I have been paying exorbitant amount of money to salons to hide my grey hair for at least 15 years. I can only recall approximately 10 times I exited the salon happy with the results. I believe this is only my 3rd order however your stylists hit a home run!!! It’s absolute magic. Even my dermatologist asked what my secret was! (I am undergoing radiation and cryogenic procedures on my face/scalp for squamous cell carcinomas). I will send a picture soon, after the swelling and bruising subside. I thank the Lord for your company. You are the one reason I don’t feel so ugly.

Absolutely love this product. Box set is brilliant, hair colour was gorgeous even though I didn't send photo. The colour leaves your hair so soft. About to get new colour, slightly darker, just because I can.

Ich war zuerst skeptisch, da nicht alle Bewertungen so gut sind aber ich muss sagen ,der Farbton ist sehr natürlich und gefällt mir sehr gut,nicht zu dunkel und nicht zu hell.O.k.die Farbmischung stinkt im ersten Moment sehr aber ich finde das es nach kurzer Zeit verflogen ist.Im ganzen bin ich sehr zufrieden, hoffe das die Farbe, im grauen Haar etwas länger hält, als herkömmliche Farben aus dem Discounter. Also ich werde erst mal weiter diese Farbe benutzen.

I absolutely ADORE eSalon! I'm a redhead so of course hard to match, I lightened my hair between orders and simply notified them and my colorist adjusted my next order PERFECTLY! Also love the ends touch-up kit!!!! Can't say enough about how great they are. Superb products!

This is just like going to a real salon! The product is wonderful, when I wanted to adjust the color, they did so without hesitation or additional cost and the consult was complete and personal. The shampoo and conditioner leaves my hair silky soft and very manageable. Would recommend this to everyone!

Loved the explanation and the care behind this, with a bit of practice we can get a very satisfactory hair colour even if we are not the experts. A colourist follows your steps and is there if you have any questions I really liked it

Before the pandemic, I got my hair done every 3-4 months, properly cut, colored, and styled. Since the pandemic, I haven't felt safe doing that, but I really needed help! This is great because I can do my own hair, and I can enjoy different colors without worrying about it totally stripping or damaging my hair. And it's so affordable that I don't mind doing something nice for myself.

I love my color. It's beautiful. I had all the people at my beauty salon ask me if I did my hair and I told them I did. They were totally surprised and said it was looked awesome.

I’ve been a customer for awhile now and love the products. Have switched my formula a few times because I am a natural redhead but thru the years went darker. This is pretty close to my natural color and looks so healthy now

I did usually salon got expensive Then did boxed. Saw this and decided to order. Love it the color great and the color holds longer. Easy to use. And the staff really helpful to help. Color looks more natrual.

This it the best home hair colour I ever have.
I normally went to hairdresser to have my colour done but with lock down so I decided to do if myself. The team and instructed are very helpful easy to apply colour, after colour my hair so soft, shiny and healthy looking. Definitely going to continue my next order. Thank you x

I had asked my stylist for a shade a little bit darker than my previous order and she delivered! The shade is beautiful and it’s so easy to put on. I love that the product makes my hair so shiny and soft. Love it!

I am SO impressed with this process and product. I will be coloring at home from now on. I had so much blonde & didn't like my highlights any more. Stuck in due to the pandemic & took a leap of faith. Was well worth it!

I am a color-at-home newbie and was scared to take the plunge. With the pandemic and roots for days, I decided to give it a try. The color was what I was hoping for and I was pleased I was able to do it on my own with good instructions. Also helped being able to describe ahead of time what current condition/look was and what I hoped to achieve.

My strawberry blond is a difficult color and first try the red was a bit too deep. But after discussing adjusting the mix, Paul nailed it! Beautiful with golden highlights in one application Thank you. At first I was concerned about the addition of Ash and Beige tones, but those additions were an inspiration. Would highly recommend the service and products supported by excellent follow up and customer service.

I have been a customer for years. Recently some positive changes have happened. Formerly after coloring my hair felt like I had smeared Vaseline on it. Now my hair is soft and manageable. So happy that you changed your formulation.

