i rate this color a 5 star. The color was a perfect match. This is the first time that I have colored my roots. The color kit that came had everything that you need. The instruction were easy to follow. I will be a returning customer. I want to thank the colorist at esalon for an excellent job of matching color for the first time. I must say I was very happy with the custom color sent to me by eSalon! I vowed I would never color my own hair for fear of making a mess out of it and looking ridiculous. I always get my hair professionally colored and have been doing so for more than 20 years. Decided to try eSalon on a suggestion of my sister. I just colored my hair with the medium brown and the results were just as good as when I get my hair colored at the salon! It was a PERFECT match! Instructions were very easy to follow. So very pleased and will definitely order again! Thank you for a great product and alleviating all my fears!!

1ère couleur achetée et faite hier chez moi. Résultat excellent, c est la même que chez mon coiffeur et bien moins chère !
Très facile d utilisation. Le coffret est complet, bien pensé, tout y est. Mes cheveux sont doux et soyeux.
J'ai souscrit à un abonnement mensuel.

I was very sceptical about colouring my own hair at home especially due to the mixture of blondes, light browns, dark browns & copper tones my hair was but due to the current situation that we’re all in I thought I’d go for it, I don’t have a lot greys but it covered my very dark roots & greys amazingly & my hair is all the same copper colour, It looks great... I documented it all via snapchat & I must say I am over the moon with the results... I will definitely use again!! Shame you don’t have a recommended a friend scheme as I have so many friends asking where they can buy their own kit xSx

Sehr schöne einzigartige Farbe. Ich habe mich gefreut, dass man bei der ersten Bestellung 2 verschieden starke Färbemittel bekommt, damit konnte ich eine gleichmäßige Farbe meiner Haare erzielen. Vorher habe ich Produkte aus dem Drogeriemarkt benutzt. Mit eSalon erreicht man ein viel professionelleres Ergebnis. Ich werde dabei bleiben und freue mich auf das nächste Paket, da ich direkt ein Abo abgeschlossen habe. :-)

My hair came out salon quality. At first I thought my roots would be turn out different than the other parts of my hair. But no. It looks great. The kit had everything I needed. I didn't even have color marks on my forehead, thanks to the protective solution in the kit. That is better than my stlylist is able to achieve.
Thank you for your great product and for matching the color with what I asked for.

I was a little hesitant in trying to do this myself. But with everything going on it was a perfect time. Got my kit just before the influenza struck the US. So with everything shut down I decided to try it. The instructions were simple and everything went perfectly . Yevette, my color specialist, was an angel so I knew if I had any problems she was my go to person. So I had the confidence to try it myself. And I did it! It turned out perfect

Ich bin mit der Anwendung und dem Ergebnis der Haarfarbe sehr zufrieden. Es war alles wie in der Anleitung beschrieben. Die Haare fühlen sich danach superweich und gepflegt an.

I have been wanting to dye my hair for a while now, just to cover up a few silver strands I have. It turned out awesome and worked great and did the job it was suppose too. My custom hair color turned out a lot like my natural hair color (which is what I wanted) but more vibrant and the color looks more alive... I just love it! I came across eSalon while I was browsing on the web, so I checked out their site and am glad I did. I like how it shows you what your current color is and gives you a view of what it will look like with the custom hair color you pick. Its really easy and I will never spend another minute in a store trying to find the right hair color because I have found it right here on eSalon!

A pandemic quarantine brings out the creative side. After 4 weeks at home and no end in sight, my roots were looking way to prominent! I researched and eSalon seemed like a good way to start. It arrived in less than a week, I read the instructions, and less than an hour later I was done. I am beyond pleased! Easy....quick....no mess...GREAT RESULT! Thanks to the customer service team who helped me get my order right. I will definitely order again.

I just want to thank my colorist Crystella. She was very helpful in getting me the results i desired. This was my first time using this app and i had no idea what to expect. I had my color a few days before I used it only because I was afraid of it, I admit. The directions were very clear and the tutorial on the site is great! I'm going to continue using this product for sure! The colorist matched my hair perfect, covered my gray completely and was easy to do. Thank you so much!

Blonde hair is really hard to color, especially if it’s been colored in a salon previously. First, I loved the personal approach. I was contacted by a colorist after sending in a photo and she adjusted the color (I had ordered a shade too light). The results were great! Totally covered the gray and blended into my blonde. I love it!!!

I've dyed my hair before, and I've also spent hundreds at fancy salons, but this set made specifically for ME was the epitome of perfection! I absolutely love how everything was organized and spelled out accordingly. It did take me just as long as it does in the salon, but we're quarantined right now and my husband had control of the kids, so I had all the time in the world. :) My hair looks fantastic and I couldn't be happier with this purchase! Omg! I didn't think this would work but it did!! It was so easy - the packaging came with everything I needed and the instructions were so clearly written. Whoever invented the customer package was brilliant. And, the product high end, I get my hair done every 3 weeks and I did this myself with amazing results - I'm astonished, I will be using this in between all my highlighting treatments and recommending it to everyone!

I have always used store bought hair dye. It's gotten to the point that store bought dye wouldn't stick to my hair, it would just wash out. Very sceptically I ordered my hair dye from eSalon and now I'm sold for life! Not only did the dye stick but the color popped and it stayed! Thank you eSalon! You succeeded at making me feel good about myself!!

