This kit is amazing! Comes with everything I need and it’s delivered to my door. Easy to follow instructions and easy application. Colorist created the perfect color personalized to what I want. I love the way my hair, feels, looks and smells after coloring. Never am I going back to store bought box dyes. Love, love, love it!

This was the first time I've ever dyed my hair and I love the color! Exactly what I wanted... I am glad I choose the demi permanent option because my application wasn't quite even in some places. I am excited to try again though! Straight forward instructions, product smells good, loved the extras in my kit. Thumbs up!

I’ve never left a review before, but this product deserves the credit. I’ve been wanting low-lights in my hair after high-lighting just a too much (I’m naturally dark brown with cool undertone and very long, think and frizzy) and I wanted the low lights to match the roots.
I did the hair test and went for a full hair colour and followed the questions that suited my natural colour. Slightly unsure if it would work. Got my dye kit very quickly in the post and there is so much product! Attention to detail and quality is lovely! (Also got my cap online). I love going to my hairdresser for a treat and always will, but from now on I’ll be using this for colour!
Results are in... I love it!!! I’ve been wanting this colour for years and can’t believe a box product worked wonders! Hair quality increased so much too! I will upload a photo in my next review, as I still have an extra dye to use for my next low lights! This is not like a regular off-the-shelf product and I can’t praise E-salon enough. As a first time user of their products, I can safely say I’ll be back.
I’m just about to re-order the Classic shampoo and conditioner as I want the colour to stay and keep my hair super soft!

I loved this kit. The colour went on beautifully and it looks great. My hairdresser comes to my home to cut and colour my hair and has never come across eSalon before. She's gone away loving it and so do I!

Lovely colour. Packaging gave a nice personal touch. Product did what it was supposed to do. I liked the stain remover for the edging around the face. Very professional. Colour turned out great and hair looked great after.

Hubby did my hair came out little more red than expecting BUT before I knew it it was beautiful after a 2 day wait the color was bEAUTIFULit , it’s my color and I’m keeping with them. I’m on vacation with the hair color delivered 2 weeks ago, but no time to color so with the dye job from 12 weeks ago, I still look color is so close to perfect with my eyes and skin tone that it enhancess my grey hair beautifully! I 💕it

I have never had a more natural looking color, or a hair color kit, that left my hair actually feeling healthier than before coloring. The color is perfect, and everyone asks "That's your natural hair color, isn't it?". My reply? "It was when I was 30. I've gone almost completely grey now, but eSalon actually managed to formulate my exact haircolor and cover my greys!" I recommend eSalon to everyone who asks. And the customer service can't be beat! They've been my go-to colorists since 2018, and I'm not leaving!

I wasn't sure at first after coloring at a salon for so many years but my color kit is awesome! My colorist really listened to my requests and made adjustments along the way to help cover stubborn greys. It's easy to apply with the enclosed instructions. Loving it!

I was hesitant to go back to coloring my hair on my own after some damage done when I was younger, but the pandemic put me in a spot where I had to go for it. I am so satisfied with the service and the colors that I have been sent, and the stylists are very responsive to messages to change tones and ideas. I use demi-permanant color and I feel as though I have a new head of hair. I am VERY impressed.

I decided to try the eSalon color because my stylist's color seems to wash off after a few shampoos. It has been 4 washes and the coverage is still great! I love the color! And more than that, the process was great. I really loved the instructions for reviving the color on the ends.

I don't color for a totally different look -- only to cover a few grays, add texture and spice up my natural color a bit.
eSalon's color is the best I've used since I had insider access to salon supplies quite a few years ago. The ability to tweak color is invaluable.

I was a little skeptical at first...waited about a week after I received the shipment to do my hair...I opened the box that was personalized and packaged just for me...I love the step by step instructions ...wow what an amazing look...I have tried several over-the-counter counter hair dyes and professional hair dyes and non of them compares to this...I would definitely continue to use eSalon...way to go...by the way I also love the liquid hair dye compare to the traditional tube

Love this color set ~ easy to use with paper instructions and then tutorials online for first-time at home users for tips on how to apply for visual learners like myself! Great gray coverage, and the shampoo and conditioner leave my hair shiny and healthy!

For years I have been coloring just my roots with drugstore box dye. I am a natural blond, but my hair texture has changed over the years as the greys have come in. The color overall was dull and lifeless. eSalon matched me with a beutiful light blond that covered the greys and brought back bounce and shine. Love it!

I love the products coming to my door - no more grabbing the box off of the shelf that looks close to what I got the last time. I even got a "thumbs up" from my hairdresser the day after I colored my hair.

As I'm 57, my light blond hair with red undertones was turning to a dull ash colour. Thank you for creating a lovely demi permanent blond coppertone for me. I'm so happy with my hair again!
P.s. also thank you for your good customer care service by sending a free of charge order when the first one was lost in the mail for 3 weeks from the UK to NL. To my surprise it arrived the same day as the backup order.

My husband has been colouring my hair since the first lockdown and this is our first time using ESalon. I love it, the colour is amazing, exactly the colour I wanted. My husband commented on the superior quality of the products. My hair feels amazing. I won’t be using anything else on my hair now.

