Estaba muy emocionada de probar sus productos yo por dos anos habia usado madisson reed y mi experiencia con e salon fue mala al empezar a usar el tinte tenia un olor super fuerte que me irrito los ojos pero aun asi segui el proceso al terminar el tiempo indicado y retirar el producto el color fue bueno pero mi cabello quedo super reseco y aspero cosa que no es normal en mi hasta mi esposo me dijo esta vez te con que te pintaste el pelo te quedo muy opaco sin brillo como antes y hasta la fecha mi cabello es un desastre no puedo recuperar su textura ni brillo anterior !! Yo no lo lo recomiendo por eso desactive mi susbcripcion .

Maybe I left it on too long, but it came out looking significantly lighter than the rest of my hair. Otherwise, grey coverage was great.

I specifically explained my hair picks up a lot of red and wanted to make sure that didn't happen. I got the 20V dark brown/copper. It was waaayyyy too red. Disappointed and not sure how to fix it now.

Did not cover my grey. I have used L’Oréal for years and compared to esalon L’Oréal far superior & 1/3 the price. Was impressed with ads but terribly dissatisfied & disappointed.

Usually when I go to the salon they do the roots first and then pull the color through the rest of my hair. I only received enough to do the roots so the whole thing was worthless because the rest of my hair needs to be done as well.

I received a call from esalon before the shipment, she gave me advice and we changed the color to a lighter shade also used a primer before the color as instructed.
My hair turned orange and the roots did not absorb the color. I sent them an email and hopefully will hear from them soon.

The color that I received was too light. I had sent a photo but the colorist never called me to make any adjustments. I thought that was the purpose of using eSalon as a professional would look at the photo and make changes. No one contacted me. I am very disappointment with the results.

Great idea but results were not there

It was my first time trying esalon and I have to say I was very impressed with the packaging and the product was also branded very nicely. The whole concept was brilliant but unfortunately, the product quality wasn't there I was looking for some gray coverage so I chose a darker color than my natural one but it didn't successfully cover everything.

Anwendung ist ja ok, aber dafür dass man zwei verschiedene Farben anmischen soll, ist es auf Dauer zu viel an Farbe, die im Ausguss landet. Für nur den Ansatz hätte die Hälfte gereicht, ebenso für die Längen dann. Der Rest Farbe muss dann leider entsorgt werden. Das ist mehr als ärgerlich. Außerdem sehe ich keinen Unterschied zwischen Ansatz und Längen. Die Farben haben sich wohl dann vermischt, Effekte sind nicht sichtbar. Das finde ich sehr schade.

J'avais commandé Chatain Clair, avec des reflets dorés.
Je suis devenue brune foncée.. Pourtant, j'avais joint une photo de ma couleur actuelle...
En quoi la couleur a-t elle été ajustée avec ma base pour que je me retrouve aussi foncée ?
En rien. Mon coiffeur a l'habitude d'ajuster la couleur et le taux de colorant en fonction de ma base pour s'approcher au maximum du résultat attendu, ce que ne fait pas du tout E-salon malgré ce qu'ils disent !!

My color was way too dark. The bottle said light brown, but now all my gray is dark brown, and my natural is screaming with lots of red undertones. They included some ash in the light brown, as I specified that my hair is prone to red tones, but there was clearly not enough. Unfortunately, because all the salons are closed due to quarantine, I have to live with this color for a while until I dare to try to correct it. I had misgivings going into this given how everyone's level of experience with color is different, and this was exactly what I feared would happen. Thankfully, I don't have to go to work, but it's still quite upsetting. I will not be ordering again. **** I can't seem to find a link to discontinue my orders, so be aware they make it hard for you to stop.

Après application la couleur que vous m'avez préparée ne correspond absolument pas à ma teinte habituelle !!!

I’ve been coloring my hair at home for a few years now. I really wanted to like this color but unfortunately it just didn’t turn out well. The color didn’t cover the few grays I have and didn’t cover my roots well at all. The packaging was great and the instructions were easy to follow though.