I loved the formula and the results. My hair looks shiny and healthy!! And I really can't wait to test and see how it looks under daylight for this fall season!.
I was a bit sceptical as both the colour and developer seem a bit more liquid than what I usually use, but was impressed with how creamy it became after I mixed them.
Instructions were super clear.

I always color my hair at home and I wated to give this a try. I loved the color, application process was easy. My hair was very soft afterwards. Giving 4 stars just because my gray hair didn't get covered as much as I wanted. Keeping the subscription to try more products as they seem to be very good quality.

I love the color. Love the shampoo and conditioner that comes in each kit. My hair is fine,thin and wavy. Its soft and vibrant with this kit. Great grey coverage.

So happy with the outcome of my hair color! It has been many, many years since I have colored my own hair and several orange roots later! Salon highlighted for last 12 years but unable to go to the salon due to Covid so decided to try eSalon and very happy I did! I am amazed at the great color match from a photo! The kit and instructions were super helpful and made the experience enjoyable. The products are great, the conditioner is wonderful!

The color is a great match for me which is fortunate since my hair colorist has not yet gone back to work. Very easy to do but still need a little help from my husband. Overall, very pleased with the product. There have been some shipping problems but that is due to the US Post Office.

Just colored mine for the first time and it turned out beautiful! I used a medium blonde for root touch up only and it blended beautiful and looks very natural! It covered my gray very well, no harsh smell and it did not burn my scalp like the salon color does! Love the shampoo and conditioner that came with the set smell is very nice and it made hair feel soft. I also purchased the cape, gloves, bowl and brush to apply the color and all were great products made very well just like the salon ones. Also purchased the tint rinse and weekly retreat and cant wait to try them both! I have referred Esalon to my daughter's, friends and family this is such a great way to do it your self! Thanks Esalon!

Ok so here we go... 1st time trying this out and let me tell you... im in love. The presentation was fabulous. The color and easy step by step details also was great. My hair felt a little dry at the ends but that's normal for coloring. Over all i liked it all especially the tint rinse which adds extra shine. Only thing was i didnt get the color i wanted exactly on the 1st try so hoping the next set will be just right

I’ve been contemplating using esalon for over 12 months and I was always a little sceptical and a bit scared to stray from my norm but on Sunday night as I lay in bed looking for something to buy I thought you know what I’m doing it!!! And am I glad I did!!! I have to say I’ve been colouring my hair now since I was 12 years old and I’m now 25 or have I got that the wrong way round?! Yes 40 years and it’s took me that long to find one this good! It is by far the best hair dye I’ve ever bought! The kit contained everything I needed, (apart from a full protect body suit to stop the mess I get into!) even down to the most amazing little stain removing wipe which was worth every penny I paid!!! The instructions were fool proof and the presentation amazing! It was also the first time I’ve used a home product without thinking I was about to run out!!! The coverage on my hair was amazing and even covered the 3 (hundred!) grey hairs that I have! The tones are beautiful and the overall shine is dazzling!!! If I had to make one little adjustment it would be for a little extra conditioner as I felt it wasn’t quite enough! Having said that I managed!!! If you have the slightest hesitation about stepping away from your usual colour, don’t!! I can assure you you won’t be disappointed!!!!

I was so nervous about coloring my hair after having it blonde for so long. I love that my color expert took everything into consideration. She asked for more pics, and then called me to discuss a filler pre rinse. It was included at no extra cost. Two bottles of color were sent, and one was more than enough. There was nothing that wasn’t thought of for this!!! The color is absolutely beautiful, and I’ll ALWAYS use this company going forward. Also, the price is perfect!!!!

I was concerned about switching from Demi permanent to permanent and my colorist assured me it would be a good switch. She sent the sweetest note to assure me again with my box and that made me feel better. She was right! I think I do better than the stylists I’ve been to do and it saves me so much time and money!

I have very stubborn gray hair and over the counter hair color would always leave a section uncolored. The formula from esalon was fantastic, colored my hair all the way little to no gray hair left.

I was blown away by the color. My natural color is a very dark brown/ black. In the past coloring my hair the black shades always looked fake and the browns weren’t dark enough. Finally I have found a natural soft black that looks perfect!
