Love the color. The results are amazing. My hair texture is amazing as well. I had enough solution left over so the quantity was sufficient. Except the solution was very strong smelling and it teared my eyes all the time inspite of doing it in well ventilated area.

Coverage was great! Covered my grays especially on top is the worst I have highlights do I just maintain the top until my salon opens !!thanks for your help and for a professional product!!!

I had long natural growth and also a lightened, dyed bottom half of my hair and was stumped how to do anything with it when I couldn't go to the salon. On top of that, I knew that an eventual salon job would be expensive. ESalon gave me two different formulas for my two-tone situation and now I have even gold hair - no color lines! It looks as natural as possible and it was as easy as the box dyes from the pharmacy. Will definitely be doing it again.

I have colored my hair for many years and had it colored in salons. The store colors would always leave my roots with a raspberry tone and later turn brassy. I’ve used my Esalon color twice over the last few months and it’s been great!!!!

I bought this for my roots having previously spent a lot at the hair dressers every 8 weeks. I was nervous about home colouring my roots because I have an ombré balayage, a whole head colour didn’t scare me but this was new to me. The colour was a perfect match ( I have no idea how ) , the applicator brush was easy to use and the little touches were there to make everything easy. I’ll use this again even when salons are open for my roots.

Ich habe eine Farbe ausgesucht und ein Foto hochgeladen. Dann erhielt ich eine Mail, dass meine Farbe heller sein sollte und entsprechend geändert wird, wenn ich einverstanden bin. Ich ließ die Änderung zu und habe genau die Farbe bekommen, die ich mir vorgestellt habe. Da die Lieferung wegen der Corona Zeit dauerte, haben sie mir unaufgefordert 10€ Gutschrift gegeben.

I finally got the guts to try to apply my own permanent color due to the pandemic shelter-in-place, and the results are fantastic! It was a little awkward trying to do the back by myself, but I'm sure that will be easier with practice. The color is PERFECT! And my hair feels so soft and conditioned. Mahalo!

The color was darker than I need, considering my last order was around ten years ago. Nice shine and hair softness. I need more gray control. I’ve got a big patch of gray on the left side of my forehead that is really hard to cover.

Was so scared to do my hair myself had been previously box dying my hair due to financial reasons and it always made my hair greasy and so drab. I coloured my hair with e colour everything was so well explained and easy to follow and my hair looks as if I had been to the salon to get it done professionally for half the price and my hair feels absolutely amazing, no more greasy hair.

I haven't colored my hair at home for years, but because I can't get it done professionally right now I thought I'd try. I'm happy I tried eSalon. It was easy to apply, rinse out, etc. I was surprised how nicely the color turned out. To save money, I might continue to use this and not go back to the salon.

I will never go to the salon to color my hair again. This was my first time doing at home color, and it was amazingly easy to use, and the instructions were perfect. My color was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I'm beyond thrilled!

I was a bit nervous trying a new color that I ordered over the internet. Got brave and did it. The color is amazing. It looks natural. Other brands I have used would take three or four washings before the color would balance and look natural. I will recommend this to everyone.

I love my eSalon hair color. I was advised that I try a slightly different shade before they mixed my color and I was surprised at how well it came out for at-home treatment. I have been going to my colorist for years but because of the pandemic I had to try something new. I am very impressed! Thanks!!

Didnt turn out as the exact colour but love it anyway!
I chose esalon during COVID19 as I needed my greys/whites covering but I was worried as I dont have a standard hair colour.
I loved the box it came in and the instructions were easy!
I am looking forward to receiving my next box :-)

I picked a color and was told it was too warm for me. She proposed to prepare one especially for me and she was close to be right on the spot. It's different from my regular color but very nice.
Products are great, instructions are personalized and easy to use. I very enjoyed my experience using the Custom Color Set.

Loved the color match and really needed it during the lock-down. I'm sensitive to dye and tolerated this without any issues. Directions are clear and if followed, give great results. I will definitely be back when I need to color again.

I didn’t realize how phenomenal my color came out until I looked at accidental before and after pictures. The store bought brands compare to these results. So worth it!