I’ve been dying my hair since I was 10. I change my hair color as much as Kate Winslet character Clementine in Eternal sunshine of the Spotless Mind. This kit was really exciting to open. Loved how every item was personalized, a really nice touch, especially right now while we are shut inside. Really makes you feel special. Application was a BREEZE! Super quick and easy. Detailed instructions. Again, I want to emphasize how nice the little touches, like the stickers to hold up instructions, were. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I’m super excited for my highlight kit. 10/10 recommend. My only hope is they expand their colors. I’d love to be pink in the next few years

I have never colored my own hair, so I was anxious, skeptical and worried. I read the instructions,used the enclosed sticker to tape them to the wall,set everything up and went for it! Wow!!! My hair looks and feels great!

I love this product. I have not had a bad color, and if I feel the need to change it up a little bit, the colorists have made every change I have requested. It leaves my hair very shiny and soft.

You made my captivity so much better - a lot less grey, anyway! Perfect hair colour, great instructions. I have never coloured my own hair before, but these are desperate times. It worked perfectly. If only I could learn how to cut my hair! Thanks for saving the day.

Perfect again! Asked to slightly lighten color, clear advice and instructions given. Plenty of product, clear individual instructions print out, texts prior to this to also assist, all the ‘extras’ you need in the box. Blown away by how good my colour is. Have absolute faith that whatever I want to achieve color wise in the future I will get the correct advise. So happy !

Habe heute das erste Mal meinen Ansatz gefärbt.
War mit der präzisen Anweisung gut zu schaffen (hatte zuerst Bedenken, dass ich zu ungeschickt sei)
Das Farbergebnis hat meine Erwartung übertroffen. Wenn die Farbe jetzt noch 3/4 Wochen das Grau am Ansatz deckt, bin ich restlos begeistert.
Werde nach dieser Zeit nochmals kurz berichten.

Je suis très contente d’avoir acheté ma couleur et sans regret encore mieux qu’au salon. J’en suis à mon deuxième shampoing et rien à dire pas de cheveux blanc en vue la tenue et exceptionnelle. Dans le kit il y’a tous ce qu’il faut j’étais même étonnée d’avoir tous ça dedans et en plus du prix qui est bien moins cher qu’au salon et la tenue plus longue aussi.
Franchement je reste chez esalon , je n’irai au coiffeur que pour couper les cheveux.
En plus on peut modifier le ton de la couleur ce que j’ai fait , j’ai demandé un ton plus clair de ma première commande.
Si non rien a dire 👍🏻

During this time when we can’t go out and visit our salon this came in handy. Instructions were simple, I loved the detail of the sticker to place the instructions on the wall while I’m doing my hair. Everything came out perfect. I did like the color and it was very easy. It was my first time doing home color so I did too much so some of my highlights are now darker. My family said it looks great.

At first the color looked very dark upon application, but after finishing the process it was absolutely gorgeous! The color didn't irritate my scalp and the shampoo and conditioner smelled incredible. I am so pleased with the outcome. Thank you!

I was unable to get to my hairdresser but was also determined to cover those grays. So I found esalon and am so glad I did! Beautiful color and I saved so much money! Love it!!

My natural color is a mousey, drab, ash medium/dark blonde. I have the pale, freckled complexion and green eyes of a redhead, and now finally have the red hair I should have been born with. This eSalon color is beautiful, very natural and understated. The product is gentle, and leaves my hair in excellent, healthy, shiny condition.
I've happily raked in lots of compliments, and love my new look. I feel like I finally look the way I should -- the outer me matches the inner me. It's a nice feeling.

this is by far the best color I have used. People can't believe I color my own hair. The key is separating the hair and brushing only on the roots that need coloring and not on already colored hair unless for a refresh every 6 months

I got my hair color weeks ago, which was fast on delivery... and last night I decided to do my hair! O M G.... I am in love with it, I’ve tried a lot of store brand products, and they all never can cover all my gray (esp in one certain place) and this product covered it! I was sooo happy to find this out (and this is no April fools joke lmao ) lol Ty Celine for making my day, esp now how the world is going :/

I loved the result. The instructions were easy to follow and it was amazing that the color turned out so natural looking! I have colored my hair a couple of times before so I was experienced. Coloring your hair at home is not as easy as at the salon with the shampoo bowl but very doable if you prepare and follow the step by step instructions!

I love the ease of using your product with the detailed instructions. And the color lasted 4 1/2 weeks with very little grey showing. And when I asked for a color adjustment it was done and looks great. I love it. Especially in this crazy time- what a great service. Thank you

I love working with someone to find the best color, getting all the support and help for tips. The color is easy to apply, always have plenty in the bottles, and color lasts until the roots show. I've always dyed my own hair. This brings professionalism to home kits.

I don’t normally do reviews on products but this was a godsend . Due to being isolated from work I had to cancel my hair colour and cut appointment.
This was so easy to understand and wonderful to apply. Not runny and was lovely and creamy. My greys have nearly gone, now look blonde but I’m so happy with the colour and my hair is so soft and shiny now I will recommend this product and the match was amazing. No regrowth anymore x

This is a legit customer review so believe me when I say that i was blown away. The cost is CRAZY low for what you get. The boutique like packaging, the clear instructions, unique extras like stain preventer, and a sticker to hang your instructions, and the fact that through the specific process you could tell you were going to have professional level results. The colour was perfect and the customization of the root vs ends colour gives my hair layers of high and low lights. I’m floored by the quality that e-salon puts out. It’s nice to be surprised rather than let down by a new product these days. I will be back!!
