Loved this color! I have to be honest though...I am not talented enough to apply the color to the roots only! It ended up as all over color and have no highlights left, but kind of like it better this way :)

First time I ever did my roots by myself. The most challenging part was applying color to the back of my head. I was worried that I would miss parts; but it came out beautiful! Like I had been to the salon. The color was perfect! Thank you eSalon!

Love my color, it's the exact color I wanted by just answering a few questions. The smell of the dye is NOT strong like the store products intact I like the smell. I'm not one to buy anything online but glad I tried this product!! I'm one Happy, happy customer.

Trips to the salon are on hold for me during the pandemic and my grey hair was beginning to overtake my head. I did t like it. I decided to try esalon and I’m so glad I did! My colorist worked with me to achieve the perfect color for me. Do yourself a favor and try this. You wont be disappointed. And You are worth it!

ESalon is the best product I have used for coloring my hair. All of the three color kits I have received have been

I was using box color from the store. I loved the color, but not the formula, so I decided to try Esalon. My first match wasn't quite right, so they sent me another try, and it was perfect! The color I love, and a formula that didn't kill my hair!

Easy, affordable with good results. I have been making fewer trips to the salon because of this product. My first use pulled red-which happens when I lighten my hair. The colorist was able to update my color and it looks great.

It took a bit to get the perfect colour for me but we got it! Made two adjustments (loved the colours done but not quite what I was looking for) and now I have dark blonde/light brown and I love it! It is the perfect colour to allow me to now grow out my natural colour that has quite a bit of grey now. I’m so pleased with the products!

Die Haarfarbe nutze ich jetzt seit einigen Monaten und bin super zufrieden. Die Farbe lässt sich toll verteilen, es kleckert nichts und das Ergebnis ist superschön und natürlich. Im Gegensatz zu meinen Haarfarben aus der Drogerie verblasst diese Farbe nicht so schnell und ich muss nicht ganz so oft nachfärben.
Auch der Support ist wirklich toll, es wird schnell und unkompliziert auf alle Anliegen reagiert.

I couldn't be more pleased with eSalon so far. The product is great, communication is excellent, and even the customer service has been so impressive. My stylist has created a great color for me. I colored my hair at salons for years and I've also used plenty of box dye as well. This is the best of both worlds and I really can't complain. Nice gray coverage, too!

The Custom Color is just amazing!!! It is the best, even better than my Salon did for many, many years. Your product is so easy to use and the results are amazing. I began using e-salon during the pandemic with the expectation that it would be a temporary solution until it became more safe to return to the salon. The first application was ok, but I emailed the stylist with pictures and requested changes. She nailed it!!! Every application I have had since has been absolutely perfect. I have received a bazillion compliments on social media (Im still not going very many places), and from the friends and family I have seen. I am a believer and will continue to use e-salon for as long as it remains this fabulous!!!

I loved this home hair color system was so thorough and easy to follow. It made my experience so easy and a lot less nerve wracking!! The instructions were thoughtfully written out and my first attempt was a success. I cannot wait to have another go. I do need some better gray coverage for my next color but I have already reached out and let my colorist know.

Normally would get my colour done from my hairdresser but lockdown had to change and have been extremely please even had a hair cut in between lockdowns and my hairdresser was very impressed with the colour match.

My color has been a light brown and I asked to have it go lighter. I could not be happier. The color is natural looking and looks much softer against my complexion. Pretty amazing, actually. Given the variances in color from one computer screen to another, I was surprised and impressed by how close they came to my prior color. Application was easy, another surprise because I have streaks I had to work around so I wouldn’t lose them. The only problem I had was that I didn’t apply the color heavily enough at the temples, so I ended up with a little gray still there. Now I’ll know better for my next application. Overall, I was as happy with eSalon as I have been with many in-person salon services.

The color set was Everything it promised to be, reasonably priced, easy to use, contains everything you need and the end product was indistinguishable from the $150.00 I was paying for a comparable color at a salon

I just tried my hair color and I love it. Ordered it I think in May but just used it. It was easy to use, I like that everything is right there.
I think I would like to try highlights. That’s the main reason I go to the salon is for the highlights.

I’m thrilled with my root touch up experience! I had highlights and keratin done over the summer and loved the look. With roots coming out I wanted to maintain my look. This was definitely a great experience, I like the color and it blends nicely with my hair.

I love eSalon's demi color. The color makes my hair soft and shiny as well as being as close to my natural color as I've used. Even as it slowly fades over the weeks my hair still looks natural with no bronze red as other colors I've used.

Great color, bad conditioner

I have always been happy with my eSalon experience. There was a change in the shampoo/conditioner that was shipped with the November and December order. The conditioner prior to the November delivery always left my hair smooth and silky after coloring. This time my hair was dry and brittle, even while the conditioner was still in my hair. I had to use my own deep conditioner after rinsing the conditioner that came with the package, followed by argan oil to rebalance my poor hair. The color is always great. Please go back to the previous conditioner, this new one stinks!