Smell Is very bad

I completed my color for the first time and the smell was horrible. A day later I am still fighting a headache. I have had my hair colored at salons for years but do not remember the smell being that strong. I am going to try another company that does not have ammonia or other things in their color.

Color doesn't hold against gel or edge control. Gray is showing already. Used color after receiving it. the gold mixed with copper and mahogany gold mixture was was too mild.
Customer service was great. Not satisfied with gray coverage or gold reflection

Good gray coverage

It colored most of my grays, except the sides still look gray just after a few days. Another good thing about this color is the lack of smell. I was expecting softer and shinier hair than the result I received. Now I will try the highlighting kit and see if it works since the roots are a little dark because a lighter color would not have covered my very stubborn grays.

The color I was expecting to get and the color I received are completely different. My hair looks basically how it already looked alone which was natural. There is a bit of red in there from the dye but you can barely see it indoors. Not happy!

Meine Haare sind nun in einem goldigen Mittel-/Dunkelbraun.

After trying to buy a colour to do myself and explaining I usually get highlights and lowlights - which I clearly cannot manage myself. I thought I had opted for an all over light ash blonde colour. The instructions say this is roots only which is pointless and it will not match the rest of my hair!!! Aside from this I selected I have long thick hair and this will only be enough for half of my roots if that. What a load, don’t waste your money!

I ordered the dark brown violet pearl and even uploaded a pic of my current color. My after-color hair has absolutely no violet to it, it’s brown and brassy red. I’ve been coloring my hair for 15 years and have never had my scalp burn after the way it it did with this color. I’m overall very unhappy and upset that I ordered the permanent color before trying it out.

This product didn’t fully stick to my hair. It is patchy and there are parts that don’t even look dyed after I followed the instructions word for word. I am very disappointed and now I have to go and get it fixed professionally.

This product is wonderful and the detailed instructions were spot on! While the color is very pretty, it was too dark. I will have to re-do my hair to fix the original problem (color the roots). I did send a good hair photo in and complete the questionnaire.

This is the second time I ordered this color and I loved it the first time. It had dimension and very little red. This time when I used it, it was extremely dark, practically black with ALOT of red undertone, which is not what I wanted at all. I contacted their customer service and they said someone would be with me soon. But I haven't heard anything back. I assume this is due to COVID-19 so it is understandable as this was 3-2-20.

I was pretty clear with my colorist about how stubborn my grays are, but it doesn't appear that any modifications were done to my custom instructions or the custom color to make the color adhere better, or at least to lengthen the processing time to allow time for stubborn grays to go away. I followed the directions, exactly, and afterwards, as soon as I was done washing my hair, I went to the mirror to check the results, and....huge disappointment! I still have gray showing, crystal clear, at my temple areas, and those were the areas I covered first, just to give them longer before rinsing. This color mixture did nothing to get rid of my grays, therefore I do not recommend it.

I did not get anything close to what I asked fot, i said my hair was dark brown with carmel to lighter highlights, and I get grey easy, and that I needed to cover grey now, they sent me just a dark brown for my roots only, that will do nothing for me. I needed to color my whole head to cover the grey, and what about my highlights, I didnt get my Argon oil, I paid %14 for it, Id like to send the box back, and cancel future orders, sorry this wont wonk for me.

nach 3 Haarwäschen muß ich leider feststellen, dass die Grauabdeckung nicht wie erwartet ist!
Es schimmert immer noch durch und für den Zukünftigen Preis ist es mir auf dauer zu teuer, da mein seitheriges Produkt dies bezgl. besser abdeckt und günstiger ist.
Außerdem ist es mir zuviel Verpackungsmüll - das geht besser!!!

When I got my color I followed the instructions to a T and I had a beautiful deep rich shiny mahogany color. I didn't wash my hair for several days and when I finally did with a reputable brand of sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner after the second time the color had all completely faded out and I now have a light strawberry blonde. THIS is overpriced crap. I'm only thankful I got a deal with Allure and only had to pay $10 and free shipping. Never again. I canceled my account.