I am a 53 years young African American woman with NATURAL, 4c hair. My gray coverage was apparently 1 1/2 to 2 inches of new growth. I have tried SEVERAL products that claim to be made specifically for my hair type, and have never received the type of results I did with ESalon. I followed the instructions to detail, and my results are very satisfying. No gray hair!!!. I will definitely recommend this product, and will use it again in a couple of months. My color selection was soft black. I did not take a picture because I was not expecting the great results I received, but will on my next process. GREAT PRODUCT!!!

I absolutely love esalon. The dyes is amazing and it is easy to apply. The only problem I had was it wasn't the right shade. I reached out to esalon and they fixed the problem right away. I will never go to a salon to dye my hair again.

The kit was well equipped and most appreciated. The instructions were great and the product was wonderful. I am sad that the color looks orange, not anyone's fault, we will keep trying. My friend, who has colored for years, helped me. She loves the product, too.

I love how I just answered a few questions and just like that they sent me a color that was right for me. It was gentle on my hair and evenly colored my hair even though I had lots of highlights. I was afraid it might turn too dark but it didn't. Super easy to use And will most definitely order again.

The kit is great and has everything I need and then some to color at home. Instructions are very clear. Product is low odor. It is treating my hair better than what I was using before and I like that I can change the color if needed as I go and continue to use the product.

I was skeptical of coloring my own hair after seeing so many horror stories online but I knew I had to do something. The online ordering was super easy, it came on time, the instructions were easy to follow and the results were amazing. My hair felt like I just left the salon only better. I may never get my hair colored in a salon again!

I have been going to the salon for many years now and with COVID19 and salons being closed, I thought I would give this a whirl. WOW! Excellent gray coverage. I have highlights with a darker root and I was able to touch up my roots perfectly at home. The color and coverage was perfect. I felt like I had just stepped out of the salon with a lot more money in my pocket! I am on my 4th week since coloring and it still looks fantastic. Thank you so much eSalon!

1ère commande reçue! Tension de la 1ère utilisation. Process expliqué pas à pas. Et résultat de dingue! Moi qui ai les les cheveux longs, épais et bouclés avec disons-le quelques cheveux blancs à couvrir sur le pourtour... Couleur superbe, brillante, uniforme mais vivante. This was the first time that I had attempted to colour my hair and I put off doing it for ages. I need not have worried, it was easier than I had anticipated as the instructions were clear, the resulting colour match excellent and my hair, after using the shampoo and conditioner, had never been so shiny and silky.

I have been colouring my hair for 20 years and this is by far the best colour I have ever had on my hair. It looks so beautiful, the colour is shiny and covered all my greys. It comes boxed so beautifully and the personalised touches make it feel very luxurious. I am definitely a fan for life.

This is an amazing product. The color is rich and the texture of my hair is shiny and soft. I just have to master technique so that I can apply it like a professional.

I have to say I'm very impressed with the product and the overall experience!
I have been going to salons my whole life, but due to this pandemic I couldn't so I decided to try eSalon.
I have very dark hair, almost black, and have been dyeing them red for around ten years. So, as you can imagine, I was a bit worried of having to go lighter by myself at home (we've all seen the videos).
The order part, with the survey and everything, was very easy to use. I clearly stated the color I wanted to achieve and the one I was starting from.
The package arrived in less than a week with absolutely everything I needed. They sent me two colors (the second one was free, yay!) one for the roots and one for the ends.
Everything went smoothly with the application and the final result was gorgeous!!
My hair was even much much softer than before I dyed them (which was a concern of mine): again, I am really really impressed. Will try the highlights set as well, and might never go back to pay the big bucks in expensive London salons.

The stylist did a great job getting me the color I really wanted for a color touch up. I like that you send a picture to help them w the match. The process was easy. I didn’t think I could get the back thorough enough so my husband did have to help out. Maybe some people can do it by themselves, but I feel like it’s a 2 person job for beginners . Would definitely order again

This kit was exactly what I needed to fight those gray hairs sneaking in during shelter-in-place. I followed the directions exactly and was very pleased with the results. Easy to apply and looked great when I was all finished. I would definitely purchase this kit again!

I have never used a permanent colour on my hair, I'm 47 and going grey in one area and needed something to lift my spirits in lockdown. This colour added depth and warmth to my already dark hair, and bonus covered the grey. Looking forwards to doing it again and topping up my colour!
