Comes with good instructions, and easy to use. Customer service is excellent! I love the way my hair feels (soft) and looks (shiny, rich, natural-looking) after I've colored my hair. For years I used drug store coloring kits that left my hair "too dyed" looking and that faded quickly, That's not the case now, I'm so glad someone told me about eSalon! Highly recommend.

This product is amazing. It’s gentle to the scalp and the colorists even readjusted my color and it’s now perfect. I’m also excited to add to my order their new bayalage kit! Love eSalon!!

I will never go back to drug store color or going to the salon for my color. This is the best color I have ever had in my life. The best part is the personal treatment!

I received my new custom color kit for the first time from eSalon and it was everything and then more. Not only did it match the exact color of my choice, but the color has stayed true now for 4 weeks with no fading. I am very happy with the product and will continue to use eSalon!

If I was into highlights or ombre colors, I would go to a salon. I'm an all over color girl and it's pretty easy to do yourself if your not making a dramatic color change. Recently decided to try this service and very happy. The color is a good thick consistency and my hair feels less damaged and covers my stubborn greys. I do not recommend coloring your own hair if you are going a shade or two lighter or darker. Go to a salon and make note of the level they used and then you can touch up your roots with esalon!

my hair is celebrating. the color of my hair says a lot about me, how I am and what defines me. That's why since I dye my hair dark brown golden e-salon my hair makes me look young and pretty. the dark shine with the golden hue play with my hair and make it look healthy and beautiful. I love it!

I have used the prduct first time. I was nervous to try something new. I had an excellent experience with products. I got a very good results after coloring. Honestly, I have wasted so much money coloring my hair in salon but I have done hair coloring at home this time with good results. I recommend esalon to all. Very good.

I love the e-salon color experts and the way they respond to my needs. My hair color is perfect. I was noticing I needed a little more red and all I had to do was reach out. The hair team adjusted my color and I am pleased. I would highly recommend this service. It is a great product, gentle in hair, and long lasting!

When I received my personalized hair color I was a little skeptical but gave it a try. Wow!! is all I can say. Having it be personalized with my name was a great touch. The instructions were easy to follow and my hair color turned out awesome.
So worth it and saves you so much money versus a hair salon.

My hair is soft and the color was easy to apply. I will use this product again. The result is like a salon. Although salons are open now i plan to save money and continue color my hair at home.

Good service for changes, relatively gentle on hair and good color.

This is so easy. I ordered a set and applied and let the next one arrive [too early] so I would have it on hand whenever I wanted it. Then I began to adjust timing to what I need. This way I am never caught without color on hand. I found I wanted to go a bit lighter over the summer and it was so easy to make the adjustment. Try this if you have not done so already.

Honestly. I’ve tried them all. And home Coloured for a good many years but for whatever reason the colours were coming out too dark or too brown. It was just not working out. So I saw this advert and thought try it! So I did. It’s been the most ‘me’ Colour I’ve ever used outside a salon. And it just gets better as the weeks pass. Thank you so so much. I promise I will never go anywhere else for home Colour. Great job.

I could not believe I answered a few questions and received my kit. It arrived and I used it. It was the best color I have ever had for my hair. Good bye 250 dollar salon bills. I am serious. It is life changing. I look so much younger and it is really natural.

I have been using eSalon for 4 months now to touch up my roots in between highlights. The first personalized color was slightly brassy and I gave feedback and the next color was perfect! It is perfect to color up my Gray's in between going to my professional colorist for highlights. Highly recommend

I was not having a good experience with box store bought kits. So since I get everything else sent to my home , during this covid-19 time. I saw video on Facebook and decided to try it. I have little time with working from home and twins in 6th grade on the computer. So it was fairly easy and I loved the coverage over my grays and I was able to do it on my/kids lunch break. I will continue to get more kits and tell my friends.

What impressed me the most is that the color was truly the color I wanted and expected, even on the day I used it. Other brands gave me an orange overcast that faded after a couple of days. I would recommend the eSalon service.

I wanted to darken my color. The color choices I had were easy for me to pick the color I was looking for. Once my hair was colored I could not have been more pleased. Danielle mixed the color perfectly to the shade I wanted!! So happy!!

I honestly am not one to leave reviews but I had to make sure that I comment on how amazing the e-salon color and products are! I’ve ordered color 3 times already and have adjusted my color each time. Their customer service is great and the colorists are very patient with me and my requests/questions. I have never had my hair look so shiny and healthy. I was spending so much money at the salon for root touch ups and balayage, so I was only going every 3-4 months. Now I’m able to maintain my hair color every 10 weeks while also saving money and staying safe during this pandemic. I’m so happy and grateful to have found e-salon. I’m a customer for life!

Since we’ve been home this year, I’ve been trying all the home haircolor kits without much success. Some had flat color, some didn’t cover my grays. This color is beautiful! Golden but not brassy, multidimensional and shiny. And no grays. I’m so happy I rushed on here to write a review.

I have used many at home kit companies in the past and always received the single tube of color which left my hair flat and dull with no dimension. I really love how this is custom blended and i feel comfortable writing my colorist to adjust if needed, my hair is the softest and most shiny its been in years.

I'm so happy with the way my color turned out! I requested more purple tones in my Dark Brown - Intense Pearl, and my colorist delivered! My hair is gorgeous now and exactly how I wanted it. Beautiful purple tones without looking like a purple crayon.
