I ABSOLUTELY LOVE eSALON HAIR COLOR!!!! I highly recommended this product to everyone who colors their own hair or has their hair professionally done ( WHICH IS VERY EXPENSIVE)we all know!! This is the 2nd time using eSalons product. The first time it literally last me almost 7 months!!! It was so good my boyfriend even noticed how long that it worked in my hair!!! I just want to say THANK YOU to eSalon & their professional technicians for making such a great product for us women who do use hair color and for making a product that is made up specially for our hair. It's a great feeling to know I don't have to go to the store and look forever anymore for a box of hair color that is way too expensive and doesn't last but a few months if that. Thanks again eSalon I greatly appreciate it!!!!!!!!! ♥

Loved the color!! It looked completely natural with great highlights. Hair felt soft. All my grays were completely covered which impressed me the most. Instructions were easy to follow. The color was spot on. I absolutely love this!!!

I love the color change -have gotten many compliments I have one concern and that is how do I keep this color without it tuning lighter, almost a light brown not the darker brown when i first color. Please let me know what i can do.

This is a wonderful low cost way of dying, works very well. Covering grays is short lived. Nice to be able to adjust color to meet your needs. NEED highlight kits.

OMG!! I absolutely love this haircolor and the product is great. I haven't dyed my hair for the past 6 years so my hair was turning grey and it looked dull with no shine or life but your product added depth, shine and a super beautiful color. Thank you so much

I really love my color! I can't think of how I would change it really. It's perfect. I've never had my green eyes just "pop" without makeup before. It's totally natural and I love it! I want to see how the next couple colorings go before I decide if I want/need to change anything. Big thank you!!

I have been an esalon member for a while and have adjusted my color a couple times. The colorist are very helpful in working with you to help get what you want. I have been very happy with the the level of customer service I’ve received over the span of my membership and would recommend esalon as their product is a good quality product.

My colorist called before my product shipped. I was looking to stay close to my current natural color just hide some of the grays. She did a great job and got really pretty close to my natural color. I was worried I'd end up with one all over hair color but it really seemed to enhance my hair. I'm happy and am definitely ordering again.

I expected great color and I got it but I wasn’t expecting my hair to feel so silky and light. eSalon is great! They have made changes to the color and they allow you to adjust shipping as needed.

Loved my color, especially the gold tones. I still had some grey afterwards but that may be due to it being the first time I ever colored my hair myself. I may not have saturated the front enough and I may want to switch to the brush technique instead of bottle.

I was previously a light brown pearl copper gal. I kept feeling like there was something we could tweak to get it a tad more natural looking. I tried the medium brown ash copper. Just finished coloring. It’s still damp but I’m in love. No violet tone. Just a pretty brown-red that looks like my hair! Thanks a bunch!!

The questionnaire was a great starting place, but what really helped my stylist was the pictures I posted of my hair before coloring. She contacted me and double checked to make sure I wanted such a dark color. After talking it over with the stylist over the phone, we agreed upon a slightly lighter shade to start and I am so grateful! The color I chose would have been way too dark! My color now is perfect! My hair is soft and shiny after coloring and the color does not fade hardly at all after 6 weeks. I have a lot of grey and this covers it all! I will be using eSalon from now on!

I loved everything about my order. The color was perfect and the box full of everything you need made it very easy to do myself. I found the how to videos very helpful as I have never colored my hair. I would recommend this product to anyone.

E Salon is fantastic!!!! I have very long curly hair that can be a pain for coloring, whether it be at home or in a salon. The staff is amazing and color specialists have gotten the colors and color changes I have wanted spot on!!!! They are also very efficient and give me great advice. I love that all of it is done online. OH and I ALWAYS have enough color for ALL of my hair!!!! Its FANTASTIC!!!!!

My first color was a little light and didn't give me the stubborn gray coverage I needed. After giving feedback on the color, it was adjusted and the second color was spot on, gray coverage was excellent! Couldn't be happier!

I have always used a salon for my hair coloring because I had a real bad experience one time with doing it at home but I tried this I did a test sample and I am totally amazed with how well it does. saved me $$$$ loved it. Will continue to use it. The color was a perfect match.

I absolutely love my custom color! I love how easy it is to do it myself, with the easy to understand instructions. The kit is great, has everything you need to make this a "fool proof " application. There is a pleasant smell to it and my hair actually feels soft, with Rich vibrant colors.

I love this product...& the shade is EXACTLY what I'd hoped for. I've had very little fading & it's not "flat or one-dimensional AT ALL! the highlights are vibrant & everything I wanted in my fun, off the "beaten path" shade of "rockabilly red"....which is what I get called. I'm a drummer & I'm all about vintage & the 50's & 60's....so I LOVE YOUR PRODUCT! VERY satisfied!