I have just coloured my grey roots with the first kit provided. I have followed the instructions exactly. Unfortunately it has barely coloured my roots. Also, the smell was too strong and makes me headache.
So disappointed!!

I’m not 100% sure if this is normal or not, but it only have been 2 weeks I’d dyed my hair and my gray hair is already showing up!
Did I do something wrong or is it just not the right dye for my hair?

je vous ai tout indiqué 3 fois par mail!c'est trop compliqué de le prendre en compte purée, on va pas y passer la nuit sérieusement! vous avez déjà tout dans le mail précedent!!! vous ne répondez pas à mes questions et vous restée bloquée sur les mauvaises info
je vous ai donné toutes les instructions, car sur votre site je ne parviens pas à vous répondre
donc on reprend encore 1 fois les mêmes éléments :
merci d'envoyer une complète et pas que pour les racines svp, la couleur a viré il faut rattrapé tout ça. je veux un Chatain foncé naturel svp, pas de reflet doré ou autre,
2 flacons sont nécessaires et 2 soins car 1 seul comme au premier envoi ne suffit pas vu ma longueur, j'imagine que c'est de plus logique et que vous auriez du y penser.
pourriez-vous avancer la date d'envoi svp au plus tôt, c'est n'importe quoi mes cheveux?

I have light brown and grey soft regrowth from highlights. I ordered dark beige blonde. Followed instructions exactly, left with reddy light brown tinge. It isn't terrible, it is blended, but it just isn't want i wanted. I really dislike brassiness, so am disappointed that ordering a cool beige tone has resulted in brassiness and is much darker than expected.

Unfortunately your adjustment did not get rid of the orange and red colours now it’s just a maroon red, I Appreciate everything you’ve tried but like I said ash colours are the only colour that works better for me which was my initial choice and which I’ve not been able to try per your choice . I would be willing to try the medium Ashbrown ,my initial choice at your cost. if this is unacceptable then I will just move on. Feel free To send a return label for the unused portion of the other colours thanks Dilip.

This is my order and I was so excited to color my hair. I was disappointed because some of my gray hair still showing. When I ordered I said 100% gray.

Ich hatte meine haare nun 2 mal verfärbt obwohl ich die frage davor sogar im friseur Bedarfs laden geholt hatte. Ich dachten nun ich gebe der Sache hier mal eine chance. Ich hatte ganz genau beschrieben was ich möchte. Was mir geschickt wurde hat meine haar einfach nur dunkler und matter gemacht. Ich hatte extra geschrieben ich möchte heller und KNALLIGER werden. Ich bin wirklich unzufrieden weil meine haare jetzt zum dritten mal gefärbt wurden und ich nicht die Ton habe den ich moechte und nun zum dritten mal aufhellen muss.

bjr je n aime pas ma couleur je viens de la faire ce matin et le resultat n est pas ce que je souhaiter .trop de doré et mes tempes ne sont pas totalement recouverte , de la couleur y en avait suffisamment
de plus je vous demande de suspendre les livraisons jusqu a nouvel ordre car en confinement je n ai pas besoin de couleur toutes les 4 semaines ne sortant pas j en vois pas la necessité.

El día 10 de marzo, se suponía que iba a recibir mi pedido. El 12 de marzo me pasaron el cobro, pero a día de hoy no hay ni pedido ni devolución del pedido.
Entiendo que la situación actual es complicada, pero si no pueden prestar un servicio, lo lógico es que no lo cobren.
Espero que me devuelvan mi dinero y una respuesta.

Very disappointed, Color was supposed to be a bright copper blond but it barely covered my grey roots and regrowth and left them a horrible light brown and the rest of my hair it dulled and darkened the bright copper it already was. I used to use a garnier nutrisse color in vibrant light copper 74 but they stopped making it in the usa so I have been buying it from the ukraine on ebay where it is sold under a different name, I was hoping esalon might be my answer but unfortunately not. It looks like I am going to have to pay to go and get my hair sorted out now at a salon as I dont know what to do with the way it has turned out.

