis nicht erzielt werden kann so wie ich mir das vorstelle. Not much of a differenceSadly I really didn’t see a big difference in the color I was going for/my goal for the product:( I know this kind of thing is trial and error since myself and the stylist cannot see each other and talk in person. I had added a picture of my hair color and how that was the color I wanted to upkeep and touch up but, sadly, that is not at all what I got out of my custom color. This was just my first order so I am still going to be giving it a second go. They give you an option to adjust your color and add notes to send to the colorist to hopefully make adjustments to the color/experience you had. I added as much detail as I could as well as a couple notes on the kind of developer volume my previous stylist used (I moved and can no longer see her). Great colour, shame they charge so much for delivery.I am a big fan of e-salon having switched from a professional colour service pre lockdown. The colour is rich and last ages. Did not colour my greyI coloured my roots last night and I'm so disappointed with the results.Im still grey. I have used this product several times before and always had great results, so not sure what has happened this time as I follow the instructions to the letter. I emailed the Company but had a reply stating next time I order my colour they will change the formula so the grey will be covered,but I'm not happy about that as I stated in the questionnaire that may main concern was covering my grey. I won't be ordering any more products from e salon. Nicht zufriedenHallo ich bin mit dem Ergebnis der Farbe überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Meine Haare glänzen wunderschön aber der Farbton ist total daneben. Ich bin jetzt rotblond bzw erdbeerblond ....ich wollte ein Goldblond und keinen Rotton. Ich habe extra dazugeschrieben, dass ich selber einen leichten Rotstich habe , damit klar ist, dass man da aufpassen muss, das weiß ich von Friseur..... Bin sehr enttäuscht. Did not cover greysDisappointed. Took many weeks to arrive so ended up buying drugstore colour instead due to timing. Then once I used this product it did not cover grey very well at all. Limited gray coverageI really enjoyed the supplies that the kit produced - the consistency of dye, the multiple pairs of gloves, the stain guard, and the stain removal pad. However it is did not cover my gray at the roots like I had requested. This was extremely problematic for me as a first time customer, long time hair colorist. I was really disappointed as I was excited by the promise of gray coverage provided by the manufacturer as well as the spokesperson Brad Mondo. I did like the actual color that stood on the rest of my heart. It is a softer black which I appreciated. So disappointedI applied my colour yesterday followed all instructions to the T. And I'm so not happy. My hair is way too dark. It's horrible. I can't understand how I got sent the wrong colour I sent pictures of my hair before with my order. It's just all one block of colour now. Leider viel zu rotDas Positive zuerst: sehr professionell, gute Anleitung, gutes Equipment. Ich hatte den Farbton Dunkelblond - Honig/Mahaghoni. Leider ist die Farbe für mich ein reiner Rotton. Ich dachte bei Honig Mahaghoni an ein Dunkelblond mit einem leichten rötlichen Schimmer. Mit Dunkelblond hat das aber leider nicht viel zu tun. Jetzt laufe ich mit roten Haaren rum. Not HappyI thought this was going to be grey coverage, it was not. The color wasn't dark at all and just looked like a my natural hair color. I was trying for a much darker tone. Slightly disappointedThis color turned out very brassy despite my following the instructions to a T. It also didn’t cover up my grays. It would be perfect without the brass and if it covered my gray. Very disappointed!I used the colour yesterday and emailed you my disappointment with photos of the result! I am mortified the colour is so dark after sending in a picture and having a consultation....I only left the colour on for 6 minutes because I could see how dark the colour was! I told the consultant this is what I was worried about.....what can be done to correct this ASAP! Unfortunately without the required PEARL NEUTRALIZER this turned my hair orange.Requested PEARL - specifically PEARL - to be added. It was not. my hair is orange. Need to now have it professionally done....nd of course have to wait for the salmon I used to go to before COVID to open. So I have a professional presence with orange hair. Love the system-not the colorWell the system is great and easy to follow. My hair feels amazing. But the color was not what I had hoped for. I am looking for a vibrant but natural ginger color. I ended up with what feels like light brown hair with maybe a hint of auburn in the sun. I was soo excited. But now im holding back tears. Color faded quickI have gray on my roots and I followed the direction. It turn out great when I was done didnt see no gray hair but after 2 days it starting to shows up, its like the colors is fading in so quick. Great hair color, problems with shippingI really like the hair color and the support I have had with getting it right. But I have had a terrible time with shipping. Two of my orders have been "lost" in the shipping process. I live between two different states, but I have been very clear and have had confirmation of the address for my orders. Yet, the ones going to Houston just don't get there. It has made it very inconvenient to have my hair colored consistently, the way I like it. I don't know what to do. As of now, I still have one lost in the mail and the replacement has not made it in over a week. I keep contacting them. I still don’t have my color after 15 days. No one answers my messages for customer support. I have written a number of them and all I get back is a canned email saying someone will get back to me as soon as possible. There is supposedly a number to call “only if you need help right away”, which is odd. It does not even allow time to leave a name and phone number before it disconnects. Don’t even dream of talking to someone. I have tried and tried to reach someone for help. I’m tired of it. I still want the color that has been charged to me. Then I believe it’s time to go to Madison Reed. There is a lack of support, communication, and general caring here.