It was just what I wanted! It covered my gray, warmed my tone but kept the highlights....and so very easy to do!! I may go a touch darker in Fall. But I am so happy with it! It does not look like I did it myself.

I have used store brought coloring for years and it was always a chance at what color that box would bring. This is my first time using the Custom Color and for once I got the color I asked for. The color seems to be holding well so far. It was easy to use and did not seem to have a huge smell compared to the store coloring set. The instructions were easy to follow. The product did not seem to dry my hair out (I did purchase the Color care and Condition duo, which probably helped also) Have gotten good comments from others at how nice and healthy my hair looks. At this time I would recommend this Custom Color set.

I am absolutely in love with this colour. The dark mahogany brown is amazing!
I have been using box hair dyes during lockdown and they have left my hair feeling dry and looking, meh 😕
But my esalon customised dye was perfect 👌🏻 Such a gorgeous colour, it had the lovely yummy warm red tones that I really wanted and left my hair feeling soft and sooo pretty.
the after dye kit is brilliant. The dye is really easy to apply with the brush, but I am not the most skilled at applying hair dye and I did get manage to get on my chin and arms 😅 but the hair dye remover included in the kit sorted that out in seconds.
I am so happy with my first esalon experience and will definitely be ordering again and again and again!
Thank you for providing such a wonderful personalised product that was absolutely perfect for me ❤️

first time I purchase a custom hair color! I usually buy off the shelf,higher end hair color from target...I'm very satisfied with this one! the customization is excellent...instructions easy to follow,l like the lil sticker to pin up instructions as u color...my hair felt and looked better after coloring...color is terrific! I see a difference in this kit than store bought color!my hair color is excellent, just what I wanted! I will rebuy!

A little red-toned for my liking, but I love it nevertheless. I love the color! I love that it's not too dark, but just dark enough. It covers the previous red, that I had, well. The color team was perfectly kind and amazingly understandable. They didn't talk down to me, but put what they were asking in a nice, easy to understand way. Thank you, thank you!

I thought I’d give this a try at the introductory price not being sure what to expect but I was really impressed. I loved how you customised the colour for my roots and ends and your videos were extremely helpful. Despite not having been to the hair dressers in months my hair really felt like I’d just been.

I first went with a light brown copper but found the brown too warm for my skin tone (fair, cool undertones and reddish hue). Asked to adjust a shade lighter to dark blonde copper. Awesome!

I wasn't sure at first. I didn't know what to expect, would the color be right?, would my hair fall out? lol, none of the above.
What I got was the best coloring I've ever received box or salon visit. The color selection was spot on it looks so natural and healthy, you know how sometimes when you've colored you can't wait to wash it once to have the color settle in because it looks like it's just sitting on top your hair, it's ready to wear as soon as you finish coloring it and blow it out. I can't get over how well the color matched, what a terrific long lasting shine there is in my hair and how soft and easy it is to style, I am very happy.
I have some grey, not a lot, so the only problem I had was my gray came back sooner then it should have but that's my fault because it was my first time using the color I think I washed it out sooner than I should have.
You'll be quite pleased with the product. I am and this is now my new go to for coloring.

I’m super pleased esalon matched my colour as had previously coloured my hair with a different brand a lovely copper shade, I would say my greys were not covered the best but I’m sure this is due to my own fault as I was trying to be careful not to overlap the colour and missed a few areas... however I have just used the light set to add highlights and the total effect now is amazing! Has really made my hair look more natural and will blend the lighter greys coming through too I would imagine.

I have naturally thick curly hair which I keep as glossy and healthy as possible - often box dyes dry out and ruin my curls and it takes weeks of care to get them back to their full glory. This custom colour set was perfect for keeping them hydrated and soft. The colour was rich and warm and I couldn’t be happier with it. I’ll never use a box dye again!

I was a little skeptical about trying this. Oh my gosh they nailed my hair color!!!!! I’m a natural dark strawberry blonde. As I get older the roots come in gray or a dark brown. This covered that, gave me a beautiful color, and exactly what I asked for. I love the instructions provided to me. Definitely worth it!!!!

Used box dye during the first two lockdowns and my hair wasn't coping well at all. E-salon popped up on Instagram and i thought why not give it a go. I have long dark hair,almost waist length with grey roots! This personalised colour was fantastic, my hair looks fab,feels fab and the step by step guide is fool proof! I will continue to use e-salon moving foward,even when lockdown is lifted.

From start to finish, I am really impressed with eSalon.
The colour selection process along with determining my needs was clear and easy to navigate.

Loved the color. Changed color after first time with help from representative who were so helpful. Would recommend. I’m usually sensitive to hair color but no sensitivity to these products. Only thing I feel a little expensive should offer free shipping

I love the colours. Freddy my colourist helps me to adjust it from time to time as I have a lot of natural red pigment in my hair which can go brassy, also it’s nice to have a change.

I have bought different brands and different shades and never gotten close to the color or gray coverage that I got with your formula that matches my younger days. It feels good, not brittle or striped. Love it! I only used one bottle and still have one left.