This was my second time to color my hair with E-Salon. I followed the directions and after I shampooed and conditioned my hair, I had to wash it again and it still felt waxy. Couldn’t get all the color out. Called customer service and they suggested I use baking soda with the shampoo and that should take care of the issue. While it helped, I still had to wash my hair 2 more times, so 6 times in all to get all of the color out and I was left with damaged hair. I called back again and they said they would send me some repair shampoo and conditioner.
Before this I had hair below my shoulders and I ended up having to cut my hair short to right at my neckline because it was so damaged.
I will not be using this product again.

Habe eine Haarfarbe bestellt, die zu hell ausgefallen ist und den Ansatz nicht abgedeckt hat. War mein Verschulden. Eine neue Haarfarbe konnte ich mir nicht bestellen, ging nicht weil ich einmalig eine Farbe wollte um zu probieren, der Betrag konnte aber nicht mit Rechnung bezahlt werden. War nicht möglich. Eine telefonische Auskunft ist auch nicht möglich und per E- Mail gibt's nur standardisierte Antworten die nicht auf die Probleme eingehen. Krönung des Ganzen: Ich kann das Konto nicht löschen, ich möchte dort kein Kunde mehr sein. Gesamturteil jedenfalls für mich: unbefriedigend

I give it a 3 star because I liked how it was packaged and the directions. I have dyed my hair many times. When I placed my order I stated that when I dye my hair a darker brown it has red tint and when I dye it lighter it has a orange tint. Not pleased with the color . My hair was like a orange color and then you send me another one. Very dispointed with this product.

I was unable to get to the salon before the 2020 corona virus state shut down. I ordered a color that was medium brown, and told my colorist that I wanted something to get the red out. She adjusted the color and I was sent DARK brown because she thought the original color I selected would be too "warm". I have nothing against warm, it was the reddish orange color I didn't want. I am almost fully gray, so now I have dark red where I was gray and almost black for the rest of my hair. I am sad that I was sent such a dark color. After what seemed like an eternity of back and forth with the consultant, she said to patch test the color before hand but I couldn't stand waiting another week with no color for my hair, so I tried it. It is going to take many times going back to the salon to get this back to what I wanted.

J'ai demandé une coloration qui s'apparente au plus près du rouge que j'avais et je finis châtain foncé je ne recommanderais pas chez vous et ne vous ferai pas de très bonne pub!!! je suis dégoûtée, il va falloir que je démaquille mes cheveux pour pouvoir refaire une coloration par-dessus!!!! en ces temps de confinement il est très compliqué de se procuer des colorations, je me faisais une joie d'avoir une couleur personnalisée.... en habitant seule c'était la seule joie que j'avais de cette semaine, entre le travail et la solitude....suis très triste, déçue et pas contente du tout....

Like it says will last up to 28 wash it doesn’t even last 3 wash all my gray hair starts to show up in front forehead

It didn't cover my grays at all and the color was WAY too light. Surprising since all of the reviews said it was quite dark.

major breakage

started using esalon when my box color was discontinued. i used it pretty regularly for about a year, it took some time to get color right. quit using it a couple months ago when i noticed chunks of hair breaking off. haven’t colored hair at all recently and still noticing breakage. i have very long hair, considering cutting it short the damage is so bad.

It seems like the 2 bottles were switched. I DID NOT mix them up. I'm very used to coloring my hair. But bottle one was supposed to be more dark blonde than gold and mahogany but my roots look ORANGE!!! Not dark blonde. Not mahogany. Orange. Not happy whatsoever. And the smell!!! The second bottle was so bad it was hard to breath in the shower for the last step. This was not worth $10 deal, let alone if they want more for another try. Just..... No
