Like the color it last longer then other color I have used, especially my gray hair with other one have to color my hair before 3 weeks with custom color it being 5 weeks and my color still the same and soft and shine I do recommend them. Happy I found esalon and the good part they are there for you to answer any question and advise thank you esalon

E salon is SO SO SO MUCH BETTER, than anything else in the market. The color is true and holds so very well, unlike dyes that you purchase from a store. I love it and will never buy another Walmart dye again!

I did like this color. I was not used to the amount of time and preparation that went into a custom color set. It was my first time and seemed to take a while. But, the color was nice and even. I just think I will try a shade lighter next time.
Step by step instructions make following along easy.

I love the color...it looked great for a week but now the color has dulled and my highlights are showing from before. That's not exactly a bad thing... I was very pleased with the shampoo and conditioner and well be purchasing some this month.
Overall..I am very happy with the color.

I was afraid that my color was going to be too intense of an copper but it's perfect! I'm waiting to see what the sunlight does to it & if I want to adjust the color at all. My roots blended nicely with the bottom of my hair and I feel like some natural blonde highlights will peek out once I wash it a few times.

This is the second time coloring my hair with eSalon. I was very apprehensive the first time, but my stylist was kind enough to email and call me to talk me through the process. ESalon has excellent customer service and my most recent stylist was able to tweak my color just a bit to make my grays blend better with my natural hair color. I'm very pleased and will continue to use eSalon!

After two previous attempts to get the exact shade I wanted, in this third time it came out perfect. The hair's texture is soft and it doesn't feel damaged by the chemicals. The colors are shiny and beautiful.

I have never had any luck using boxed color that I purchased from the store, it never colored my grays. This product directions were SUPER easy to follow and the color is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I can't even find a gray hair! I am more than happy with the whole process and excited for my next treatment!

My hubby and I are thrilled with my new color! My roots are still a little dark..maybe leave on a little longer next time? But over all, we are well pleased with the ease of use and spot on color results! To be honest, I was skeptical of an online hair coloring purchase. But we are absolutely thrilled! I had a full inch of grey growth and my colorist got my color just right! I did the roots only application. I was scared at first but when I was done it looked like I had it done in a salon.

The custom kit arrived quickly and was a well thought out kit including thorough instructions, 2 pairs of quality gloves, shampoo, conditioner, and the color. It covered my grays thoroughly unlike the boxes I've used for years. I'm still getting compliments on my beautiful color weeks later. No turning back! I love it!

This kit is incredible....my hair is softer, thicker and shinier since I used this! The colour lasts and lasts.....I actually have better looking hair colour with e-Salon than with going to a top hair salon and paying £70+!

I was very specific in the color I wanted and I have gray hair that is in one specific spot while the rest of my hair is dark brown. They sent me two formulas for one color treatment, one for my roots and one for the rest of my hair. The color is beautiful and the application process was easy thanks to the very specific instructions provided. I love it!

I am happy with the purchases I've made so far. I would like the sticky consistency when I'm taking the dye off to be perfected, dont know why it is like jelly and hard! But the color is always good.

This is the best hair coloring I have ever used. The depth and fading resistance is better also. Hair feels good and no damage from coloring. I recommend this to everyone that buys from their local stores. There is no comparison to this product. And you can get just the right color that you prefer. And additional products too!

We are still fine toning the color, so I gave a 4 star vs 5 due to the convenience of discussing color in person with a stylist. It's easy enough to apply; just like over the counter products. The color wears well. In fact, if it weren't for the grey roots I could probably color every 3 months rather than 5 weeks. And the cost is nice on the pocket book!

This is by far the best hair color product. I've always used over the counter permanent hair color, and while it would come out Ok, my hair never felt soft, the color faded quickly and never covered my gray's. I will continue to use this product.

Finally tried my custom color application after being a bit intimidated by the complexity of the instructions (at least compared to what I usually do with the drugstore color kits I'm used to getting). But overall it turned out to be less of a hassle than I thought, and I appreciated having a very thorough "kit" (multiple pairs of gloves and the color removing wipes especially). So far I'm loving the color, which is much truer to the now-discontinued color I used to use than any replacement I've found so far, and the shampoo/conditional samples smell amazing! I look forward to seeing how well this wears (and I have the "tint love" color boost to try and keep my red hair staying red longer).

I just finished coloring for the first time. The packaging of the supplies was very organized and personal. I was afraid that the color might be a bit darker than I'm used to, but it was right on! The color looks multi-dimensional blond, shiny and soft.