I was nervous about applying my own hair color for the first time. Initially I chose a color that would not look natural so I got a polite eSalon phone call and my color was adjusted to better suit my goal shade. I read my personal instructions, watched the eSalon videos, I let the lavender box sit for over a week. I called and asked questions and the color expert was very kind and helpful! I followed all instructions for the brush and bowl technique. I was nervous while the color processed. I was tense during the rinse and shampoo and finally calmed after the conditioner that made my hair soft and shiny! I dried my hair and was very pleased with my results. I’ll always follow the instructions! It is important to leave notes for your colorist and send a picture. They read and look at them! I am so happy to save money and time! My results were so natural looking that my family does not know that I colored my hair. Goal achieved!

It's such an easy process. My first colour was good but I wanted it slightly darker and they changed it for me with no hassle at all. They were quick and responsive and the colour is amazing (dark copper)!
The instructions and packaging is clear and so cute, and it arrives on time every month. Much love!

Blends my Grey's to a blonde color without bleaching and makes it so I don't have to use as often!
Wish time ou sold a smaller volume for touch ups. Everyone loves the color even stylists.. No more mystery drugstore box colors!

Its a no brainer. When you need to color your hair it is at your home waiting for you. Also it is the best color I have ever used. Its not like the colors you purchase in the stores. It is a professional type color the only difference is you do it your self.

I was going to a pro once a month to get my hair colored but it was minimum 70 bucks and I never got the same color twice. Esalon has save me thousands of dollars over the last 4 years I have been using it and I get compliments all the time on how great and natural my hair color looks. It was so easy to get started! after just a few adjustments in the early months and now I have a shade of copper all my own! I'm a low-key kinda girl but I still want to look good! I recommend this company to every woman who colors their hair.

It's made especially for you, individually and personal. It might cost a little more than hair color from the local store, but it's cheaper than a beauty salon. The quality makes the price well worth it!

I wanted a slight alteration in the custom color by eSalon. I corresponded with the master colorist and was sent a new formulation that was exactly what I wanted (I wanted a little more red added in). My color is perfect and my hair has so much sheen and very moisturized with no dry ends. Thank you eSalon for my perfect custom color!

Updated my hair color to remain dark brown with red highlights and my stylist did not disappoint. It is perfect! I now feel more comfortable requesting changes with specific details. I LOVE the customer service and how they work with you to change the color tone to your desire. The product it self has held up. I would Love it more if they had an offer of double the amount because of the thickness and length of my hair I need more than the average sent and I'm sure there are others that would appreciate a continual SPECIAL rate with more quantity to cover such needs.
However I do recommend this product.

I had highlights all over the place and dark roots 3 inches thick. I didn’t think there was any way possible that I could make my hair look normal. My esalon stylist created the perfect formula for my roots and ends..my hair looks amazing and I’ve gotten so many compliments!! Thank you for making my hair beautiful again at a fraction of the price!!

Took me a few days but I did my hair today and wow! My. Hair looks awesome. I got colirfir my whole to hidemy roots. My daughter help me do it. It took longer than my last color at home butworth it once it dried itlook like I spent a few hours at the salon. Irs also soft and the color is down right awesome. I look forward to using it again

I loved the color that I chose. Once I was done it was the same actual color I did choose. My hair was not brassy and it has lasted even longer than normal.

Post chemo in my 40's..total grey...and curly, which I loved, but the color made for me was super awesome (!m not calling my hairdresser out at all) it looked nice. For those with post chemo hair....try this product. I've been a customer since I had 1/2 inch grey hair. Now I look normal with the color.

At the beginning I didn't like the color because it was to dark for me. But my colorist suggested dark brown because I have a lot of gray hair, she was right the color is dark for my liking but it did covered my gray really good!! This product is great!! It didn't burn my scalp, it Covered my gray, left my hair shiny and soft!! Thank you eSalon!!

Solution did not smell bad at all, no strong chemical smell. eSalon was in contact with me consistently to make sure my custom color was exactly as I wanted. They volunteered to do any adjustments to lighten or darken the color for next month. I really like the online auto-ship where I can add products to my regular monthly order to save me time. I normally just buy my color from the drug store, but I must say, I am very impressed with this company and will be a long time customer for sure. Receiving an actual "color expert" from eSalon to discuss exactly what my expectations are with this newly created color was so nice. Thanks Jennifer @ eSalon !

I am always skeptical of beauty products- especially when all the reviews seem to be too good to be true. This product really delivered- not only is the color perfect but my hair feels so soft and is very shiny. I uploaded a picture and it was recommended that I don’t go ask dark as I indicated. I trusted the specialist and I’m happy that I did!

I had looked at this before and thought No but then I change my mind, so today I just did the roots, but I love the color and the way it turns out and I even talked my twin into using it as well and we both colored our hair today and love love it.

Thank you e-salon! I absolutely love my color! From roots to ends it looks flawless and together! Usually you can see the difference in roots and end color but this time it all looks the same! I just put it on so Im hoping it doesnt fade too much! But I love it!
